"Beers with Steve" Xmas Markets has been run and won.

It was a pleasure to meet up and host a visit from legendary Bitcointalk member:  Fortify.

Tallinn, Estonia was the venue - a very old 'Old Town' with a reasonably small, but popular Xmas market.  

Sportsbet.io has had a few managerial changes recently with the (in)Famous Honest Joe moving upward to a more senior position in the business.

Also for those who have had the journey to the Sportsbet.io offices, you would have probably met Arko, at the time, head of Sportsbet marketing.. Arko has moved on to other positions outside of Sportsbet and we still cross paths on a regular occasion. Hoping Arko comes back in other capacities sometime in the later years.

This means Fortify was the FIRST of the Bitcointalk guys to meet the new Honest Joe and new Arko > more on that later.  

For those of you who have met the sportsbet.io team and bosses, you'll know it's not all play! lots of business talk and we love hearing from the guys who have been in the business and these forums for a lot longer than we have.

It's always a pleasure doing this ^^, and we will be ramping up this initiative in a huge 2024 coming up

Some nice pictures there Steve, I see it is proper holidays weather in Estonia. Here in Croatia I was just out walking my dog in shorts and flip-flops. Ok people still looked at me strange since it is about 15 degrees here  But we will not see snow in my parts soon for sure.

It was a pleasure to meet you and all the rest of the team, an honor to be able to join your Christmas party (Who books it for a Tuesday!? ) You know I'm a man of few words, but you've always treated me very well. I hope we continue to work together for many years, you've become a good friend and you're a brilliant all round host. Had plenty of interesting conversations and there was some great gaming entertainment, even if I only made it half way through the tournament  Estonia is a gorgeous country and the capital city feels so unspoiled as a tourist destination, a very clean and picturesque city that I am always recommending to everyone. Say whaaat, Steve even gets a pretty accurate likeness in the logo design. Very snowy picture-perfect Christmas vibes over there, hope you all put in some big wins on Wolves too, and got leftover gas for Boxing Day festivities.

This all looking amazing stuff, really enjoying just after watching this stuff here on this thread but want to be part of this all which is not possible even in near future but still good for the peoples those are part of this team and this all stuff.

Merry Christmas Steve, Fortify. I feel like I know you in previous pools but don't much interaction with you but this just goes to show that Sportsbet is really the only one who really does so much for the forum as yahoo said. Everyone says 'community' but this is the only gambling casino/sportsbook that really build permanent relationships. I personally know this from my own interactions.

I would like to thank sportsbet.io and Steve very much for the great things they have done for the Bitcointalk community for a long time. The photos are really amazing. Tallinn looks ready for the new year. As it is around 20 degrees in the city I'm in now we still don't need to wear a coat.

Just finished the bottle Steve gifted us in Montenegro yesterday I got used to it and even hooked some friends on it. I believe it was all a master plan from Steve, first bottle was free and now I have to contact him and find a way to make him send a barrel or something.

Really treacherous drink, something so strong should have more of a kick while sliding down the throat.

I don't have a cat, but of course I do walk in shorts when it's 5+ degrees. Most of us from the coast do that, and then people look at us in a weird way. Weirdos!

I think it is in most countries in Europe. In Croatia certainly is - and thank god for that
For medicinal purposes it's pure alcohol - and you can get blind if you drink that. This stuff is actually delicious.
