21  Economy / Speculation / Re: $80k within 6 weeks, new ATH October 2021 on: January 15, 2021, 11:07:53 AM
Well, who knows whether it will surpass that point or not ?
Let's not Fomo about this matter buddy, let it gather the interest and let the market get steady then we can talk about 80k and beyond. Don't rush.
22  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why are you guys tagging Lauda's account? on: January 03, 2021, 12:13:46 PM
All I am trying to say is that she did nothing wrong to get these negative trusts, they seem like an abuse of trust. Scamming someone includes their agreement right. But I am talking about all the tagged accounts, also, she went off and it's not a good way to say good bye to such a legend.
Can you tag satoshi cuz he leaved?
Anybody can open his account and use it if they got access to the forum database right ? Can you tag satoshi just because he went off ?
All I am trying to say is that the announcement is enough.
23  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why are you guys tagging Lauda's account? on: January 03, 2021, 12:04:46 PM
What are you talking about? The tags clearly make sense, as their credentials have been compromised. The account cannot be trusted from that point onward.
Well, if taking a close look at the age of that account you will find out that the ones who destroying the trust of Lauda saying "farewell" and stuffs like that could influence on the negative trust given to lots of cheaters turning them into neutral trust. That could let the members evade from these tags, you can wish her a bright future without harming her account right? Or am I wrong ?
About the edit of your post and the last two lines, it's right yes, but she won't open her account and she did an announcement that thousands have seen, it's enough I think. Giving her a negative trust is a abuse I think because it will reflect on the trust of scammers being tagged in the past which means that alot of cheaters around here would get access to their accounts tagged by Lauda, her negative trust will become neutral and hooray! They will come here again scamming, bumping threads, shilling and I am expecting alot of these accounts to get some positive fake feedbacks that will bring these accounts "back to life".
Lauda posted an announcement which I think is enough. And I am sure that the account pass and username are well secured and nobody would trust such a big account after that announcement.
Your words are logical, but in the other side, some of these neg trusts, I consider them as an abuse and I know that you got what I mean.
24  Economy / Reputation / Why are you guys tagging Lauda's account? on: January 03, 2021, 11:54:31 AM
Hey bitcoin talk,
I kept silent seeing some of you wish a Farewell for Laura after her thread announcing that she will never exist again or reopen her account.
Never mind Lauda, I've seen you fight crime and spam around here for years and I wish you a good future whenever or wherever you will exist, lol.
Now, back to the real deal, I am not against any of the members here at our beloved Bitcoin talk forums but listen up, is this a good way to wish a Farewell for a highly trusted member of the community just like Lauda? You just aim to destroy the trust of her account ?
I am asking Cyrus or any of the highly trusted members here to take a look about this matter, there's thousands of cheaters and ALTs right there trying to raise the trust of their accounts, I am writing these words after taking a look at Bitvest's signature campaign and especially the member "Joepen" if I am pronouncing his username right, he was evading a ban by using an alt and using it to join that signature, he was given a delay till today to fix his rank and then when today comes, boom I went to his account and foundout that some guys have tagged Lauda also to take her trust down and to make these little cheaters evade from the negative trust.
Well I am giving you guys just a simple example and I know that some of you might have some fights with Lauda but do you think that tagging her account because it is closed is a right choice? Are you with Bitcoin and decentralization or you are here to play and ruin the trust of people?
I can't stay silent watching all these scammers and cunts that bitcoin talk is full of evade from the negative trust. These guys who gave a negative trust to Lauda's account shall be ashamed of their selves, stop playing with the trust system here, it's against the rules.
I am letting this subject to the community,
Thanks for your time.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Things will be different this time around on: January 03, 2021, 09:49:55 AM
What I have learned during these years with crypto is to stop fearing and in the same time to stop expecting, if you do any financial trade or investment just think deeply before hitting the submit order button, once that step is done there's no more thinking, only passionates about crypto will get this point. You can't say that there will be no altcoins season, wait and you will see.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is ETH overpriced? on: January 02, 2021, 08:20:17 PM
Ethereum is not overpriced, it should be valued at more than 1000$ per coin because it is really a highly valuable Blockchain that is being used by thousands of humans. It's underrated for sure.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex de listed XMR, ZEC and DASH on: January 01, 2021, 11:08:03 PM
Another proof that puts us ahead of the reality, the US isn't into crypto for the decentralization. USA has alot Bitcoins and altcoins gathered from Hackers, they own these assets and the amounts aren't low. Trust me they pump things the way the want and they cause dumps, we ain't in the decentralization era yet, wait till the market gets more and more strong, we'll see great days then.
28  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: few questions from newbie on: January 01, 2021, 08:39:15 AM
Welcome amoung us Nancy!
I would like to say that you're the one and only responsible for your interactions with these members and with the whole community whether we're talking about projects or entities or even individuals. There's a trust system, a ranking system and that enables you to know who's a newbie and who's highly trusted. You can find alot of newly signed up accounts selling stuffs without any vouch copies or without any trust, those aren't the ones you might want to trust.
In the other hand, you can always browse and search using that tool at the top right for subjects, feedbacks and opinions about anything. You can even use this section to post any questions before doing any financial trades. Be safe and have a nice day/ new year beginning.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Experience As A Bounty Hunter on: January 01, 2021, 08:01:12 AM
The same scenario happened to all of us, some projects screwed us and wasted our efforts and time but it's okay, it wouldn't be a bounty hunting if there's no risk involved right? Usually i do get paid in the past but nowadays i'm just staying away and saving my efforts but there's at least some good bounties to hunt right now, i might jump in any time.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin, altcoin season index on: January 01, 2021, 12:03:54 AM
Such a nice tool but do you really know from where they do take these infos? Their API is directly connected with exchangers or CMC?
It's helpful but i need an insurance first, the graphs and the % of the BTC dominance is enough for me to judge if it's the btc or the alts season, just curious to know more about their code.
31  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Am I doing anything wrong by holding bitcoin?⁰ on: December 31, 2020, 10:55:40 PM
Happy new year to you too! I would say that it was a late date to buy your Bitcoins but it's fine, if you're going for a long term rally then it should be fine to hodl these nice 12k inside a secure wallet, if you're holding them in Blockchain's wallet then make sure to secure it well with 2fa to prevent any risk or damage. These 12k will have bigger value in the future.
32  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SEC on decentralized projects on: December 31, 2020, 10:28:07 PM
It's not that way but Nakamoto himself can't shut down the Bitcoin protocol after launching its nodes, if something is decentralized then it's impossible for any authority to shut it down as long as the nodes are up and running. The SEC has power to file cases against foundations and persons aka entities using the law in their favour, they can have an effect on some cryptocurrencies when forcing exchangers to delist them or things like that but they can't really stop a working protocol.
33  Other / Archival / Re: .. on: December 31, 2020, 09:39:46 PM
Here's the chart you're looking for.

