Thank you very much for your answers! Now things look really good and much clear. I have 1 more question to ask.

What happens if the ICO fail? People are going to get refund? Any plan B?
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Prime-Ex Perpetual - Bringing Real Estate Profits to YOU! on: September 14, 2017, 05:23:19 PM
Hello,

I have a few questions to ask.

1. When is your company established? (date)
2. What is the maximum funds to be raised during pre-sale? I know total token supply during pre-sale is 750,000.
3. I found very little information about Tim Walters (one of your advisors). Does he have a LinkedIn profile? Or maybe you can tell me about his education?
4. Do you plan on making a slack or telegram channel?
5. Is the price of the token on pre-sale the following?

If 1 PEX = $1

Day 1-2 = 15% bonus

If 1000 PEX + 15% = 1,150 PEX = $1,000

Day 3-7 = 12% bonus

If 1000 PEX + 12% = 1,120 PEX = $1,000

Week 2 = 10% bonus

If 1000 PEX + 10% = 1,100 PEX = $1,000

Is my math correct for the bonuses? During 15% bonus you get 1,150 PEX which if you buy during crowd-sale it will cost you $1,150 and if you buy during pre-sale it will cost you $1,000 and you get (bonus) 150 PEX?

Regards Dimitar,

Hi Dimitar,

Thanks for reaching out to us!  I'll answer your questions honestly and to the best of my ability.

1.  Company was established formally I believe May of this year.  The project as a concept has been in the making for well over a year, in the 15 to 18 month range.

2.  Goal of the pre-sale is to raise awareness and give away tokens.  The sooner people buy the less we'll raise.  For example, if people max out the bonus tokens on day one then we will have raised $5,000,000 in USD equivalent tokens.  If nobody buys until day 10 then and then all of the sudden the bonus tokens are exhausted we will have raised $7,500,000 in USD equivalent tokens during the Pre-ICO.  The overall goal of the project is to raise $25,000,000 tokens while giving away 1,000,000 tokens in the Pre-ICO bonus and bounty campaign combined, and hopefully, that's what we'll do.

3.  Tim is a senior software architect for a Fortune 500 company.  He's also the technology parter of the MonsterByte project, a recently completed casino ICO.  He's helped us out with our technology regarding escrow of tokens and creating a payment gateway that's acceptable to our legal team from a fiduciary perspective.  He has no day to day influence in our operations but I'm sure we'll see each other from time to time after our offering is over.  Maybe we'll pull him from his Fortune 500 gig one day!

4.  Slack channel / Telegram.  We've thought about it.  Since we're more of a dividend token play I'm not sure what meaningful part a slack channel or Telegram account would play.

5.  Price of the Pre-ICO involves bonus tokens in addition to your purchase, not discounted token prices.  On day 1 of the Pre-ICO, a person purchasing $100 USD-equivalent of PEX-Tokens will receive 115 PEX-Tokens due to the 15% bonus.  Day 10 purchasers would receive 110 PEX-Tokens with their 10% bonus.

6.  None of us are big fans of LinkedIn.  I'm sure if you check there may be some data gathered up from around the internet, but I don't think I have a formal LinkedIn account.  Theresa might because she's younger.  The only conversation that we've had about LinkedIn is that ICO listings kept asking for a LinkedIn thread so I directed our tech team to make the company a LinkedIn profile.  We've been business executives and entrepreneurs, and nobody's going to do business with us based on our good looks, well except Theresa.

7.  The purchased tokens will be released to people's individual WAVES wallets sometime in November, after the ICO during our Post-ICO process.  Any unsold tokens may be sold on open exchanges in the future at some unspecified time, but there will be no more PEX-Tokens ever in existence beyond the 30,000,000 fixed supply.  As a WAVES-platform token, the PEX-Token will trade freely on the DEX Exchange.  We would love to have our token trading freely Post-ICO on platforms such as Poloniex and Bittrex.  We've emailed them with no response, probably because we're still early in the process, but as we move forward we'll make decisions such as this to the benefit of our Token Holders.  We're Token Holders too after all.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

4. Slack or Telegram channel is useful and a quick way of getting information about the ICO, that way you can be in close touch with all investors or people that want to invest in.
6. Most people compare LinkedIn with Facebook or Twitter, but why most people use it, is for managing your professional identity, like build up your profile from scratch by showing your history of work, education, academic achievements, it's not to show who is the most beautiful person in your team, it's basically a business platform.
We've been business executives and entrepreneurs, and nobody's going to do business with us based on our good looks, well except Theresa.

