21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the main parameter for you when you choose a crypto exchange? on: August 09, 2019, 03:19:16 PM
I use only popular exchanges like Kucoin, Binance (centralized) and Idex (decentralized). Safety is the most important thing for me.
Perhaps safety and security are always the main parameters that users are interested in when they choose to exchange, but never just this one factor, after we have a safe home, what we need to care about is probably the issue of cost and income. Costs should be reasonable and exchange needs to create conditions for us to earn income, they need to have a high volume of users and high trading volume, safety only allows them to feel that they can stay and live, but it lacks the long-term conditions, so need favorable circumstances to make money
22  Economy / Economics / Re: Crimes involving crypto have risen on: August 08, 2019, 03:33:25 PM
not only in the cryptocurrency crime in this world everything is increasing the crime rate so blaming the cryptocurrency only for the crimes will not give any solution for that so I think we need to make the clear decision before what we do this only makes everyone to be clear minded in the future.
if you look broadly, crime happens every day, even fraud outside crypto. when a security is not so tight, there will be an increase in crime, and it happens in all fields. in terms of cryptocurrency, I think indeed some fraudsters involve crypto for their crimes, but, having experience and information, can make us avoid it.
Experience also cannot help us completely avoid mischievous criminals in this area but it is probably enough to avoid the basic situations, the traps that criminals create, and even if the number of crimes increases in crypto, we still should not think this is too bad news, consider a better aspect, the development of crypto has become so prominent in front of people. Sooner or later, when the crime story spreads, the market will get new capital, and maybe we already know we don't have the wrong choice, we've gone earlier than many people
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin in 2019 on: August 08, 2019, 03:17:05 PM
litecoin in my opinion is a pretty good coin after ethereum
there are coins that are literally good after etherium   . as for now the ranking goes like this  : btc , eth  , xrp , bch and last should be ltc  . i could say that ltc is good after bch   .

Talking about the price for 2019 I think it's quite potential,
I personally feel the price of Litecoin will be pretty good in early 2020 so I think investing in Litecoin can now be profitable.
rumors said that there will be a halving by this year for litecoin . having is said that it can up the price of cryptos  . so your right , investing on ltc now can be profitable because others will also buy ltc in preparation for the halving  .
With still sitting firmly above a high position on the coinmarketcap, it is enough to prove litecoin has the power and potential for that position, it is not much inferior to other altcoin, and when the power is here, everything to help it go up is just an opportunity. The rumor that you say is an opportunity for litecoin to tell people clearly about its value, a challenge that litecoin will bet on a lot of things, it must succeed, otherwise it will soon receive another altcoin attack, and investing in litecoin in 2019 is a good way for us, it has too much light of success
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Serious question about Bitcoin. Is it a reliable and stable investment? on: August 08, 2019, 02:57:38 PM
This has tto be define by individual based on their perspectives. Bitcoin is a risks investment and not stable investment but there are ways to minimize your risk while you do your investment, and also, if you want o invest in Bitcoin ensure to invest what you can afford to lose. The reward of long-term investment is better than short-term.
Well, when people become serious about investment, the general view that people can realize that no investment is reliable, it always has certain risk numbers, and we can only accepted, too perfect is an impossible thing, and in addition, if we take the time to read more about bitcoin, it's not difficult to determine that it's an unstable investment. It sounds very dangerous but we should know the value of these investments, profit from this category can always change a person's life, poverty can become rich quickly, so, just to be reasonably safe, people will participate in bitcoin regardless of its hidden risks.
25  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading full time on: August 07, 2019, 03:42:25 PM
Its not applicable to all mate. If trading full time will make your life easier then its a curse on someone else's life. If you become successful in this field then i also know people who gambles their fate on trading and end up regreting it.
Agree, some people can step into the real world, step out of their work to become a full-time trader because they have enough facility, talent, even luck to succeed with this idea of them but remember they have the conditions to grow, have opportunities and luck while we cannot have the same things, as you say, don't apply their lives to us. Some people's success cannot judge the success of others, and even they succeed, they used health, time, and accepted pressure to exchange, the full-time curse of traders is forever living next to the computer and avoiding real life
26  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the all countries convert to cryptocurrency? on: August 07, 2019, 03:26:50 PM
Now that more and more countries are starting to go cashless (http://www.bbc.com/capital/story/20180427-does-a-cashless-society-benefit-everyone), is it possible that we also start converting to cryptocurrency? If that happens, what do you think are the advantages and disadvantages? Paying virtually is very convenient for me as I do not have to bring cash and it prevents petty theft but what is the disadvantage?