Haha Og, you seem to be excited for the 1 million dollars price, it won't be that close i think we'll let that for the next 5 or 10 years for the big growth expectations. I might say that we can expect Bitcoin to be above 25k in the end of 2021, i might be excited enough to say that it would even hit 35k but let's not rush. Nice & lovely graph you got there, lmao.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Gamblers! What is your excuse to avoid a game with 0% House Edge? on: December 31, 2020, 09:11:47 PM
Well, it's a quite prettty game to play, never seen your website neither tried it before. Moreover, having 0% house edge means that we are equal in terms of chances which just makes the game itself more funnier to play. I'd try it in the future if i had any chances. Good luck on the new gambling business.
This is one proof and the reason why not many users are playing on your platform, because of the lack of promotion so that even if you offer a game with 0% house edge it will still not be an attraction. One of the things that is lacking than this is the promotion step, when the promotion has been carried out then it is not only 0% house edge, at least with the promotion even though you offer a game that has a house edge, then of course with the promotion carried out it will make many users aware of your platform and be an attraction of course.

but have you seen the website that the OP is promoting? i guess, even with promotion going on, i dont think many gamblers will stick to play on that platform. it is very dull and the chance of winning is really slim. if you play once, i dont think you'll gonna play again.
the OP should have read some of the suggestions of the users here and at least apply on their site. the game is simple but even offering with 0% he, i dont think gamblers will go back again and again. they need to add something to their site.
Talking about myself, it's not mainly about the promotional stuff but you can consider that rule valid. Even, the classic promotions aren't gathering any "great" interest. There must be a creative way in order to have players on that platform. I would recommend hiring Youtubers, doing a giveaway or allowing some free bets for a certain amount of money here in Bitcointalk for example. Bettors have their own platforms, not every player is ready to try new Bookmakers/Betting platforms so try to gain player's interest first before having any hype toward these new games, earn that interest.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the point of so many cryptocurrencies? on: December 31, 2020, 07:27:22 PM
Lmao, you made us all laugh, such a funny thread you're posting. Do you think that banking is the solution? Do you think that FIAT is going to remain valid?
If Satoshi was here, he'd be laughing so hard, Banking is slavery, Banking means that we're centralized, they have your funds which mean that they are rich, you're poor till you withdraw and till they accept to give you your money, oh god.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you trust social media influencers on cryptocurrencies. on: December 31, 2020, 07:07:35 PM
I was following an influencer and a well known guy which was facing some hard days back in 2017, he's McAfee. He was shilling privacy coins and he was buying and holding big bags of them before any tweet. The plan was to shill these coins and dump them later to his followers, people were fomoing and buying insanely, he did it a couple of times i think. I was following crypt0 on youtube and omar turned to be a good and an honest guy. You should know whom to follow before giving your trust, that's my advice.
37  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you verify every bet as a gambler? Provably Fair Guide. on: December 31, 2020, 06:53:17 PM
Such a brilliant thread to share with us, thanks alot!
I've came across the provably fair concept when i was trying dice and roulette for the esports gambling websites, these were cool and shilled by alot of Youtubers back in 2017 and never tried to verify the md5 decrypting nor tried to know the whole concept. As you've said in the thread, if you're not checking each bet then you're just getting cheated. Some bookmakers might be cheating, never heard about any case as far as i know but i'm grateful, with this tool we can just lower their chances. Well done!
38  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: December 31, 2020, 06:37:39 PM
I've came across an article online written by a gambler whom was pointing out to himself as a professional gambler/bettor and it is clearly possible to be like him if you accept to take the risk. I'm not a gambler, even if i'm sometimes doing it for fun and not spending these profits on real life things, i might just buy gift cards with them or something like that but people in Las vegas for example made millions out of poker, football and dice betting which includes a huge risk pourcentage.

40  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: FreeBitcoin Bot - What do you think about this tool?? on: December 31, 2020, 05:53:40 PM
I've seen a couple of friends using such tools like a macro scripts or so. It's working fine but it might not guarantee that it will work perfectly or deliver cristal-clear profits. It might get stuck or it might drive you to huge losses if it glitches, no one knows for sure. The point is that you can use it with low balances, for experimental purpose and not for huge profits, don't get you ass slapped because of such tools.
