p.s. My friends told me that it sounds like f*cking Ponzi and I'm just "noone" to do something like that.
Yea it's true that sound is like ponzi scheme. What we have seen previously that kind of scheme became scam eventually. But I am not telling that you are going to scam or this is ponzi scheme. If your intention is good then most likely you would create this kind of project successful. But obviously you need to gain trust from worldwide crypto users. At first you should take permission from your local government since it financial project. I am not sure if there is any requirement from any international organisations. And obviously you need prove yourself and your project trustworthy. Perhaps your local lawyer would help you what documents required for transparency.

&

I've seen this kinds of investments before and it would be really tough for a real investor to be attracted on something where you just put your money online and not see the actual business happening. Mostly this how HYIP websites work where they try to convince you that they have a legit operation and will pay you based on the investment you have.  In my opinion these kinds of investment are better to be done physically and not online so I would rather start on having physical investors first before going online with my operations.

I fully agree with you and that's why "Shared ownership" the best way to show reliability and transparency. As an owner, I'll able to split "house" at 1000 shares (0.1% each) and KYC will help me make every participate be the legal owner of 0.1% - 10% shares. So, each of them can verify that they really own part of a house and there really their names, not just my promises.

The problem that not every country let me do that online, even if I'll have all the documents. Some countries will ask participants to fly and sign some papers in real life even for 0.1% part.

Another problem, since I want to give everyone freedom with so-called tokenized-shares (shitcoins coins), I mean trade, gift them to friends and etc. I'll need some magician-lawyer that will make possible to cancel somehow their ownership, right after funds will be moved to another address.

Explaining:

For example, you invested/purchased 0.1% of the house, you got tokens on your crypto address that connected with your KYC, so your name now on documents that prove your shared ownership and you got for example 100 coins that approximate to 0.1% in one current house, but one day you decided to cash out and sell your coins on an exchange and out. After transferring to address, that not connected with any of KYC, your legal ownership will be canceled. So, now 99.9% of this house owned users and 0.1% by me legally  (the part that you transferred to exchanger).
Then user that purchased 100 tokens from you can prove ownership of funds, provide KYC and take that part of 0.1% that currently owned by me.
Or continue holding without providing KYC and legally not owning any part of the house, but still receiving dividends from owning coins.

Hello Bitcointalk,

A few days ago I was monitoring different "micro real estate investing" platforms. But I was disappointed by how it all works (put "x" money to our website and see how your wealth growing in numbers). I mean lack of info about tenants that aren't paying on time, houses that currently not having tenants and etc. Plus weird terms of how to wd money if, I will decide to wd them the next day after my "investment".

I pretty sure, that there were projects that were offered something like that or tried. But I don't see any of them now.

So, my idea in creating a blockchain-based micro real estate investing platform. And try to do that maximally legal and transparent. Most income will be coming from rent or from selling (investing in new construction). So, any user will able to purchase cryptonized assets using bitcoin, altcoins or any of stablecoins. Each month we will purchase them back using 45% of profit and burn (another 45% reinvest and 10% using for other things).  Users will able to use these coins for rent or they even can buy any of house that we currently hold.

So, in perspective users will able to invest small amounts of money and be involved in real estate deals, plus they will able to buy or rent house using any crypto and trading/share/gift cryptonized assets. And as a bonus, free-rent for any crypto-related conference, meetup or summit.

My question is how I can do that maximally legal and transparent? I mean providing ownership, the current number of tenants, how they paying and etc. And also confused about the legal part.

I need your advice/help.

p.s. My friends told me that it sounds like f*cking Ponzi and I'm just "noone" to do something like that.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A truly stable coin on: September 02, 2019, 08:59:21 PM
So for each year, you'll update it to the new USD version? What's the difference between pegging it to USD?

Stable coin in an absolute sense won't be possible. It's only relative to pegged value. So, if you want to talk about perfect stability, there's no way you can achieve that. There is always going to be a reference of values that could also change if you compare it to other assets.

No, the coin will forever be pegged to 2019/2020 USD value, perfect stability cant be achieved but we can lower the volatility to approximately 0.1% if theres enough volume, the price will be pegged to one value by creating arbitration opportunities, like how DAI does it

I still don't understand how you will lower the volatility to approximately 0.1%. Anyway, I think more about a stablecoin, that will cover most of the popular currencies (USD, EUR, RUB and etc.) using the same blockchain. But still, don't know how to do that without confusing everyone (something like you will need just one address to receive different stablecoins, with the ability to swap them without commission at any time.).
24  Economy / Reputation / Re: Account Massive Farming [20] (hope I created in the right section). on: August 11, 2019, 05:37:14 PM
Have you checked the campaign didn't require participants to retweet the same post?   You really should include the UID name as well as the UID number, it might jog people's memories.  A few of the accounts you list haven't "moved funds".  Have you checked if the actual outbounds are exchanges, or gambling sites?

