22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins for illegal activity on: April 24, 2018, 01:56:15 PM
well of course there will always be the downside and the cons from everything, including bitcoin, it is true that some people use it for illegal activities, such as drugs, money laundering, or anything related to "mafia" world, but the thing is it should not bitcoin to be blamed, all these illegal activities is not because of bitcoin in the first place, bitcoin is a tool, it is the third party in any transaction, there will always be illegal activities and it is funny to single out bitcoin.

The main purpose of creating Bitcoin is to make financial transactions easier, more secure and faster. Since it has been created it has evolved after just being a digital currency for transferring or moving money from anywhere in the world, to anyone at anytime, it began to be an asset, something that can store a value. and as time goes by it also became a means of providing jobs for people who are willing to invest time and effort to earn some coins, a living if they want to.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Airdrops Profitable? on: April 22, 2018, 11:44:46 PM
Hi everyone. I've tried participating in a couple of airdrops but haven't gotten any coins yet. For those of you who have, how do you go about making anything out of airdrops? Is it worthwhile or just the usual pump and dump?

Joining airdrops are all about the luck i have made 1 ETH very month for joining airdrop although it is not that big but is a free money, some tokens from airdrops have value if you know how to hold as what they keep for their promises as long as you  believe with their projects some are shits too.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear of bitcoin on: April 22, 2018, 01:50:31 PM
Many countries are afraid of bitcoin maybe it is because of their lack of knowledge about it and also the capability of their technology to handle such cryptocurrencies like bitcoin. We all know that bitcoin is very powerful and it can rule a certain country and without proper knowledge and capability to handle bitcoin, it may also lead to different glitches in a country's currency field. There should be an advanced technology for a country so that they can mobilize the flow of bitcoin and they can make different transactions smooth.

28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: finish college or keep playing bitcoin? on: April 21, 2018, 08:36:59 AM
Why you need to choose only one if you can do both of them at the same time?. Finishing college and earning bitcoin at the same time are better than choosing only one  because nowadays people become more flexible in order to achieve more things at the same time and best example of it in crypto industry are having regular job or schooling like what you're right now and playing the crypto market at the same time. You only need time management so that you can fully maximize your time being in work or school and here in the internet world.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: April 21, 2018, 12:05:27 AM
Satoshi Nakamoto is the founder of bitcoin and blockchain technology the greatest invention of the century, This technology is created in the pseudonym satoshi Nakamoto this might be a single person or a group of people no one is sure of the real owner of this bitcoin technology, this bitcoin technology is highly transparent, and anonymity of users which helps to avoid identity theft and all problems caused due to identity theft, the user's identity is not revealed to any one so what is the need for other's to know about the real owner. 30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what to do if bitcoin decreases? on: April 20, 2018, 04:18:22 PM
Well if bitcoins decrease which often happens because bitcoins are quite unstable, don't ever panic sell because the prices has dropped just wait as the prices will surely increase as the demand for bitcoins is huge. And also you can see this drop as an opportunity to invest more in bitcoins as you can but bitcoins is cheaper rates which can be profitable later in future. In investment there are always ups and downs and to earn profit you should be calm and understand the situation instead of panic sell usaully done by new members.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is created? on: April 20, 2018, 02:50:46 PM
It was created as an exit from state and bank currency. Even today it is primarily used for regulatory arbitrage. Ironically enough it is also a hedge against Anarchism. If States and Banks disappear(not going to happen) than bitcoins largest premium evaporates supporting its utility, value, and thus security. One day more and more statists will start to realize this inconvenient truth: The strength and growth of the state indirectly supports the premium those will pay for bitcoin to convert energy into fungible value thus they would be wise to invest in bitcoin and the flip side investing into bitcoin supports the security of this anarchistic currency.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Bitcoin ever replace conventional money? on: April 20, 2018, 12:02:58 AM
Could Bitcoin ever replace conventional money?

