21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Prosense live ICO! World's first decentralized VR platform! on: October 25, 2017, 10:17:30 AM
This is one of those things that I just have to follow because the entire VR market needs this. I think your project will change the future. Will definitely follow closely.

I think the same but ther have been projects that promised a lot but never reach the ultimate goal they once promsied to show. I hope they can reach some significant amount with their tokens sale and that might help them gain the goals they have mentioned.

25  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: September 29, 2017, 01:44:06 PM
I remember back then when a friend told me about bitcoin, he first brought me to bitcoin gambling and taught me how to play dice and sport betting
i knew the risk and consequence of gambling but i dont set limit on myself while playing, this kind of attitude lead me to lossing.
back then i've lost almost 1.3 btc(2015 price) in span of 2 weeks and that experience taught me a hard lesson to control myself or set a certain amount while playing.
When you know the consequences of gambling , you should know your limit then.
As things should prepared well in gambling otherwise everything could messed up later.
Always try to stick to the rules , and you might will have a real limit when do gambling.
If somebody is truly aware of the aftermaths of gambling, I think that person won't even dare to give it a try. Gambling is a very risky game. So it is better to stay away and stay safe. But still if someone has zero control over his urge of gambling, he must at least put some boundaries to his actions. That way, he won't be harmed.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin mining becomes illegal world wide? on: September 29, 2017, 01:22:04 PM
If bitcoin mining will become illegal world wide then it is all game over for bitcoin because there is no miners that will mine bitcoin and support the network and that is the time where bitcoin will not be useful anymore because the life of bitcoin is depending on the network called blockchain so if there is no miners will strengthen the network then all of the things that we worked for bitcoin will be pop out like a bubble.
Okay, what if I decide to make Bitcoin legal in my family after it has been made illegal? Lol; we just share it among ourselves. By the way, I don’t it’s possible for all countries to ban Bitcoin cause from what I’m seeing, lots and lots of them are getting interested. No need to mention them.
Banning of bitcoin mining is a different subject than illegalization of bitcoin itself. Mining is the process of verifying all transactions and releasing new bitcoins. If nobody would be doing this job, bitcoins are as good as gone.

However, bitcoins are being accepted more than rejected nowadays, so no worries. There are going to be legalizing around the globe within next five years.
27  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 10 dollars into a million on: September 29, 2017, 11:24:54 AM
10 dollars into a million?
It's possible but soooo hard. Try to find next generation ethereum or bitcoin.
At the moment we all see shitcoins Smiley
and they are shitcoins indeed. However, there are some coins with very good prospects which may really be great if properly marketed and I really hope they do.
I must say that though this is really a tough jib to make million dollars out of just 10 dollars, yet there is nothing in this world which cannot be done and achieved.

The only thing you need is to have a good amount of knowledge and skill set. You need to keep on creating more opportunities using which you can earn more money.
28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: September 29, 2017, 10:49:13 AM
Holding Bitcoin is most definitely a good long term way to make money. There is so much debt in FIAT and it's coming to cryptocurrencies, but BTC will be the standard.
Yes that is a monumental sort of decision if you are holding and then selling later. Things will be fine as bitcoins are going under some hard times but it will come back to its stable position.

But what I think is, it actually depends on your strategy that how would you want the profit, for some day trade is better and for some long term holding is much more profitable. So it actually depends.
29  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need Advise on buying bitcoins on: September 29, 2017, 10:09:46 AM

hello everyone, Greetings from Pakistan.

Since am relatively new here and to bitcoins, I've a lot of questions. Bitcoin I feel is relatively expensive to buy locally as the supply is limited and sellers are charging whatever the heck they want. I was thinking to buy it from an international exchange but the problem is that they are asking for too many bloody verification things which I've already provided but they still need blah blah blah.

So, have a few questions:

- is there any exchange which can get me registered just by my national identity card or passport? They are asking for utility bills in my name which I cannot provide since I live with my parents (normal here) so the bills are in their names. Tried to explain one of the support person but I guess they don't seem to understand
- any exchange(or rather their bank) which doesn't a ridiculous amount of money for online transfer from Pakistan.
- the exchange supports limit orders so I can buy when there is a correction  in the price
- the exchange offers to buy major cryptos through USD
- they respond to emails !