Not really, there were also tweets from other users at the same time and they were different from what this group of accounts was tweeting. And about accounts, that haven't moved funds: that's clearly how it works, he accumulates tokens and then sends to one of "main" addresses. But the manner of writing the same + same tweets + joined in the same bounties.

You're on the right board/section don't worry about it. The case may be strengthened if this accounts are somehow connected with each other as well and if the accounts are enrrolling on the same bounty.

Yes, all these accounts participated in the same bounties (min 5 different bounties), during the last 7 months. All proofs of how they connected by ETH-addresses showed above.

27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / [ NEED YOUR OPINION ] ALTCOIN INDEX on: July 27, 2019, 10:05:37 PM
Hello everyone,

Last few days I'm thinking about ALT index for most popular altcoins (that trading somewhere). I think it will be pretty useful for market analysis.

And I understand, that calculate it as the sample mean will be wrong. Maybe more correct is a weighted mean based on their Max Supply, Circulating Supply, Number of transactions or Volume - I don't know.

That's why for me important your opinion and your view on how this "ALT" index should be calculated.

I just replied to someone the person who were in the incorrect section. We need to check where the services are being provided and create a thread there for the views from the investors.
Please follow the below board in this link and create your service thread there.

As far as I know, this is the right section for this thread since I'm looking for a job and accepting altcoins as payment.

REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE-STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL

I am Dr. Bakare Tunde, the cousin of Nigerian Astronaut, Air Force Major Abacha Tunde. He was the first African in space when he made a secret flight to the Salyut 6 space station in 1979. He was on a later Soviet spaceflight, Soyuz T-16Z to the secret Soviet military space station Salyut 8T in 1989. He was stranded there in 1990 when the Soviet Union was dissolved. His other Soviet crew members returned to earth on the Soyuz T-16Z, but his place was taken up by return cargo. There have been occasional Progrez supply flights to keep him going since that time. He is in good humour, but wants to come home.

In the 14-years since he has been on the station, he has accumulated flight pay and interest amounting to almost 3000BTC. This is held in an encrypted drive who's password is currently only known by Major Abacha Tunde. If we can obtain access to this money, we can place a down payment with the Russian Space Authorities for a Soyuz return flight to bring him back to Earth. I am told this will cost  1BTC . In order to access the his trust fund we need your assistance.

Consequently, my colleagues and I are willing to transfer the total amount to your account or subsequent disbursement, since we as civil servants are prohibited by the Code of Conduct Bureau (Civil Service Laws) from opening and/ or operating foreign accounts in our names.

I suggest making a test run in locals first and see if it will be effective in the long run. In that way, problems, errors and any other things that might be seen in the process will be noted.

I think, that's would be a useless test, almost everything that can be purchased in one city - can be purchased in another + local shipping companies deliver everything within the country in 2 days.

But if think seriously about this idea, will be useful to run a test between a few European countries to see problems, errors and any other things.

Hello everyone,

The reason, why I'm writing this post and sharing with Bitcointalk community - to get an opinion and criticism.
So, basically, I'm thinking now about a delivery APP, but for travelers (since a lot of people traveling from country to country everyday).

Problem:

A few days ago I tried to buy clothes, but because here no local shops in my county, the only way to get -  buy online,  where shipping to my country takes around 2 weeks + fee. But in those days, my friend was in France and planned back in 2 days, so I just asked him to help and buy clothes for me.
As a result, after 2 days I had my clothes and friend got from me 10e (which was around 33% of his ticket price). That's how this idea born.

How it will works:

After a user will create an account, he can be: a) Buyer or b) Deliveryman

As a buyer, he can create "order" with full information about product, countries where it can be purchased, delivery country and fee). After that, he should deposit the exact price of this product + fee (this will be escrowed till succeed deal).

As deliveryman, he can choose a) from global active orders or b) create own, with his trip itinerary, date, max weight, fee.
If the buyer is unable to meet deliveryman, he can left the order in the office, where then it will be shipped inside the country using local shipping companies.

It's not limited only to clothes, basically, everything that can be legally purchased and shipped (even something, that can't be purchased online). And yep, crypto accepted.

Waiting on your thoughts!

34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [NEED YOUR OPINION] I know, it sounds like Ponzi, but... on: May 02, 2019, 09:48:03 PM
So, if in a few words, the idea in creating crypto, that will be backed by other cryptos. I mean, split raised money in different cryptos that paying dividends for Holding, Staking and POS actions and etc.

In this way, the price of this "crypto" will be calculated like:

Current price = ((OP + AE)*P)/N

Where: OP - the sum of original amounts different cryptos, that were purchased on raised money. AE - amount of crypto earned by n time. P - crypto prices. N - the total amount of "crypto".

