You exaggerate size of the problem.
1 day is more than enough for do all this things and no team needed here for a sure.

I give you guarantee that this 1 day will pay for itself for better view of support and maintentance of work that is not related to the software development itself.

use couple of satoshi to buy domain name, hosting. install forum, bugtracker, put changelog/news announcements, documentation.
it would be much easier for you to support there. and also much better to users for ask support from the place  envisaged for this, not at the general forum that is definitelly designed for other purpose (if you know what i mean )

Generally, in this case you have 2 options.
1. if you made "ping buy - pong sell" algo with the price fall, you will lose your volume.
2. if you made "ping sell - pong buy" algo with the price fall, you will lose your 'partner' currency too. But 'market' currency will be accumulated, which is useful for future price pump.

When new users first time starting CAT, giving him 1k$ to the pumping market and receiving gain, CAT gives the faulty feel that it great forever in any case.
But in fact, when you need many markets, big stability, and long run - you start to see more and more issues from CAT side.

In another case, I just don't believe that anybody from customers will ever sell it on fast growing crypto market;)

If you are a going to move responsibility to the user side, this is calling bad software design.
User didn't must be software developer, CS engineer or something else to use your program.

BTW, CAT is showing few times less RAM that actually used by JVM in the environment - 250 MB in CAT vs >1GB in task manager.
Is it reliable? For sure no. but again, for this issue for some reason user must be responsible because you think so.


The period for recall algo is nothing to the number of API calls. The number of open markets in single exchange much more important here.
And again - it's a 100% responsibility to count the number of API calls from CAT side to avoid IP block from the exchange.
User physically can't count these things, because of it much deeper inside CAT.
And it software developer could approximately count number of calls that need to do some algo and predict network load.
What you will say to the generic user who didn't know what is http, rest, json etc?

Where is automatic silent recovery from crash without user invention if it 24/7?
Where is good UI, design of program that can effectivelly run on 100 markets?
All this things only in theory, not in practice.

I read all the comments in the thread and only couple of comments even tell success results.
But no comments that long run was able without problem. Long I mean weeks or more. Couple of people reported someting like a week. Not so confident result.

If the running one ping-pong order for a 1 week on 1 market it's a real goal of users - not a problem.
They got results with CAT. But I simply don't believe that anyone who needs specific work like 100 markets are really happy with CAT and its problems.



In PM I gave you log with error description. And instead of help I receive from you stupid (really, no sense and stupid) grep search that are totally not the place of the problem.
Sure I analyzed logs myself, found the problem and try to use CAT that will avoid coming to the problems. But it's a not a software side fix.
It's a like not a pressing 'that button', or application will crash again.

BTW, honestly, now, when I see some problem with application, UI, algo, etc, I just prefer to rearrange my work or app settings instead of asking your help and fix.

For sure it's a CAT problem that software can't prevent this situation.

And my opinion that it's not.

I think the problem is that CAT is not act like a true 24/7 application.
It's a 2 main issues here:
- CAT can't handle problems by itself and don't do restart/reconnection when error occurs.
So, if the problem with exchange - instead of detect it, you just talk that problem with exchange, and user need to restart cat, do some things, etc.
Okay, problem with exchange, you have some internal implementation of your software, but if you positioning your software like a 24/7 you can't just talk: "it's a exchange problem it's a not a cat". In fact you can, but any other words from your side about 24/7 it's a lie.

- CAT can't automatically restore after fail. For example users can't do cron/auto load with system and just leave system with CAT for 24/7. At any start of CAT you need to login on every exchange, click to bunch of dialogs during loading market and parameters, etc. This amount of manual work is not suppose that user work with 24/7 application.

I don't know what kind of software you are write on your work additionally to CAT, and if you have experience with real 24/7 application.
But for reference you could see how the video surveillance system works, how the POS/ATM works, how software at automotive area works. It's a exact good example of how your software should ack as a 24/7 system.

is it any way to have unique name for a same markets in exchange?

It's a lot of xpr/usd markets with different algo running on each other.
If you have many same open markets in single exchange you have the same name between each other.
In all pages: global gain, general statistics, markets list.
If you want to change algo setting of one market, you need sequentyally search for exact market with needed algo(you can't find it fast). And also it's a not clear to determine what exact algo is sucess from general statistics or global gain page.

It would be good, if application will allow to rename markets title and show such name in all related parts of application.
So, lets sayd instead of general "xpr/usd" name, one of market would have name "xrp/usd (pump)".
Also in 'global gain' page, 'Market' column will show "xrp/usd (pump)" too, etc for other pages too.

I was looked for exactly same solution - card with very low fee for sell btc and minimal visa/mastercard conversion fee.

Unfortunately the best option for today that I have it's a coinsbank with general named card.
They have something like 0.5% fee for btc/fiat. But Mastercard 3% conversion fee is still there, as well in other services.

Also coinsbank provide expensive(100$) 'white' card  where conversion fee is only 2.5%.
But comparing to the general plastic card with price of 25$ you need to withdraw at least 20,000$ just for compensate high price of white card,
before start save some coins on this reduced exchange fee rate.

I experience today problems with bitcoin debit cards from e-coin, advcash and coinsbank.
Since I can't also login to mychoice site from Wave Crest I think it's a problem related exactly to the Wave Crest bank.