You must know how risky the investment in bitcoins. We must aware to all of the information about bitcoins because it is a good way to improve our skill and eventually earn more income.
It is often advised to get the basic knowledge of bitcoins earlier. To take a proper start, you must be knowing what are ifs and buts and how the things work better. Without knowing the basics and diving in this divine sea of trading will harm you badly.

You must know the risk factor in this investment as you said, it is quite have a vital role in your success.

30  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: September 29, 2017, 08:23:23 AM
If someone gives me a gift of 1 bitcoin, i will keep it on to my future as my savings. Big thanks to him and feel happy and i appreciate it, and feels lucky that someone gives a bitcoin, and i don't worry about the future and for my family so that in case of emergency i will have to use. I will invest also into trading so that i can earn good profit and wait for the right time if the price is good.
That will be the one of the best gifts I have ever received, if this trend will be followed no one will lag behind and everyone will share their bitcoin with their loved ones and as this way demand increases and more investors will come in result more profit will be earned and everyone can enjoy such a precious and valuable gift and this will be awesome.

31  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and its political nature. on: September 29, 2017, 07:41:44 AM
they are without a government so all are not in political control let alone they do not have citizenship of course this can not be manipulated but it is worth knowing cryptocurrency that is not affected by politics and control from anywhere but they are a good future investment.
Even bitcoin is decentralized and cannot be controlled by the governments then it can still be affected by the politics because the perfect example for that is the banning issue of china in bitcoin and you can see that it affects bitcoin a lot and its price goes down hard and you can see  that bitcoin is experiencing something that shows difficulties to climb up again.
It seems to me that the danger lies in the other. The government ban the use of bitcoins can not lead to the result because it is possible to do so in the jurisdiction of other States. The biggest danger is to ban the exchange of bitcoins for Fiat. I hope that the governments of all countries to unite efforts in this direction.
This is impossible to ban bitcoin, and no government want to lag in development and this will bring un bearable effects and government allow to progress of their citizens and this is the way to progress and this will bring business to the region, All the countries should take a stand and then accept bitcoin bravely so that everyone can enjoy profit and its benefits.

32  Economy / Economics / Re: how can bitcoin help the community? on: September 29, 2017, 06:54:25 AM
I beleive that bitocin could help to reduce poverty in 3rd world countries but the problem is that in these countries people have limted access to Internet and new technologies, not enough knowledge and many of them haven't even heard about bitcoin. First these things should be solved and it could be done with some efforts and thus help people in such countries to have better life. But this is not easy process and takes time and in some cases also political will.
Well, I also believe that it will help manh poor people and I hope it can also reduced poverty. In addition to that, if one's has good economic and has new technologies they could use it to know what bitcoin is. We all know that using bitcoin has positive effect in our community.
It will help community in many ways and this will bring happiness to all the faces around the globe bitcoin gave profit without any discrimination to class and if whole community is using it will be more development in charity funds and more revolution in infrastructure so adopt it and spread awareness about so that everyone can enjoy.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What If Bitcoin is banned? on: September 26, 2017, 12:33:08 PM
Well this is one of the risk that may bring down Bitcoin and make investors of Bitcoin have a negative return on investment.
its possible to some countries but not in general people will still find some ways to continue the system, crypto currency I think wont be
banned there's regulation that will be created and still investors will take the risk knowing that in the long run this investment will still
bring good income for those who take the action.
It is not easy at all in the present decade to ban bitcoins because now people are well aware of bitcoins and other crypto currencies. Moreover too many people are earning their livelihoods with bitcoins and I don’t think so they will let anyone ban bitcoins, not even governments or there will be a big chaos.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Bitcoin ever replace conventional money? on: September 26, 2017, 10:15:16 AM
Could Bitcoin ever replace conventional money?

