Gennady, there's an overlay when you play STEP tournaments, we're trying to make it attractive for players to try it out. But I see what you're saying and we will adjust the numbers soon.

All cashout requests have been processed now.

Yes, we see A LOT of fake accounts and we will have to eliminate freerolls and guaranteed tournaments to get rid of those.

We'll add 5 players STEP tournaments as well.

Thanks guramina. We will consider it and possibly make the changes you suggested.
23  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCKINGS - bitcoin only poker site on: October 21, 2017, 12:37:56 PM
Thanks for your input guramina. The STEP tournaments have some overlay.
I.e. STEP 1 is a 10 player tournament where each player pays 10 chips to get in = 100 chips prize pool. 2 tickets are rewarded to STEP 2 tournament.
STEP 2 is a 10 player tournament where each players pays 50 chips to get in (or advances from STEP 1) = 500 chips prize pool.
STEP 3 is a 10 player tournament where each players pays 300 chips to get in (or advances from STEP 1) = 500 chips prize pool. 2 tickets are rewarded to STEP 3 tournament.
And so on…

As far as the 5K GTD, we made a mistake and the tournament used to start when 10 players registered (for 100 chips each). We really wanted 44 players min. 100 players is the max number of players, but the tournament will not commence unless there are 44 players registered. This is to fence-off fake accounts and freeroll farming.

One other IMPORTANT message: We have received unusually large number of cashout requests for a fairly large amount and we want to do an audit before we process the requests. We know that our bots are losing money, but the amounts in question are far beyond the amount that the bots have lost.
We will do an audit an process the cashout requests as soon as possible but this time it may take up to 48 hours instead of 24. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we just have to make sure there are no bugs and glitches in our cashier software.

Thank you for understanding.

If you have 0.002 BTC in your account and you send additional 0.003 BTC you will thus have 0.005 BTC and the software will let you cash out.

We can't impose minimum deposit and our FAQ section will soon be updated to reflect that. No minimum/max deposit (as it is something we have no control over anyway), but the minimum cashout amount remains 0.005 BTC. The reason being, as someone already pointed out, are the fees. We're already paying over a dollar every time someone cashes out $30 worth of BTC and you guys cash out often. We process on average 5 cashout requests a day.

On another note, we're introducing STEP tournaments. STEP 1 buy in 10 chips, STEP 5 guaranteed prize pool of 100K chips. Let us know what you all think.
25  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCKINGS - bitcoin only poker site on: October 20, 2017, 09:33:23 AM
The minimum cashout amount is 5,000 chips.

We are looking into fake accounts and are contemplating how to tackle the problem.
It is harder than you guys think. The very essence of our poker site is anonymity and the ability to create accounts easy and fast with no unnecessary hassle and verifications.

The guys abusing the freerolls have technically done nothing wrong. We don’t encourage people to open multiple accounts, but the very nature of our poker site forbids us to prevent it.

And it’s not like all you guys with single account deposited real money. Out of 350 accounts, only 20 made real money deposits so far. We had free chips promotion in the beginning, we have free rolls and we have weak bots, all that attracts certain type of players. If someone’s willing to put time and energy into opening 20 accounts just to have a shot at $5 a day, then there’s very little we can do about it. We processed player tyuto’s cashout request, just like we process all cashout requests.
The money you have in your account is yours!

We will change our tournament’s buy-in structure so they will no longer be ‘freerolls’ and we will think what other measures to implement.

There's no restriction on what you can withdraw from your account at any time. There's no wager requirements whatsover. What you have in your account is yours and you can request it any time you please.

About new accounts, yes we've seen them and we have no idea who or why would go through trouble of opening so many accounts just to have a shot at a couple of dollars. We don't like the fake traffic and fake accounts, but there's little we can do about it.

Yes, the player 'tyuto' did request a cashout today, but it wasn't a very large amount - and again the money in his/her account is his/hers

Our IT is trying to figure out what the problem is. Probably the hosting related problems - we had problems with them before. We will migrate the site in the future, it's just that it takes man power and time.

Lighten up boys and girls. We were traveling and couldn't get online at the airport yesterday. No one's gonna steal your btc.
All cashout requests have been processed. We apologize for the delay.

What is the bonus point? And where can I get it? To exchange it 1:1 as coin, this is pretty good amount though hard I can say. Is this the same as I talked before? Need to wagered like huge amount just to get pretty small bonus? If this is for real, I can give some suggest if you can lowered your wagered just to get pretty high bonus point so people will really attracted to this

As explained before, you receive bonus points when paying rake. For every 12 chips you pay in rake you receive 1 bonus point.

hi I have played a few hands and lose over 50.000 chips against high stakes player JoyJoy and made quite a big amount bonus points I just dig a few pages in the thread to find out btckings1 said they were working on it, when this feature will be available for players ?

Not sure yet. The IT guy said it would be done soon, but we don't know the exact time frame.

In the mean time we are ready to exchange your bonus points for chips at 1:1 rate. Email us if you wish to do so and we will do it manually over the weekend.
Please be aware however that if you wait you will be able to get up to 2 chips for every 1 bonus point when the feature is finally implemented.

Sorry about the delay, we were traveling over the weekend. We did process a few cashouts on Friday and then Saturday morning, your must have been just after the cutoff. Anyway it's been processed. Your most recent one as well.

Thanks eking for your input. Shana Tova btw!
Also gutten shabbes landsman Smiley

We'll definitely try with MTT instead of S&G. And we might try some paid advertising as well. We'll start with MTT's on Tuesday, we just have to work out the optimal structure and frequency.

Thank you H4T for your continuous help and bringing new players in. You're doing a great job and your help and efforts are very appreciated!

@kid_dik, thanks, you're right, new sites are popping up every month

We wouldn't mind offering more freerolls etc if we believed this would have a long term positive EV. But we are not sure of that. What we've seen so far is: freerolls attract grinders who cash out and disappear the moment the promotion end. There are a few players who start new tables and play against each other, but most of the players we have never even deposited. We have 240 registered accounts and only about 15 ever made a deposit.

We know we could throw in another several hundreds of dollars and attract 20-30 real players, but they would most likely leave as soon as freebies are gone. So until we think of something creative you'll guys have to either play bots or not play at all.
