The price is surely increasing rapidly as many big buyers are investing in BTC these days. A correction is necessary when the price increases rapidly. There are only 2 things you could do when BTC starts falling. Either you sell your BTC or hold your BTC. Holding the BTC won't make you any profit but won't give you risk of loss as BTC recovers it's price sooner or later. Selling BTC and buying it back in the bottom will give your more profit but involves risk of losing money as well.
I have to agree with this. Due to unstable conditions of bitcoins these days and the past months, many are on second thought whether to buy it back or hold it in. As for me, I'll have to take risk because Bitcoin may fall down but as it falls, investors would eventually come and Bitcoin rates will increase. In those time, maybe I can buy back my investment. |

Edit: I have now invested 50% into Skycoin, 20% into Raiblocks, 30% into Bitcoin I have 12 Bitcoins. I am not a whale. I started about 6 months ago with 0.01 Bitcoins and $1000. I turned it into 12 Bitcoins so far and am pretty proud to say the least. My question is, what do I do now? As far as I can see, I have 4 options;1) Hold the Bitcoin
2) Invest in altcoins and leave a little in Bitcoin
3) Fund a project and start my own cryptocurrency that solves a problem that current currencies face (scalability, Tx fees etc.). With the funds, I would be able to assemble a team, start a marketing campaign, get listed on exchanges etc. I am also a programmer which helps.
4) Convert it to fiat (probably the dumbest idea)Edit: I should also add, I dropped out of school and have all the time in the world so can fully commit to any idea. I will earn my living of cryptocurrencies.A few people have asked how I made my money so, if you are interested, here is a short summary: Initially, I put it all into Bitcoin during the massive FUD of the fork around June when Bitcoin dipped to $1,900. Then I put half my money into NEO before all of the hype at around $12 and cashed out at $40. Then I invested in a couple ICO's and turned a pretty good profit of off the hype. After that, I got back in on NEO as soon as China announced the regulations regarding ICO's and rode the wave back from around $20 to $40 (I can't quite remember). Then, I rode the hype of Ethereum Dark, eBitcoin and a few other airdrop scams. Finally, I got in on Wincoin before it got to coinmarketcap and turned a 20x profit. If I were you, I will choose number 1 Hold the bitcoins, you know why? Bitcoin price varies in just a an hour what if we hold it for a year or more than a year? What will be the price of bitcoin? I think digital gold is BTC, silver - LTC, bronze DOGE, oil - ETH, gas - DASH  I will go for ETH, this is the one mainstream and medium exchange in some trading site. I think you should wait for the bitcoin to drop the price because it is the right time to buy bitcoin. You can still buy bitcoin now of you have enough money to buy it. I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?
If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?
If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?

I think there is only a small difference between bitcoin and a real money. Bitcoin is for using easy payments online and real money is used for payments in our basic needs like foods and other things we need to survive. It has only small difference because we can also convert bitcoin into some real money using an exchanger sites. |

For me it is not advisable to quit job just for bitcoin but maybe you can keep both so that you can earn as twice as more. But its up to you if you want to quit your job. If you want to have full time in exploring bitcoin then quit your job and explore bitcoin but you can also explore bitcoin right after you finish your job , just choose the best option for every problem you encounter so that you can be successful one day. |

In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.
I think you must explain it not just only by talking but also with videos and other things that may help improve their understandings. Its not that instant to learn bitcoin and because they are just children to have many space for improvements to learn and although it might take some time they will eventually learn it and just be patient in teaching them. |

Banks do not fear cryptocurrency. Most likely they do support cryptocurrency because they can also use it as an alternative way of getting investment in their banks.