Actually your suggestion on limits are not fully right.
According Wave Crest bank and MyChoice programm you could have different plastic or virtual card from different business partner.

So, if you want to have, lets say, 2 USD plastic cards from Bit-X you can't do it.
But you could get one USD plastic card from Bit-X and second one USD plastic from AdvCash. And it follow to rules of Wave Crest.
It's clearly showed in Wave Crest rules and also their support reported that it possible way.

Personally I use e-coin, coinsbank, advcash plastic cards at same time with full verification from Wave Crest without any issues.

And review for AdvCash plastic card.

The actual mastercard, issued by Wave Crest.
The main different to other that even card from Wave Crest, it NOT follow MyChoice program. And thats why you can't use benefits from this program.

The pros:
- Support are very fast and answers in around of hour
- The promo price for plastic card only 5$
- Account verification is a fastest from my experience. Take only 2 hours (compare to 3 weeks with CoinsBank!)
- Service are worked quite well and have a lot of options for deposit and withdraw
- Card came very fast, around 10 days
- Very low maintenance fee for card, no yearly fee
- Best daily withdraw limit - 3000$ (but still 2 transactions per day like other services)

The cons:
- BTC/Fiat Exchange rate are lower that could be. Fee is BIG. Very similiar to e-coin (around 3%) and it not very good
- UI for site are not very intuitive and don't show usefull things, like a current daily or monthly limits, etc.

I could rate AdvCash for 4/4.5 stars from 5, because as I see they are very good in almost all, except exchange rate/fee.
For rare and not costly operations it's a very good option.

Now I come to review CoinsBank / Bit-X plastic card - Named one.

The actual card is grey VISA, issued by Wave Crest for MyChoice program.

The pros:
- Best exchange rate and withdrawal from card according to my knowledge on the market
- Support is fast and usually reported during the same day of request
- Card delivered to East Europe during around 7 days with priority mail from Spain (my fried from middle Europe take one more card with 4 days only)
- Service are worked quite well and have a lot of options, not only send BTC to card
- Card come with card holder, pen, gift box. It looks like this:

Get a card in this way is much more pleasant than in a simple letter

The cons:
- Card was created and waited for send for a 2 weeks. Sent out only after ask support for it
- Account verification delayed for a 2 weeks for process documents. Also processed only after ask support for it
- They have one verification for account(made by system) and second verification for card (made by bank). Total time for verification is around 3 weeks!
- The card cost, activation cost, withdrawal transaction fee, maintenance fee are high comparing to other service. Fortunately it easily pays by good exchange rate of BTC/fiat

I could rate CoinsBank for 4.5 stars from 5, because as I see on the market there are best exchange rate for withdraw BTC.
If you want to spend a lot of money with card it would be very good candidate. If coinsbank reduce maintenance cost they will be best on the market.

That's why people posted this bad exchange rate information in reviews.

Also you should  know, that until actually order the card there is no way to know real exchange rate in your system.

With absolutely uninformative exchange rate on the site's main page, your 'local shop' behavior like a hide real prices, and show fake one that is cheaper in hypermarket not fair, huh?

This hidden fee they called for 'system internal exchange course'.
But you are right, actually it's a just a fee, because it's a every time lower that any exchange system on the market.
From my experience I never saw this fee from his side better than 3% comparing to bitstamp.


About monthly fee it's a better to ask for support directly and tell us here.
They actually have some different rules for fees and limits comparing to what they show in site. So everything could be with fee for virtual card.

My opinion that it's depends on the amount of fiat what you want to withdraw.

Probably, if it more than $1000 per month I could suggest use coinsbank (bit-x), because they have lowest fee for withdraw. But the price for card maintenance are relatively high.
If you would withdraw rarely and not big amount of money, I could suggest use advcash, because they have cheapest plastic card promo price (5$) and don't have monthly fee. But conversion fee is higher than in coinsbank.

Here is my comment about e-coin / wirex plastic card.
The actual card is mastercard with wirex logo, issued by Wave Crest for MyChoice program.

The pros:
- Card was created and delivered to East Europe during 9 calendar days
- Generally service worked well, transactions and withdrawal are smooth.

The cons:
- On the main site page they showed conversion rate for $/BTC, which is much higher comparing to the actual price of what you sell BTC with them.
For example at the day of comment, the difference between 'promo' and real price was 680 to 640. Very high as my opinion.

- Some of transactions showed a bit different fee in the e-coin site and in MyChoice site.
The MyChoice site sometimes show additional 1-2$ fee during transaction, where e-coin don't show it.

- The actual card limits are different from the site info. For example max load per day is actually 2,500$ for verified user, instead of 20,000$.

- Sometimes I've observed problems with site (internal errors, when do a transactions, when activate card). Generally it's a fixed by reloading page in a few minutes after error.
But I can't be confident that some actual transaction can't be lost with some kind of this errors in future.

- Support are not very good. Sometimes it take couple of hours, but time to time they need 1-5 days for useless answers.

- For the unclear reason they are reduce limits for my card without explanation.
With support they noted about problems with bank.

I could rate e-coin not more than 3 stars from 5, because of bad conversion rate and some hidden fee.
Inaccuracy of site information and what they have at real could be fixed easy as I think and not a problem generally.