If all countries convert to cryptocurrency we will live in a cashless society because we are all in a high technology government and so that all countries will be alarmed about whats going on.
I don't know if you accept or feel comfortable with such a society, but not just me, many people here probably won't like that society because we have used cash for many years, from a young age to marriage and stability, every day in every process of life, suddenly everything changes, we force to move to a new technology, unfamiliar and not easy to use, anger and a sense of protest are what will appear. Switching to crypto across the country is not advisable, let people get the choice, instead of deciding to help them, no one likes to follow what others have set up
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most Promising Altcoins to Invest in 2019 on: August 05, 2019, 12:22:47 PM
Wtih the current market, it is really difficult to tell which altcoin is a good investment for 2019. For the moment, it is for short term investment. Some IEO did perform well and some not. But for a quick profit, they can be a good bet.
Markets with too many accidents, almost altcoin are just living in very weak breaths, and that's really a tough wall for us to choose an altcoin that is full of potential and promise, but from some information that people discuss a lot, litecoin and binance coin are probably the stable and promising options when litecoin has a big event, while binance coin is maintaining a good price and many opportunities increase after each IEO occurs. Talking about IEO, investment can be very profitable but not as stable as before, so choose safe places to join
28  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the benefits of bitcoin to my country (Nigeria) economy?. on: August 05, 2019, 12:06:16 PM
CryptopreneurBrainboss, we all post some opinions, and they are of course different, which is quite normal. But what interests me is Bitcoin in any way help you in your life, do you live better or similar as before?

Probably Bitcoin cannot help one country as a whole, but it can help individuals who can then change things around for the better. I look for some info about cryptocurrency in Nigeria and I see you have few crypto exchanges in country, Nairaex seems to be most popular.

I do agree with this, btc is not created to help country to solve poverty problem, but it can help the individual to have a better life, it can be used as investment that not affected by inflation, it can created more job opportunities, less poor people will lead to a stronger country's economic foundation, there are only little things that bitcoin could do for the country but it could help the citizen a lot
Exactly, bitcoin creates more jobs then creates more opportunities to achieve super profits, and only those who can take advantage of this opportunity, they will change their lives, breaking their tough economy. Talking about news that bitcoin can help a country, it's just rumors, dreams, a country's economy cannot rely solely on bitcoin to change, bitcoin is not a safe area, the government is an important platform in the process of improving the economy, their plans will lead to this process, bitcoin is just a small factor
29  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Free Exchanges Fees? is this Possible. on: August 05, 2019, 09:14:26 AM
All exchanges I know have some corresponding fees involved in every transactions wether its a centralized or dex you have to spent some gas to send and withdraw your tokens to your own wallet no such thing as no fees this days all are run by money nothing more.
Obviously, as long as we participate in a certain exchange and start work through it to make money, it always needs a corresponding amount of cost, although it is not too high but it will always appear for each time we transfer money. And this cost is a fee to ensure our safety, ensuring that the exchange has enough resources to continue developing their services, without these costs, our safety is very low when there is no capital, exchanges will not be able to upgrade or hire people, lack of motivation to go up
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin can't be banned on: August 02, 2019, 08:15:38 AM
The only way you can ban bitcoin is to completely shutdown the internet. Aside this nothing can be done to ban bitcoin. No matter how much noise countries are making about banning bitcoin. Non of them have been able to make it completely. Nobody can stop us from using the coin
I think thats the one reason, because only on internet that can access bitcoin, if the government shutdown internet maybe that would probably stop. But until there is still an internet they cannot control people to use bitcoin.
Exactly. Unless an internet shutdown will happen, bitcoin will still be here. Bitcoin being decentralized is also one big reason why it cannot be banned by governments because they don't have full control from it. It might be regulated in the future but banning it totally might too impossible to happen since people will still find ways to access bitcoin.
In addition, the process of banning bitcoin has been delayed for many years when countries have always had mixed views, taking advantage of that time, the development of bitcoin has been accelerated quickly, expanding its reach and attracting more people. So far, this monster has appeared and encroached on so much land all over the world, it is too late to ban, what can be done with bitcoin right now is just to find common ground, government must cooperate with this system, seeking certain benefits
31  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whats better holding many coins or fewer coins? on: August 02, 2019, 07:59:24 AM
holding lots of coins or a little coin depends on the type of coin we have. it actually doesn't matter if we choose a coin that really has the potential and makes a profit. will lose if we hold a lot of coins but the coin has no good potential and only makes a loss.
besides making material losses, we lose time to wait so long. imagine we hold many years on coins which eventually become junk, it will be painful in the end. therefore I prefer the safest few coins to invest