In fact we want to see with what kind of people we are dealing with, we want to see your team bio, like I mentioned above. I have been researching about your team for the past 2 days on Google or any of the social platforms and I found results ONLY for Jonathan Millet, Luis Cordero and Theresa Schwark. I couldn't find a single thing about Ulrich Schwark, John Gilbert and Tim Walters (Well since Tim have been with MonsterByte it's familiar to me right now). What about the 2 main people Ulrich Schwark, John Gilbert.
I would like to know more about Ulrich Schwark and John Gilbert. Like what's their education, do they have any academic achievements also is Theresa Schwark related with Ulrich Schwark (since they both have the same last name)?

While researching I found the phone you've added on your site (+1 833 PRIME-EX (774-6339), that is the same with the phone that has https://newworldcapital.global/

To me the entire concept looks awesome but with such a shady information like no social profiles of your team, having the same phone number as https://newworldcapital.global/ isn't looking good to me.

I've read the entire white paper, didn't saw a partnership in the roadmap. Any plans on that?
Will you release more information on who are the developers who are developing the token? Because so far we only know information about the co-founders/CEO.

Best regards,

Week 2 = 10% bonus

If 1000 PEX + 10% = 1,100 PEX = $1,000

Or you go by this math

1,150 PEX = $1000 - 15% = $850
1,120 PEX = $1000 - 12% = $880
1,100 PEX = $1000 - 10% = $900

6. Does your team members have LinkedIn profiles such as: Ulrich Schwark, John Gilbert and Theresa Schwark?
7. Are you going to release tokens after the crowd-sale ends? Any plans about listing on exchanging sites such as Bittrex, Poloniex etc ... ?

Is my math correct for the bonuses? During 15% bonus you get 1,150 PEX which if you buy during crowd-sale it will cost you $1,150 and if you buy during pre-sale it will cost you $1,000 and you get (bonus) 150 PEX?

I wanted to ask if there's a minimum number of coins one can stake or you can stake based on your capabilities?
There's no minimum coins for staking but the more you have the better you will stake and it's based on the age of the coins.

Where can I see how much time we have left for pre-sale (since when it started, and when it is going to end), and when does the crowd-sale starts (when it ends).
Is there any live tracker fund so we can keep track of the funds being raised, would be cool to get a livetracker for the time left too.

I fixed the issue, it was in the wrong risers, I am so happy. I don't know how I didn't notice that I have the wrong risers.

Do I need to keep the wallet open while staking?
Is there a staking profitability calculator?

Yes, your wallet need to run 24/7 to be able to stake. There's no current profitability calculator.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU loud beeping noise on: September 04, 2017, 05:53:43 AM
Loud beeping noise continue even after adding the second card, tried with 3 cards running, still beeping sound occurs. It doesn't do any beeping noise when a single card is running.

In OP you said it ran fine with 3. Looks like a bad GPU (edit: or riser).
My bad, it was running okay for 2 seconds haha. But yeah I am 100% sure its because I had bought wrong raisers
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU loud beeping noise on: September 03, 2017, 04:28:31 PM
okay 0 photos means 0 help

but  it runs fine with 3 cards.

so how about running it with 3 cards  and showing info to us.

telling me the cards are at 75c  does not tell me what power you are pulling.

do you have a kwatt meter?  you should it is under 30 bucks and could do a lot to trouble shoot the problem.

https://www.amazon.com/P3-P4400-Electricity-Usage-Monitor/dp/B00009MDBU/ref=sr_1_1?

fast guesses

1) you have a shit card and 3 good cards.
2) psu has a defect
3) bad riser
4) bad cable
5) 1 card has a bad bios

Test in the following manner

buy a kwatt meter =  all miners should own one.  it is cheap and save money by solving problems

do one card at a time

run card a on slot 1 and look at kwatt readings  take a screen shot of msi afterburner
run card b on slot 1    "
run card c on slot 1    "
run card d on slot 1   "

same card so every card result should look close to the same.  if this happens you know the cards are not the problem and the slot 1 is good

you  should be close to 200 watts  for the one card and the system  but let us know exactly what each card   reads watt wise.

as it could be over 275 watts with bad settings clocks bios my guess is the cards are pulling high power

Loud beeping noise continue even after adding the second card, tried with 3 cards running, still beeping sound occurs. It doesn't do any beeping noise when a single card is running.
Unfortunately I don't have any kwat meter but I just ordered one, since I've visited all the stores in my city that sell similar stuff and in none of them I could find any so I just ordered from internet. (should arrive in 2 weeks).
I've tested  the PSU with the evga tester by just plugging into it and the fans were spinning, which is fine (in my opinion).
None of the GPU's have modified bios so far, they all run on stock settings.
My guess is that i have ordered bad risers as you've mentioned, because the motherboard that I have GIGABYTE GA-H110-D3A has 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 and 5 x PCI Express x1 slots and i have 1X to 16X risers, which means I ordered wrong risers and now have ordered 16x1 (which I already did) and I should receive them in 1 week.
By the way I have these GPU's https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150795&cm_re=xfx_radeon_570-_-14-150-795-_-Product
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU loud beeping noise on: September 03, 2017, 11:23:25 AM
Start going through your startup logs. It sounds like a power supply issue but it could be half a dozen other things. There's no way that anyone here on the fourth should be able to tell you exactly what's going on you're going to have to go in and look at what's happening when you start that box up. This sound can be very irritating  it is not fixed.