Its definitely no. Bitcoin value is always depending in real currency so there's no such ways to replace real money with bitcoin. Without real money bitcoin is valueless. Aside from that some country don't like bitcoins because it affects their economy because of many bitcoin users. They're just focusing on bitcoin and not finding a job in their country that's why its impossible to replace real money because some country will going to against it.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH v NEO on: April 19, 2018, 12:11:16 PM
Both options are good. Ether is already developed and has reached many heights.
Perhaps he will grow up to $ 2000. NEO can do even more for him the whole People's Republic of China with its huge farms and mining personal ISO + possible regulation of the state.
If China wants to, he will be able to block virtually all aspects of ISO to improve NEO prices
34  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your mentality after a huge loss? on: April 18, 2018, 11:42:25 PM
Experiencing huge loss in trading, investing or gambling is a phenomenon that really hard to handle and recover.  The feeling of regret on your losses might eat you up and might ruined your confidence. When  I suffer a huge loss, the first thing I did is I entertain myself to forget my losses.  I also rest for a while until I accept everything that happen.  I also evaluate my move and my strategies I used why I fall into losses.  After evaluating my action, I right down the next strategy I might use so it will not happen again.  I do not even think to stop because I believe that the next trading, investing or gambling is a different story.  I also orient myself on the saying that Quitters never win so I must not quit to be able to win.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hotels accepting bitcoin on: April 18, 2018, 02:41:48 PM
hotels as well as some different foundations like eateries and bars, and so forth are now tolerating bitcoin as their installment framework on most real nations including our own. this thought is really splendid in light of the fact that like you said it will be simple for us and to likewise the traveler that movement in and out in light of the fact that they will be just utilizing bitcoin rather than dollars or whatever other curriencies that should be trade first with a specific end goal to utilize.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: altcoins for 2-3 years holding! on: April 18, 2018, 02:16:26 PM
Hey guys, I wanna hold some alts for 2-3 years. Can you advise me some? I am thinking about Bitquance, XVG, OMG, NEO....anything else?

Well then you need to watch what altcoins to grab and what to merge as slag coin for 2-3 years really will fall in price, and usually keep them no sense of perspective, where there is technology and other things behind them, then clearly they need to keep and not buy,as they will grow above current.
Good luck Smiley
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we really need Bitcoin? on: April 18, 2018, 01:14:06 PM
In my opinion we really are in need of Bitcoin as an investment or simply as a currency that you can use to different types of transactions you are having. Bitcoin is a very good source of income and profit because of its rate that is high. Well sometimes it goes down which is normal. If Bitcoin collapses there are people who is gonna be back to zero with all they invested into bitcoin. These are those who invested their money into bitcoin and that's something critical since bitcoin is helping to lessen the poverty rate somehow
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good amount to invest? on: April 18, 2018, 12:22:55 PM
What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.

I would be interested to know what people here consider a good starting amount to invest...and I know the basics of not investing more than you can afford to loose but for arguements sake, what’s a good number to start with?

I’m not so much interested from a whale perspective of investing like $500k or $1mill, more so the normal everyday average joe male/female investor who wants to dabble in the crypto market. Would it be $1k, $2k, $5k, $10k, $20k etc? People new to the game or interested to start investing in this space may find this useful so they know a rough number which would be a good starting point before turning  that into riches (the obvious dream).

For reference I initially started with about $3k (it’s not loads but it was a start) and over time I’ve added more and more (it gets addicting) into the pot as and when I have the money to spend and when the time seems good to buy.

It's not the sum, but the ability to properly dispose of it. At the stage of the appearance of cryptocurrencies, I invested in any of the cryptocurrencies could earn a fortune, since some projects gave more than 20,000% of the profit. Of course, the larger the amount of investment - the sooner it can be multiplied by distributing to different coins. I would have a capital of $ 1 million, I would have invested it all in cryptocurrencies.

40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Breaking: China May Legalize ICO Soon on: April 18, 2018, 07:31:36 AM
I think that the real headline of this should be centering around how China is willing to revisit the ICO into which they may be seeing that it can either be utilized and that the initial kinks and problems that they have seen can be orchestrated into a much more better system that they can use. That also is not a certainty is a welcome news for us because they might have seen positive traits and are willing to look at this with all seriousness