And after reviewing all the opinions, perhaps a small number and of good quality, can be profitable for the future is what people will choose, I also agree because if we choose too much altcoin, we will be easy to choose, without certain criteria for the product we choose, a few years later, the garbage in our wallet increased dramatically, wasting too much of our resources. Instead of letting our own selves become garbage containers, we should have certain rules in choice, safe and profitable, those are the criteria to emphasize.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BNB the Next Bitcoin? on: August 01, 2019, 07:39:16 AM
l would like to draw your attention to the fact BNB can be best but don't forget it can not be more best than BTC. Why do people ask is BNB next Bitcoin? There is already BTC and it is enough. Personally, l don't need other BTC. It must be asked! I am shocked to see others don't know what is the difference between BTC and altcoins.
I agree with you. I also agree that BNB is one of the best altcoins at the moment, and it is a competitor for ETH, and other altcoins. however, I feel that BNB are too fast to be compared to bitcoin, in fact, even coins like ETH which are currently widely used, are still not good enough to compete with bitcoin. I am not sure that BNB can replace the position of bitcoin.
A very sad fact for all altcoin, altcoin can stand out, even grow at high speed, but when compared to bitcoin, the aura it produces is too small, so binance can be strong but it still can't break this fate, the short-lived flashiness of binance coin made people think wrong. Forget about comparing binance coin with bitcoin, a small rock along the road will not be able to fill a mountain, instead of searching for failure yourself, you should choose other competitors, the others are still not too strong and bnb can beat if they try
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin crush the altcoins?! on: August 01, 2019, 07:22:03 AM
Bitcoin affects other altcoins, of course, but it is completely connected to bitcoins. What matters is the qualoty the investment and market capacity

Generally when the btc rises other coins follows it and that is why it is said to be leader as it decides the future course of the other coin In which direction it will fall . This time inspite of btc risen to 13k some time back altcoins just did not rise accordingly .
Although this scenario is somewhat similar to what you say, the bicoin increases and other coins increase with it but a weakness and ineffectiveness are expressed very clearly, while bitcoin remains healthy and goes up, other riders seem unable to keep running, all exhausted when faced with the power and unusual fluctuations of bitcoin. Crushing altcoin in a gentle way is what we see bitcoin doing, I don't know if this may be temporary or not but I know our situation is not optimistic right now
34  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Binance the Best Exchange for Crypto trading? on: August 01, 2019, 07:06:48 AM
Based on what I saw, until now, binance still remains a professional exchange place, even after the hacker happened a while ago. because of this, binance is considered quite professional in managing the assets owned by its users. so far, I assume that binance is the best exchange place, even it can be proven that the coins released there, the price can pump.
Well, possess a huge number of users, combined with many different currency pairs, and although the exchange sometimes has mistakes but it is almost very small, and after all, binance is really the best exchange. And they never seem to know the limits of satisfaction, as soon as they have achieved success in approaching and creating trust for users, they continue to offer new ideas, outstanding styles and the ideas they provide are always profitable for all users, too much success, all built a thought that binance is the best exchange.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Libra - Facebook Cryptocurrency on: July 31, 2019, 09:08:45 AM
Can we buy Facebook cryptocurrency Libra now? How? Where?

