Hopefully  There is one thing I don't get fully though: how is it possible that the price volatility trading bot is always able to get positive results? Shouldn't it make losses sometimes? That is a concern I have also, I emailed the Bitconnect Marketing rep Vindee on bitconnect@tutanota.com about this a few days ago and have received nothing back from them, perhaps one of the Bitconnect reps on this thread can throw more light on this matter ? We have reserve fund to manage loss on trading, when we have high profit days we recover some percentage of profit back to reserve fund. We are still experimenting volatility software. In future, we will have most secure algorithm of volatility software. |

I tried withdrawing some BTC from my Bitconnect account yesterday and today without success. I received an error message that my 'password is not correct' , I only have one password, the one I logged in with, plus the card code which is correct, so what is the problem ? I contacted support yesterday but have had no response thus far. Anyone else had a similar problem or am I making a rookie mistake somewhere ?
