The dealer did not Blackjack also.
The dealer had a 3 card 21, not a Blackjack.

I know. The second part is just a mistake I found.

Player BJ + Dealer BJ = push
Player BJ + Dealer 21 = Player Win

We know this, they don't.
Everyone know about that basic rules. I think it's more likely to technical fault which it's accidentally or we can say it's a bug? Mistaken algorithm.
Never happened to me the case like this btw, i just wish fj could clarify and solve this problem asap .

They emailed me back saying that the dealer had a Blackjack which is why I didn't win.
I want proof of this FortuneJack.

You cannot even check the bets on their provably fair system to see the cards.
They are fabricating a lie saying that the dealer had a blackjack on bet id : 8447318
If you have this same issue, you better screenshot it so you have undeniable evidence or they will cheat you out of your money.

They are trying to cover up their cheating system all for a mere 0.053 Bitcoin Blackjack.

Stay away from their normal Blackjack.

Please comprehend that you push when you and the dealer have the blackjack. This is what happened to you with the hand ID that you sent to our support. We are not providing the answers to customers without thorough analysis. We have analysed your hand in our database and gave you the sequence of the blackjack game that really happened.

No you gave a fabricated lie of what happened.
I want proof of that hand, screenshot proof.

I know the dealer did NOT have a blackjack when I did. I know for a fact the dealer had a 3 card 21.

Provide your proof, and prove that your Check Bet system works, since it does not work on the website and stop fabricating lies. Especially since you can do it because you do not provide the hash of the bet, only the bet ID.

Well according to their rules Player BJ + Dealer BJ = Player Lose

So maybe not.

FJ better get their shit together before dooglus catches wind...

I think someone should look into it, you type in your BET ID and it just refreshes the page. This gives FortuneJack the opportunity to fabricate any lie they want about hands if you do not have a screenshot of the issue you're emailing about. This is shady, very shady on FortuneJacks behalf.

Yes, which means they need to change their algorithm, because they follow the rules on the Live Blackjack, but for the regular Blackjack their algorithm basically cheats users out of wins.

As stated in their rules:
Blackjack pays 3 to 2, providing that the Dealer does not also have Blackjack.
They need to fix the algorithm and honor my win, as the dealer did not have Blackjack.

Had an issue with FortuneJack about 2 days ago now.

Was playing normal Blackjack, and I had a Blackjack, the dealer had like 13. Normally this would be an automatic win as the dealer didn't have a Blackjack, when I did.
The dealer rolled an 8 and got 21.

Instead of paying me for having Blackjack, the dealer pulled a 3 card 21, it gave me a draw instead of my 3:2 Blackjack win.

No matter where you play Blackjack, if you have a Blackjack, and the dealer does not, you win, here on FortuneJack, you push. Even if you're playing on the live Blackjack Tables you have a Blackjack and the dealer pulls a 3 card 21, you still win with your Blackjack.

I emailed support, supplying them the Bet ID, and all details of it, and they emailed back asking me for the Bet ID again, even though I supplied it in the first message. I supplied it again and since have heard no word from support again.

I entered the live chat, and inquired about it, she 'looked up my emails' and said she forwarded them so they can get 'looked over', and said that as per there 'support standards' it could take up to 24 hours if not longer. So it seems all I will get is the constant run around from FortuneJack.

I'm bringing it here to the forums to let everyone know, that the system for their normal Blackjack is rigged, or needs to be fixed.

We have notified you through chat support that your request is being forwarded to the technical team that will examine your case.

Yes you will 'examine' my case. This doesn't exclude the fact that the general public must be made aware of this issue before it happens to them too because it needs to be fixed. Your algorithm is calling a Blackjack a draw against a 3 card 21 from the dealer. This is not a draw, it is a definite win for the player.

I want to play at a provably fair casino, not a 'probably fair' casino.
