25  Economy / Collectibles / [AUCTION] ... of SHAME! 2013 Lealana .1 BTC silver & Microsoul .01 BTC *PEELED* on: November 10, 2021, 01:56:11 PM
This auction is for one peeled 2013 Microsoul .01 BTC coin and one peeled Lealana .1 BTC coin. I am auctioning them together as one lot.

The Microsoul is in very good condition. The Lealana has been handled, and it looks like I may have scrubbed the hologram residue off the back for... some reason? Some residue remains. Honestly, I feel like the guy in "Memento" most of the time these days, if it isn't written down nearby I can't remember what happened.

I am the original owner.

I am not eager to sell this, but I am curious what they go for these days. I'm having trouble finding recent examples. Any thoughts?

Have I done something wrong with the pictures? They're not showing up for me. Imgur doesn't work the same as the last time I used it, ha!

Think they were too big...

Thank you! Imgur used to have options for what size thumbnail you wanted to display... I don't see that now.

This auction is for one unfunded 2013 Bitcoin Suisse AG non-denominated note, serial #8AU9781678YVI

These Bitcoin Suisse notes are very thoughtfully constructed and lovely to look at, a great non-coin option for cold storage.

I am the original owner.

This is a great addition to any collection.

I haven't posted an auction in a while, so be patient with me if I've forgotten anything!

Is this one of the DIY coins or came pre-funded with a serial number please?

Creator-funded, though I don't see a serial #. (I don't remember what the variants were.)

Final 24 hours; current high bid!

Thanks for adapting your bid to the right format. My apologies for not noticing sooner that things had jumped the tracks. That's what I get for leaving my computer for a bit. Smiley

It is a correct bid. To be honest I was working off my phone and for some dumb reason I thought it was 100,000 doge.  My mistake,  I will honor the bid.

Mistakes happen. It's fine with me if you want to change your bid -- truly, no hard feelings. But please let us know so we can move forward.

Jaska meets my standards for a reputable bidder -- member for almost a year, and a few smooth trades on his record. I don't think it's unreasonable to make a bid that acts as a preemptive escalation -- it signals the seriousness of the bidder, and can scare off other bids. But I'll wait to hear from Jaska.