I agree with almost all the answers from the members who answered your question, ie can not. because there are still many other countries out there that do not even have an electrical connection, let alone an internet connection. so it will take a very long time for it to happen, but it is not impossible that bitcoin can replace conventional money.
You are very much right from the perspective which you are talking about. I think it is not possible in the near future like you said, but you can always hope for the best. There are very much chances that Bitcoin can replace the conventional paper money even if it takes a little longer.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: September 26, 2017, 08:56:57 AM
Bitcoin price is continuously crashing now but I know it will recover again until it reaches the mark of $5,000. I think a lot of ICO affect the trend of bitcoin, because we are buying altcoins using our btc. As the bitcoin is going down also the other coins are falling... We will just need more patience and wait to raise it again.
We are just experiencing some correction for the price and some panic selling because of the chinese bad news and i think we can get a new all time high if there will be a good news in the future because good news can really affect the market and it can turn the market from being covered by blood to covered by money.
You are very much right and I agree to what all you have said. I must say that ups and downs are part of business. Till now, it has not shown a very good progress, but even then I am very much confident that it will not disappoint us anymore in the coming days. We only need to have a little patience.

36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people left their full-time employment to go into Bitcoin? on: September 26, 2017, 05:38:04 AM
I may be a new person in the bitcoin industry, but I have known some people who focus on bitcoin / altcoins and decide to leave their jobs, they also recognize that it is a difficult decision, but because income from bitcoin is higher, they prefer to leave their jobs. but if I think leaving the job is not a good idea, because after all we will always need a job, because as we know that bitcoin is still a digital technology test that no one can determine how long will last. it would be nice if both are done in the same way.
Don’t have much idea about how many people left their regular jobs for bitcoins. In my opinion I think that there should be a second source for everyone because you can’t rely on only one source of income. As far as bitcoin is not banned in the world you can keep getting profits from it but keep a second source of income with you.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: September 22, 2017, 02:23:51 PM
I'm not. I only occasionally buy and not too forcing my money for a lot of coins. I prefer to focus on one strong coin. Like Bitcoin and Ethereum, which has been tested from year to year to get more profit.
If you keep up with this intention, I guess you will be left out before you know it cause bitcoin and Eth were once like the new coin created before they gain peoples trust. However, there are a lot of promising future ICO which you occur earn a lot of money or coins through. Besides, I recommend the Social crypto currency to you and you will thank me later.
Gaining profit with the help of ICO is not a bad strategy, I think it is very good idea to start business with ICO and earn bitcoin in future. I think bitcoin is very trustful now to be bought by cash, I don’t think as that buying bitcoin by cash will be a risk and it might be happen to loss the cash because people involved in bitcoin business are very much trustful and they have invested billions in bitcoin. I am and will keep buying bitcoin.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin CASH vs Ethereum on: September 15, 2017, 12:06:50 PM
Actually i do not share your opinion that Bitcoin cash will overcome Ethereum. I mean it is not impossible, but i think that people support Ethereum more than Bitcoin cash, and there for it will prevail. Maybe i think that way because i do not support Bitcoin cash, but i do not think that is the case. Etehereum is older and it will last longer than Bitcoin cash, that is what i think.
Bitcoin cash is new in the market whereas eth is much older coin, that is the reason people are supporting eth more than bitcoins cash but after few months, I can bet the picture will change totally because then the bitcoin cash will be much higher in price. I don’t think so eth is unbeatable.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banned in Doing Business in China on: September 15, 2017, 09:09:28 AM
The recent actions and decisions made by China affecting cryptocurrencies must be telling us that the leadership of this country might be on the verge of totally banning cryptocurrencies from doing business within their country and from discouraging their own citizens to get involved with this new platform.

Now the BIG question is this: Can cryptocurrency survived without the big Chinese market? Well, we just have to look at the many BIG companies banned from doing business in China and how they are still big today. I am talking about Google, Facebook, Twitter and some others.

And you know the answer.
I have a different opinion. China is not banning bitcoin. It has just illegalized ICOs. Moreover Chinese government is about to resume the initial coin offering projects with establishing licensing regulations. No it is not a good act to spread fear by predicting such things. China is never ever gonna destroy the crypto coins world.
40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really A Currency or An Asset? on: September 15, 2017, 08:38:19 AM
Its really doesnt matter to me if bitcoin is a type of currency or a form of asset. As long as its useful as cash and a profitable investment, then I will just leave it that way..
The one thing i concern about bitcoin is to become fully recognized of all the goverment in different country as valueble like other asset and currency and not a huge treat to economy.
That's cool. Seriously, as far as it is serving us profits, does this really matter what is it, asset or currency. We can buy some stuff directly paying in bitcoins and we can also convert it into fiat. This way, it reflects the features of both so no one cares if we think of it as a currency or an asset.
