Yes. this is correct.

We hear stories a million times over about people winning lottery and then 4 years later are almost bankrupt. This is due to some generous people being taken advantage of when they come across some money.

I mean if you dispute Bitcoin.com, you shouldn't really be on this forum.

1 main point, the customer asked to NOT have the amount paid in one go..

reason: people will try to track down the transaction and eventually try to get to his wallet/chase him up. (exactly what PP went and did, so customer was right)


So out of respect to the customers wishes, we paid him out in many differing amounts so people could NOT follow the transactions.

This blatant scam by the customer was never going to Arbitration... and if it was, you would NEVER be involved or consulted..

I haven't checked your ridiculously biased opinions on that biased sportsbook thread for years, but I'm guessing Nitrogen is still A or A + ( someone please confirm for me )

I honestly don't know what to say..

I'm so sick of Peepspalace throwing sportsbooks under the bus for his agendas, it's just ridiculous.

Please read my response on the Sportsbet Scam accusation.. all the information is there to be read.. I gave a pretty honest review.
Just wish Peeps did the same with his sportsbook reviews.

I'm fine accepting stuffing up, and we have done it previously, but we have always been open and honest about it..

But ONE thing I won't accept or tolerate anymore is the fact that sportsbet.io are thrown under the bus by a has been in a topic labeled "Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts"

Sportsbet.io has always covered the cost of withdrawal fees since 2016, and we will stand by that. This part is cool.

What I won't stand by is having some has-been bring up a stupid scam accusation against us in a completely random thread. The mentioned Scam was quickly shut down in our favour with absolute facts.

I really didn't expect Peeps to bring up a false scam accusation against us in a thread like this.

So disappointing for the forum guys who were reading a pretty decent thread.

"Beers with Steve" Xmas Markets has been run and won.

It was a pleasure to meet up and host a visit from legendary Bitcointalk member:  Fortify.

Tallinn, Estonia was the venue - a very old 'Old Town' with a reasonably small, but popular Xmas market.  

Sportsbet.io has had a few managerial changes recently with the (in)Famous Honest Joe moving upward to a more senior position in the business.

Also for those who have had the journey to the Sportsbet.io offices, you would have probably met Arko, at the time, head of Sportsbet marketing.. Arko has moved on to other positions outside of Sportsbet and we still cross paths on a regular occasion. Hoping Arko comes back in other capacities sometime in the later years.

This means Fortify was the FIRST of the Bitcointalk guys to meet the new Honest Joe and new Arko > more on that later.  

For those of you who have met the sportsbet.io team and bosses, you'll know it's not all play! lots of business talk and we love hearing from the guys who have been in the business and these forums for a lot longer than we have.

It's always a pleasure doing this ^^, and we will be ramping up this initiative in a huge 2024 coming up

The account was closed due to connection with fraud groups xx and xx

There are multiple device and chain connections between the group.

Our team firmly believes that these accounts are also closely linked in the project:  (g****mul, l**** 112233, ja****1 122 - you can see account names are quite lazy)

Considering all the information above, and the lack of clarity and honest information from Monircip1122 about the case, we decided to close the account and freeze the whole balance to mitigate the damage caused previously

monirvip1122 has withdrawn 16165 USDT more than he has personally deposited, hence why the balance of  14590.44 USDT was frozen as per normal sportsbook terms and conditions violations.


Separate to this, I had previously advised a "friend" of this customer to advise Monirvip1122 to not go forward with a Scam Accusation as our process is not a scam > If you regularly try to break terms and conditions to navigate around limits and KYC, you will eventually be caught.

With this being such a clear-cut case, I won't be engaging in any more communication on this matter.
