HardBTC are a legitimate company. Will be interesting to see what this goes for. There's only a select market for these. I can't remeber the last time one of these sold at auction but I guess we'll soon find out.
So am I, will be interesting . Hoping to raise a little more than the going rate on this auction, as I'm donating a very significant proportion of the proceeds to the ProTip Crowd fund. ProTip is a great project, happy to be helping out with the dispatch of some of the 'perks' on offer. Some of which are already enroute and ProTip is releasing test code already. Many thanks for your support and comment, appreciated.

As this is a new thread, I will say it again ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I can vouch for David. I have done many many deals with David over a few years now. Through Ebay, or paypal invoice, or coin trade, or BTC payments, or bank transfer, or face to face. Never an issue. HardBTC was listed on Mikes Casascius site as a recommended reseller (may have been the first one listed from memory) I daren't imagine how many Cas coins were resold by David. 100's ... maybe even 1000's. He's just been working on other things more recently Why not post this auction from a main account then? I mean, ANYONE can assume nick such as HardBTC and give links to original website and groups to prove they are "legit". Real David may have no clue until irate buyer starts knocking on his door. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Email me at Enquiry@HardBTC.org I'll respond. Regards David Bailey HardBTC

10 BTC Casascius Uncirculated Direct from Manufacturer ============================================================================================ Please note this auction follows on from an initial post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1008150.msg10940000#msg10940000 which wasn't a formal auction, so has been closed down, apologies for this slight misposting. The decision to market this coin was made quickly, 'on the fly' so to speak, to help raise funds for Chris Ellis' ProTip Project , hence the slight 'mispost' .... Sorry. Many thanks to all for your assistance so far, especially to Blazedout419 for your advice, appreciated. ============================================================================================ HardBTC is helping to raise money for the Open Source Bitcoin project ProTip. A peer to peer tipping app for that runs on the blockchain. This rare 10 BTC Casascius coin is being offered as part of the fund raiser. HardBTC is looking to raise as much as we can from the sale of this coin, and hence would like to appeal to the community for a great price. We well be donating a significant proportion of the proceeds to ProTip the Open Source Bitcoin project, a noble cause that is currently underway, lead by Chris Ellis. @ProTipHQ Coin Details 10 BTC Casascius 1 Troy Ounce Silver Round Un-Circulated Direct from Casascius (when retailing funded coins) Issue Year : 2012 Funding address : https://blockchain.info/address/1AgkoAKcStarting Bid: 10 BTC Bidding Increments: 0.5 BTC Auction End Date: Sunday 05 April 2015 @ 9 PM BST 21:00 * No sniping Please : so each bid extends this for 15 minutes * ( BST = GMT +1 : I'm based in the UK, if in doubt have a look here GMT and BST) Shipping: Sent From UK. Hi Blazedout419 yes, wasn't too sure that this is the right section to post this in, last thing I'd want to do is waste people's time or annoy.
Now having put this up, not entirely sure how to move it .... It's more of a heads up message, rather than a straight forward auction, so will be concluding shortly anyway. So for the time being, may it remain here ?
Oh it is not up to me or anything...was just a suggestion. I have done the same thing tossing a coin up for offers to help decide the price and all. If you can come up with a price do let me know as I am after some 10 BTC rounds. Cool, well sort of hoping that someone will make an above market offer, as proportion of the proceeds will be going to Chris Ellis' noble ProTip project currently crowd funding on IndieGogo .

Hi iglasses Many thanks for your comments, of course understand where you're coming from so ... 1) You have a 2.5yr old account with a single post, this auction, so anything you can do to increase trust that the auction is legit would be beneficial. A1) Yep, I'm not a big poster on the forums, but you can also check me out here : Ebay http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=hardbtc&&_trksid=p2047675.l2560&rt=nc&iid=141616725292&sspagename=VIP:feedback&ftab=FeedbackAsSellerI can be found on Social media Twitter https://twitter.com/hardbtcFaceBook https://www.facebook.com/hard.btcLinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/hardbtcKeyBase https://keybase.io/hardbtcOneName https://onename.com/hardbtcGithub https://github.com/HardBTCCompany Check UK http://companycheck.co.uk/company/083133462) Escrow is just about a must here, but you should post that you will be accepting it. Yep for sure. 3) Starting bid & end time. This is more of appeal for generous offer or it may goes on the Indiegogo pitch itself, rather than a straight auction. Hope that's OK ? 4) Shipping details. A coin like this should be insured when shipping which can add a great deal to the cost, especially if you ship to another Country. Yep insured tracked, shipping, depending on the offer price, may well be included in the price, if not we'll sort a price to suit all concerned. 5) Where will the coin be shipping from? Sales to other Countries? Shipped from the UK, to anywhere a standard courier/postal service will deliver. Good luck with your sale. Many thanks, apologies for the initial lack of detail, apprecaite your comments. Regards David Bailey HardBTC Ltd. www.HardBTC.org[/quote]