Make maximally clear (all transactions/actions) to make impossible, fake price by drawing fake stats, make it blockchain based. And also somehow automatize (prob by smart contracts) to let everyone instantly sell crypto (burn) to receive money that they put earlier. And make it maximally secure so none, even owner could somehow wd all or part of funds. The team will take 1% of every purchase of this crypto and around 3 % from the amount of crypto earned by all actions every n period. I know there a lot of weak sides, but I created this idea a few mins ago.

Any thoughts about it? And how hard to create something like that?

Today I did lil research (I had to do it before posting) and found this: https://www.farmizen.com/
Well, at least this business model is working. So, I think, I'll close this topic, since it's no more actual and will think about something else, again thanks to everyone who gave their opinion, I very appreciate that.

Why all the effort with ordering ahead, live streams of growing, and virtual ownership, instead of just having online orders? If your customers can order online (ahead of harvest day), you save all the hassle and still deliver the same product. Unless of course the main goal is to make it like a game, but I don't expect (recurring) customers for that.

Yes, it makes sense and I will think about it, but we talking about perishable foods, and it's hard to predict, how much, and what kind of vegetable people will buy before starting the growing process.

And another part of this idea - it let people grow any vegetable, I mean sorts, that not really that common and you can't simply find them in store or even grow something using their seeds.

...I think you need to solve the problem of shipping before you invest anything.

I think at the first stage, it can be opened just for a few central cities, with a few greenhouses located near to these cities to resolve this "shipping" problem.

That's a good idea but it will be confronted with a lot of issues but if you are so serious about this, then you can ask a big company that also deals with vegetable to take up with your idea, it will need huge funding but it's not impossible to implement, I hope you will not do an ICO for this, this is a good idea to be ruin by ICO again.

I'm not really the fan of ICO and not one of tho people, that like to integrate blockchain or shitcoins in everything, where no really needed in it. Max, I will accept crypto as one way of payments or will create simple blockchain that will include info about vegetables and their growing progress.

You could do something similar for your project. Instead of directly assigning a parcel of land to each customer I would rather set bigger parcels of land up for hire. On each parcel, you grow a specific vegetable/crop.

Yes, I thought about splitting land on "sectors" by a specific vegetable/crop, instead of growing everything at a small part of the land. And I like this idea about percents, it can be turned into something crazy like the market, where people can trade with each other using an kind of online shares on vegetables or idk, futures?  Tongue

I'm also starting to think about "packages" which will include most popular vegetables, that most of the people buying every week and let people buy something like a year "subscribe", one payment and they will be getting this package every week.

But, the more I start to think about this idea, the more I see how not ideal is it. And I really thankful to all who gave their opinion and showed me weak sides, because that's why I created this topic.

So this would mean that people who are going to use your service will have to plan (or guesstimate) months in advance what vegetables they are going to need. This is why this won't gain traction on a large scale, especially since most people can barely plan a week ahead.

Can't agree with that, I know many families, that buying for example potatoes on whole winter (around 100 kg - 120kg on family) somewhere in November - December.

But then again why would people use your service when they can go to the supermarket and buy it there?

Another part of this idea - let people grow ANY vegetables, for example, you can't go and buy in supermarket tomatoes called san marzano.

I really don't see how you are going to beat supermarket prices by 40 to 50%, especially since prices for vegetables are already pretty low since supermarkets buy in bulk and often times have very favorable deals with local farms. And when you're offering 24/7 live stream, which is a cool feature, but it's an expensive luxury for your model. Of course, as your model gains traction it will be easier to reduce costs but since I don't think it will gain much traction I feel like your model will be very expensive (initially).

I like the essence of your idea but the model as it is right now still needs some major tweaks before you can come close to making it into something that can actually succeed.

Yes, I understand your point of view, it will be very expensive, if I'll get for example just 10 clients ready to use my service and I understand, that in first months I need to be ready work in "minus". But for example, 250 - 500 clients could change this situation. I agree, that this model still needs some major tweaks, this idea just 3 days old.  Roll Eyes
39  Other / Meta / How about "bookmarks" for topics? on: March 08, 2019, 05:10:10 PM
I'm currently reading a few topics (without posting) and it's hard to search them every time. I think, it would be nice to have a tab, where you can keep all the topics you liked and planning to read in the future.

Let me know, what you think.

My thoughts,

The idea is awesome, with good marketing, phone apps, it will work, I think it is a great idea.

You should include a calendar showing in a year which vegetable grow best, with image and tutorial for kids.

People like ancient vegetable as well, there are so many forgotten or unknown !

Actually, I thought about mix greenhouse growing and conventionally grown, to be able grow vegetables a whole year.

You forgot to mention your location, it is a good idea but only for a certain country and your clients should be in the same country where the program is operating, I have not heard or read this kind of idea before, since you are the first who brought it, might as well make a patent for it, if it allows to be patented.

Eastern Europe. And yes, that what I was thinking about it, services will be available locally at the start.
