In meinem ersten Post stellte ich ja die Frage, an wen ich die USt bezahlen muss und wieviel. Vieles hat sich ja aufgrund unserer Diskussion hier geklärt und wichtig ist jetzt eigentlich nur noch, worauf man bei der Abwicklung achten muss. Ich denke auch, daß wir KNC hier helfen müssen, denn die können sicherlich nicht für alle belieferten Länder, alle Zoll-, Steuer- und Einfuhrprobleme klären.

Wenn man auf der sicheren Seite liegen will, sollte man sich die Bestimmungen zum Wahrenverkehr aus einem Drittland, also aus einem "Nicht-EU-Staat" anschauen und btc_uzr hat uns ja auch schon auf die Website von zoll.de hingewiesen. Die Post (oder UPS, DHL etc.) kann nämlich ein Packet direkt zum Käufer zustellen, sodaß es also gar nicht erst durch den Zoll muss. Voraussetzung ist, :

1.   daß keine Abgaben entstehen (hierzu bedarf es dann einer Bestätigung von KNC, daß die Abgabe, hier also die Umsatzsteuer i.H.v. 19% vom Käufer bereits an KNC bezahlt wurde und KNC diese an das deutsche Finanzamt abführt).

2.   daß der Sendung eine vollständig und korrekt ausgefüllte Zollinhaltserklärung (CN 22 oder CN 23) beiliegt (evtl. sollte die aber auch besser außen sichtbar am Packet befestigt sein).

3.   daß der Sendung eine an der Außenseite angebrachte Rechnung beigefügt ist, die auch die 19% MwSt. enthält. Hilfreich währe vielleicht auch noch ein Hinweis von KNC, daß die Rechnung, incl. der 19% MwSt. vom Kunden bereits bezahlt wurde.

If you want to refund the total amount for order #548 and want me to make new payments, I would agree.
I would also agree to only refuding the left-over after the recalculation for the total of all orders regarding VAT.

I was eagerly awaiting the opening of your store, which didn't work out as planned, and when I next had the opportunity to place my orders it was after a full day of brewing (and, of course, tasting!) very, very smooth beer at a local brewery.

I think that is more to discourage the pain in the ass they are having with all the ebay preorder sales and such. I am sure people are upset about being scammed on ebay and it is probably more of a measure to protect the customer.

I paid through paypal to burnin and paypal called me within an hour to make sure everything was legit before they sent my money. They said they had no issue with it. So I don't think people need to be worrying so much. He is selling physical items that he can show shipped to paypal if someone tries to dispute it, so I think he is fine. Also remember he is getting his funds from more than one source, so the risk is not as bad as you all seem to think.

As an alternative, google checkout/wallet might be something to add to the store.

 it says the coins were transferred to the address so the error is on the part of vircurex.  so to all of you using virurex check to see if you are having any issues with nmc getting into your accounts with them.