I want to buy asap before the price pumps greatly.
You can't buy now, Libra is not yet launched and there's no listed on exchange at this time. Maybe you can wait until next year.
Even until next year, I still think we can hardly buy libra coin when the official and legal release of a crypto, with government confirmation, it is in need of a lot of time and process, besides, this is the starting point for the development of crypto to the public, the market will be very active and competitive to buy, the opportunity that we can buy in the first time is very low. Therefore, if we want to buy, we should go the other way, looking for an internal relationship, buying in advance will be better, instead of waiting until the official launch date.
36  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: July 31, 2019, 08:53:30 AM
Although some people protest against KYC because they feel they are been ripped off their identity for few pennies, KYC has got legal implications. KYC is a legal requirement from the governments especially when it comes to activities related to finances. It is through KYC that the government intends to track money launders, drug traffickers, terrorism funding etc.
Indeed, through KYC, the government can manage and monitor crime components and handle these problems easily, and crypto users cannot escape some problems, more precisely, crypto users are evading tax problems. So if KYC is required, it really is not beneficial for many crypto users, we are comfortable with income and suddenly, a small part of the income needs to be shared with the government, if you say that our biggest benefit is getting guarantees from the government, that's something I won't believe when so many scam events that until now, the government cannot solve and recover the loss
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of Tron? on: July 31, 2019, 08:35:18 AM
So far, Tron has a fairly good development, they also have strong supporters,Trx in the top 15 at CMC is pretty good and I feel there is a potential value in the future.
I believe that many people also see the development and vibration of tron always very stable but everything is always maintained at a steady and low level, talking about the future, perhaps TRON will not go too far compared to other altcoin because the general psychology of investors is that we often focus on altcoin of relative value, rarely investing too much in low value altcoin, surfing is mostly with this altcoin. And except for that purpose, we only use it as a way to liquidate, limit high fees, since then, tron is really not too attractive for the future
38  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I lost my confidence... And fought to get it back. on: July 30, 2019, 08:20:18 AM
Sometimes it is necessary to experience a strong emotional shock for your head to start working. Because failures can also motivate well. I think everyone goes through that and someone just gives up after the first failure, and who then begins to learn from their mistakes and achieve their goals.

If you're giving up after failing, it's more like letting your future be wasted. That doesn't make any sense at all, and if those failures will be our strength I guess it needs more time to recover. Learning is a process to undergo in daily basis or by instances, so expect that struggles will be there most of the time.
Exactly, giving up is just a form of fear, now we can give up but the future, we still face many similar stories, our life will be a coward if we choose to give up, our eyes are ahead, it wants us to always look straight, accept fate and step on fate to win. So even though failure can break our confidence, as long as we keep going, everything will be rebuilt, and we should know that when we realize our mistake, recovery will become faster, and not stop there, our confidence will be built stronger because we know, we can still return perfectly even when we fall into a deep pit of defeat
39  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: July 30, 2019, 08:05:29 AM
I think it would take long time to replace the fiat into crypto since the crypto it is not yet regulated by the government still the fiat money are the main currency in its country, crypto is only a digital currency that we cannot purchase all our daily needs everyday.
Digital currency is a name for crypto but it does not reflect the nature of crypto, we call it as a currency but unfortunately, we can't use it in life and even if we can use it, it's not comparable to fiat in terms of convenience. The value that it can provide is a currency that can circulate in the crypto world, an opportunity for us to invest, the crypto instability is so famous, and with this element, it is more than enough for crypto to not replace fiat, people need something stable to use regularly, not a temporary use
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in IEO BITTREX? on: July 30, 2019, 07:46:01 AM
I just don't know why a big and reliable exchange like BITTREX is not actually doing well with IEOs. I think their very first IEO where they backed off because they didn't believe in the project team anymore contributed immensely to this. I feel the pain of people who bought in Bitrrex IEO and lost money. This doesn't mean the next IEO on Bittrex must be bad, things change.
Although everyone knows that IEO on bittrex is not entirely bad but the fear of the first IEOs is still here, we can still see the consequences it has created in the IEO trend, very deep imprints on everyone's mind, and we should know a few times that failed, the IEO in bittrex could no longer attract people. And of course, investment is a battle where people should support vibrant and crowded places, bittrex can be a great exchange but it doesn't own a large IEO community, trust in it only creates damage, IEO on other exchanges is still more reliable