I have ordered new sets of raisers as the motherboard accept 1x16 but I bought wrong ones 16x1 so I am assuming that might be an issue. I have checked the PSU , it works perfectly fine and its more than enough for all the gpus I have. Checked temperatures and it stays at around 75 which is fine.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU loud beeping noise on: August 30, 2017, 10:44:18 PM
Well it looks like I will have to order 1x to 16x risers and see if that will fix the problem, probably gonna take a while until I receive them but in the meantime any other advice is welcome.

hmmm, you might be onto something. I checked newegg after you mentioned the 1x to 16x risers. Newegg also bundle that type with the xfx. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812423197&ignorebbr=1

Well it will take a while until I get them but if you have the same issue as me I would advice you to order 1x to 16x and see if that helps. Since you've mentioned NewEgg I am assume you are from USA. I am from Europe and theres no risers in any of the local shops so it will take like 2 weeks until I receive them.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU loud beeping noise on: August 30, 2017, 08:11:25 PM
I have completely unplugged the entire mining rig, carefully checked all the parts, everything was fine. Plugged back all of my cards and the same issue. When I tried to run a single GPU it was working fine, when I was trying to run the 2nd GPU on the 2nd slot it started beeping. From what I've realized is that this motherboard has 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 and 5 x PCI Express x1 slots. I have bought 16x to 1x risers, shouldn't I bought x1 to 16x risers?  Cheesy
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU loud beeping noise on: August 30, 2017, 03:54:04 PM
Have you verified that your motherboard supports 4 GPUs? Even if it does support 4 GPUs there may be settings in the Bios to adjust, and/or Bios updates required. Most non mining specific motherboards require some tweaking once you get past 3 GPUs in my experience.

I will check and let you know about this. I was reading a guide that says that this motherboard is good for mining, it's made for mining.

I will take either a riser or a power cable for 1 Bitcoin Alex.
Sorry not enough Jeopardy Jones in this forum.
But really, EVGA has always had issues with the cables going from PSU to card for me.
Also risers quality is crap. It's probably one of the 2.

Yeah, I double checked all the risers they are all okay, even though after reading a millions of threads about mining, everyone says that in every single package of risers that has been sent like 1 or 2 might be not working so I ordered extra ones.

I have 7 XFX 570s spread between other gpus in two rigs and one of them would beep. Just beep beep beep beep beep away. NO ONE believed me that it was the GPU but I could put my ear up to it and it would BEEP BEEP BEEP. It wasn't as LOUD as you have posted, but it was audible enough and a definite short beep.

I posted a lot of threads looking for help. I even called XFX who told me they don't beep and then got PISSED at my for mining with them (this was back in June). Everyone said it was "coil whine" -- it was not.

I think the issue stemmed from using a ANORAK prebuilt powersave bios and it was under volting it / over clocking it too much. I have since created custom BIOS's for every card one at a time because the XFX cards are wack jobs and every acts differently.

However, if your beep is long and super loud like that, then maybe you don't have the same issue.

None of the GPU's have been overclocked or modded their BIOS. But if none of these suggestions helps maybe i can start looking for a custom ROM's so I can download and see if that will help. Any suggestion from where I can find it?

My GPU is XFX Radeon 570 4GB
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU loud beeping noise on: August 29, 2017, 07:49:36 PM
I think you might be lacking power is 1300w enough for 4x570?

1300W is more than enough, even if 1 GPU drains 200W, that's 800W + the rest shouldn't exceed more than 1000W

Alright guys so this is my first time of making my mining rig. I have the following components.

4x XFX radeon RX 570 4gb
EVGA supernova 1300 G2
Gigabyte h110-d3a
HyperX Fury 4gB 2133MHz

I have an issue, whenever I try to start mining, I hear very loud beep. When I try to remove 1 of the GPU's, mining rig works fine, but when I try to add the 4th GPU I hear that loud beeping noise. What could be the issue any help?
I've tried to put the evga tester to see if it's power supply issue, but PSU working fine, fans are spinning.

Nothing has been touched on both GPU and Motherboard, nothing has been updated, such as bios or ROM.

Here's a video of what kind of beeping noise I am talking about.

Thanks in advance!

That sounds like something is overheating or trying to draw too much power.

But EVGA 1300W G2 is more than enough for this rig. I would check every single card with temperatures 1 by 1 and post results.
