It's been 10 hours from since I can't access my own account at Advcash. Anyone experience this?
So, today I tried to login to my account, then as usual, they ask for pin code sent to email. But, at this time, I've got no email arrived. I wait an hour and still nothing. After that I contact the support, and promptly got responded and they said they change the method to sms. I try to login again, wait for the sms, and...nothing. No sms on my phone regarding the pin.
Then I contact the support again. And strangely, they don't respond at this time. Unfortunately, after this, the email of the pin arrive at my email. After 1,5 hours! Now I am stuck and cannot login to my account. They still not respond to my request to revert the login pin auth method to email.
I know I have to wait for 24 hours to get responded. One thing that make me curious and furious, they respond promptly and instantly after my first contact. But then they like disappear. So I want to ask, does anyone know what is normal respond time of Advcash support? So, in case I still don't get respond from them after long time, any other way to contact them? Or other email address from higher authority to contact?
I really need this account to be back again as this account is where my earning/withdraw from my online investing get sent to. This is my first time experience this problem with Advcash. Thank you.
