21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: New Bikercoin (BIC) CryptoNight based crypto currency on: June 26, 2016, 12:28:35 PM
So after 11 days of mining in the pool I decided to try out the solo mining to get an idea of the difference. With my low grade quad core I was averaging 171 BIC per day in the mining pool. The first 12 hours of solo mining earned me 185 BIC on 4 blocks which is not too bad for the 2.4Ghz system!

Now I have been trying to figure out all of the different settings and there is one this rookie can not figure out.

How do you move the coin from the simple wallet to my main wallet on my computer? I have tried the transfer but keep getting a wrong amount error..

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

transfer <number from 0 to 10> <receiver's address> <number of coins>

Be sure that receiver's address has no spaces - that may occur if you copy it from somewhere.
remember not to use "Ctrl+C" in command line. Use right-click and "paste" command instead.

Number of coins should have eight decimal places.

<number from 0 to 10> is called "mixin_count" in wallet hap info, which is the number of transactions your is indistinguishable from. This is probably a degree of anonymity, which is described in whitepaper

Example:   "transfer 0 bickuaZ9ePtFSA6VmxktjR11aSmnrJZu4Sq7yHHCYUuKDyDoS9N9fznYdHEfqtQKDRPJrcmPmRGx5hn G5TKjsbAh59Q32BPQ93 100.00000000"

Remember to deduct the fee 0.001

Thank you for that help! I finally got it to send me the coins to my main wallet Smiley The issue was I was trying to send the full balance not thinking about the fees!

25 million coins
0.001 transaction fee

I think transaction fee is big if we see total supply  (just is my opinion lol)

Well even at $10.00 per BIC this would be 0.01 transaction. I think this is good.

Only issue I see with this fee is that Faucetbox may not add the currency to their site so people can use the coins for running their own faucet. Do you have any plans on offering lower rates based on volume in order to make it a bit more enticing for Faucetbox and others like them to add the currency to their available list?
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can I Mine any Altcoin On my Laptop on: June 18, 2016, 08:30:25 PM
As the Subject say Can I mine any Altcoin?

specifications

You might be able to use that unit to mine the new BikerCoin that just launched on June 7th! It uses CPU power using Minergate's platform. However your laptop might not last very long due to the heat it will produce if you use the max settings.

I am using my low grade quad core 2.4 Ghz and am getting an average of 180 coins per day but I am using 90% of my system resources to do it.

Now as the coin is new it is a gamble that the coin wont end up like Dodge that isnt even worth a penny  lol but it could very easily be worth as much as the litecoin is only time will tell.

In the past 3 days I have mined a total of 742.4 BIC using their own pool.

If you do not mind taking a bit of a risk that coin might be the way to go.

Ponzi in return for a share of the funds stolen

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

How dare you mark me with a negative remark.

For one this site does not force you to invest any coin in order to be paid. I am still being paid from this site to date without spending a single penny. For this to be a ponzi you have to invest before you can make anything.

The only thing I have invested into this site is my time building up my mines and food count. I click the odd banner to support this site as that is what is giving the owner the money to pay you.

I will ask every member that has gotten a bad remark from this member to report the member to the admin for abuse. This site is not a ponzi and you do not have to invest anything to be paid.

The option to buy another mine is strictly that, AN OPTION it is not mandatory in order to be paid. I have been paid well over 700,000 satoshi from this site now with zero out of pocket investment. My last payment for 285,000 was on June 14th 2016.

Every member is given gems when they first register for free to buy their mine. It does take some time and patience building your mine and food count which can be dealt with from the satoshi you earn from the game.

I have 2 mines as I started in the beginning so the mines were cheaper then. Both of my mines are now sitting at level 26 each and my food count is at 422. What that means is I only need to reload my food count every 2 hours and my mines generate 1,764 satoshi every hour after the expenses. What that means is my mines are now generating an average of 26,000 satoshi per day if I keep my mines running 15 hours a day.

So yes you can earn money from this site without any investment at all but it does take time to build.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: (GPU Mining) First Bitcoin... Then Ethereum... What next? on: June 15, 2016, 02:37:50 PM
I started mining BikerCoin (BIC) yesterday using my cpu (GPU also can be used) They are new and are easy to mine. I am using a low grade Intel Quad Core 2.4GHZ with a low 1GB video card.

In my first 17 hours I have received 126.1 BIC with an average hash rate of 50 H/s and using an average of 90% of my resources. Now granted I am taking a risk as there is no guarantee this coin will move anywhere but I am sitting on a potential gold mine even if they only move to the level of the Litecoin is currently at.

I do plan on upgrading my system once I read more about mining and what I actually need. I know Bitcoin is useless unless you have a massive rig so started here.

The coin officially launched on June 7th and was not horded by the developers. Your mining results are dependent on your system. I had my rig set up in under 5 mins using MinerGate.

Time will tell if this coin is successful or not but it does have potential! For more details visit:

http://bikercoin.org/

This is the mining pool I am currently using.

http://pool.bikercoin.org/

Not sure if this is the only pool available or if there are others as I am just starting out. Best fo luck to those that choose to give this coin a run.

This site is paying I just got my first cashout today! You do not need to invest anything on this site but you will need lots of patience as it does take time to upgrade your mine before they start paying out well enough.

I have 2 mines going but I got in early when the mines did not cost as much. However by doing that I am not making much more then my friend that only has 1 mine. Each level has a higher number of workers and each workers eats 1 food per hour. My mines have a total of 24 workers and consume all of my food every 9 hours at this stage.

My mines are currently sitting at level 6 each and I am leaving them at that stage so I can try and keep both mines running 24 hours per day. My current food count is 216 which is level 26, to upgrade tot he next level would cost me an additional 18600 to increase it to 238 food which would put me at the 10 hour mark on refilling the food.

At level 6 I make a profit of 108 satoshi per mine every hour which is why I said you need patience as if you look at the total cost to upgrade both mines along with the food count hit me for a total cost of close to 165,000. Now I have found 5 referrals so that helped me generate 25,000 and the site started me with a bit (cant remember that amount lol)

I have no money invested into the site just a bit of my time which is a little under a month as I started shortly after they launched.

So as long as you are the patient type you can make some money playing the game but it will take some time to build before you can consider cashing out.

Rule to remember with this game is....

If you have 0 food your mining is dead!
