Have you tried postloop.com?
There are hundreds of users that will kept learning what ransomware just so they can make a god discussion on your forum. They will make it like its a busy forum. You get to screen the users allowed to posts in your forum, the higher their rank, the better their posts are.

I checked the site and there are not much traffic and writers there...
any other recomendations?

AUR was the first billion $ blockchain and I thought it was the biggest scam (or p&d, or both) in history, when the price reached $90+ and it was heavily dumped about a month later. I bet that this Baldur made plenty of money on it.

You take a guess or an assumption
anyway, if he made money of it was based on mined coins not on pre-mined coins
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Auroracoin and the current Icelandic election on: October 28, 2016, 08:59:00 AM
If the Pirate Party started to support cryptocurrencies then the big beneficiary of this will of course be bitcoin. Aurora coin not so much. I do not think they would want to get their reputation smeared for supporting a likely flawed cryptocoin project.

They might support development of blockchain technology but I doubt they will give support for a specific "coin" except for bitcoin which is the most widely accepted and the most proven.

why flawed? Auroracoin is better distributed with the Icelanders then Bitcoin plus it is based on litecoin rather then bitcoin.
Although I would still think bitcoin is a better option for them as it is a bit more stable right now

Feels like 2014 all over again  Smiley

I seem to have some distant memory of this coin.

Wasn't this the "Air drop" coin that turned out to be a huge P&D scam?

~BCX~

I think I remember you from back then...
you threatend to destory the coin or something, what a douchebag Cheesy

and no... it wasn't a scam. Baldur Odin (the coin creator) delievered everything he said he would and 40k icelanders (out of 300k) claimed their coins)
some whales used it as a pump and dump to make a fast profit.
I still think the idea behind it is great.

Seriously Auroracoin  Cheesy I thought it was a scamcoin and died ages ago.

Not only it wasnt a scamcoin, Baldur delivered everything he promised
at the airdop I think about 40k Icelanders claimed their coins & the unclaimed coins were burned. beside that - it was the biggest pump and dump the crypto world have seen Smiley

Regarding their "leader" I'm not familiar with her... I guess I have to do some reading (I know this party have links with wikileaks)

Disclaimer - I'm a (very) patient Auroracoin bag holder Smiley

As some of you aware, "The Pirate Party" in Iceland got a big chance of winning the election this Saturday
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pirate_Party_(Iceland)
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/oct/26/iceland-election-could-propel-radical-pirate-party-into-power

This party is Pro-cryptocurrency; they promise that bitcoin will be a legal tender.
In the case they will get elected, do you think there is a chance that they will consider Auroracoin as a possible tender as well?

I have registered and am now reading on google very carefully about ransomware. I am using a hardware wallet so I am safe of such threat for my coins as all I need is a reinstall of Windows or Linux (yes this virus is possible in Linux too as I am reading now).

However I am not receiving the confirmation link in my email from your side, checked the spam folders also.

Username there: BitcoinSupremo

I approved you manually at the forum... sorry about the delay
are you signing up to the paid program? if you do ping me a private message

Sending you a message right now, I have a beautiful article for the newest ransom ware which I will publish on your forum. Yes I am also signing up there, 10 posts a month is a very easy job to do and all this posts can be ransom ware related, no problem for me.

you miss the point... the idea is not to post 10 messages a month (thats really nothing, I know that) the idea is to be an active forum member. I'm not looking to spam my new brand and shiny forum Smiley

I was a victim of ransomware (CryptoWall to be exact) before so I researched that subject quite extensively.

It was the first and the only time I was furious that cryptocurrency was ever created. Human viciousness + new tech allowed people to create new kind of threat.

About your offer - it is interesting - as long as you could guarantee payment somehow: either pay upfront or use escrow who will hold funds for a whole month.

Tell me about your experience! When you paid, did you actually end up accessing your data? Or did they keep asking for more money?  How did you get rid of it?

I know cryptowall had no decryption tool yet... so I guess the only way to get rid off it is to pay :\ unless you have a backup or can just accept the loss of the data
