1. What kind of documents do you ask for verification?
2. On the forums I saw that the card can go in negative, how much limit does it have? I don't want some random clonning my card and putting my balance into negative and random agencies after my door. It's a debit card not a credit card after all.
3. How much it costs to renew the card after 1 year( Asumming you paid $5 for the plastic card )

You can send them an ID card, passport or licence drive + utility bill (electricity, ect) + mobil phone number

I tried to be verified there but they refused my ID card. I know it's because the date is expired, but officially the card is still valid. My gov invented a law saying all ID cards made before 20XX will expired in 15 years instead of  10. So the date is expired but still valid 5 more years.
I didn't wated waste my time trying to eplain them this. After all there are plenty of providers Roll Eyes
What if I don't have a utility bill ? None of the bills are on my name nor I have a post-paid phone so I don't have anything like that. Only ID card.

They accept  Bank or credit card statement or Confirmation from the bank that you have an account. So you can send them your monthly bank statement or ask to your bank a letter confirming you have an account with them. Or if if you have a passport then it can be accepted as well if a registered address is present in your passport/ID

Company made SWIFT bank transfer on 03.03.2017. Still waiting for money on advcash... How long can it take? Is it scam or what?
edit: It was my fault (I had different transfer title). They found this bank transfer and I got money in my hands so everything is OK. It's not scam. I'll use them later.

Not like those Visa cards, grey, ugly, with no logo brand, that even the shops could think you card is fake ! lol.... I don't remember well but i have a plastic card was well, i received quite fast maybe about 2 weeks, i was surprised to receive it soon.
@Slowdeath You don't need to ask it multiple time, once you have paid for it an requested then you should receive it correctly, if not then i advice you to contact them so they can surely tell you as they have the surely the date when it has been sent. As for create a virtual card, you need of course 1$ in your balance to be able to pay the vcc. In your member area look at the left side bar "create card" (or similar), then you need to choose if you want a vcc or plastic. then follow the instruction. But you surely already know as the process is the same for a virtual or plastic card

The first plastic card I asked for was more than 45 days and never arrived in my country, I asked the second one I waited 60 days and it never arrived, I went back to ask the third one that from last year until today never arrived.

I believe that the card will not arrive by regular mail due to the address that the proof of residence has been abbreviated.

I would like to send the card by DHL, but now advcash no longer has this shipping option



 As for create a virtual card, you need of course 1$ in your balance to be able to pay the vcc. Does not appear this option, before it appeared, but now does not have this option for me to have the virtual card

You have to give your full adress buddy. If  you oredered a card to be sent to a residence that has been abbreviated, you will nerver get it. Now you should contact them yeah, and explain your case. I have never need to contact them so i don't know how fast their support is, but i guess you can 3-4 more days now Grin Also it can be the reason as to why you don't see the option to create a virtual card. Better you ask them to give you details to know why. But remember you have to give your full adress, specially since it comes from a foreign country. And be sure your country is eligible to it, because lot of country are restricted to get those bitcoin debt cards with Visa, so there is a chance some countries can be too restricted with Mastercard.

It's been 10 hours from since I can't access my own account at Advcash.
Anyone experience this?

So, today I tried to login to my account, then as usual, they ask for pin code sent to email. But, at this time, I've got no email arrived.
I wait an hour and still nothing.
After that I contact the support, and promptly got responded and they said they change the method to sms.
I try to login again, wait for the sms, and...nothing. No sms on my phone regarding the pin.

Then I contact the support again. And strangely, they don't respond at this time.
Unfortunately, after this, the email of the pin arrive at my email. After 1,5 hours!
Now I am stuck and cannot login to my account. They still not respond to my request to revert the login pin auth method to email.

I know I have to wait for 24 hours to get responded.
One thing that make me curious and furious, they respond promptly and instantly after my first contact. But then they like disappear.
So I want to ask, does anyone know what is normal respond time of Advcash support?
So, in case I still don't get respond from them after long time, any other way to contact them? Or other email address from higher authority to contact?

I really need this account to be back again as this account is where my earning/withdraw from my online investing get sent to.
This is my first time experience this problem with Advcash.

I tried just right now to log in the site, and it works just fine for me. I haven't heard about any new method wich require a sms code and i hope not to see because i really hate thoses sites asking a sms each time just for log in. Sometimes they send a PIN code in email as you mentionned but not always. Just from time to time, with a message " new device detected, ect something like that. I am not sure why they think i am using a new device because each time i use the same machine, same OS and same browser... As to your support ticket, maybe they do have working hours to provide support, and may not have staff to reply in the middle of their night Wink Just my 2 cents...

It maybe some glitch for a while. I received ton of email because I tried resent the pin over and over again.
And that emails arrive 1.5 hours after I tried to login and the method has changed to sms and it was too late to enter the pin.
One thing that annoy me that they change it to sms instantly after I contact them, and then when I ask to revert back to email method, they don't respond until now.
So, I am stuck at the moment...

You better change your e-mail password and advcash account password (after logging in).
AdvCash disabled (temporarily) USD SWIFT bank transfers from 3rd party. That sucks.

Can an unverified card be used for depositing to and withdrawing from a bookmaker or it would be blocked upon receiving money back from the bookie?
