Hey dok,
What's the word on all the rejected shares when mining at nicehash (about 5%)? Could a fix be found?
Getting both outdated and invalid nonce rejects. In comparison, gateless gate gives 0 rejects but speed is not on par poolside.
Same problem. Tried ggs too, 24 hour no rejected share I really don't know what could it be, maybe GGS is not showing rejected shares ? Maybe it's not sending them to the pool (they don't show up there). My ping may be a little bit high too. They are reduced after switching to 1.4.0 ~ 3% now. From what I can tell your miner is the best there is for v7 at this time. Could a lower intensity help? Been using auto values so far. It would be great if you could have a look when you have some spare time. Keep up the good work and thanks.

Soldering pins?? No, no, no Try this: - use DDU -enable onboard video as default display output in your mobo bios -connect only the bricked card to the x16 slot (main pci-e slot of your mobo) -boot pc - run cmd as administrator and navigate to your atiflash folder - from there type atiwinflash -f -p 0 yourbiosfile.rom Recovered many cards this way. Good luck! That exactly what i was thinking to do. The only difference is that i think i will you freeDOS instead of windows since a lot of people suggest that. Just to be sure (don't be angry cvsea) anyone arguing against cvsea procedure? Thanks to all of you Why not just do it? It takes 2 minutes. Why would you want to use freedos? It's not rocket science. If you have no drivers installed windows will not try to initialize your bricked card. Atiflash will see it as a basic display adapter but will flash the bios onto it.

Getting the same error. Any fix for this? edit: it's poolside. stratum+tls://stak.suprnova.cc:7710 works

GPU-Z is always right...having straps for 2 or even 3 types of memory just means card maker was lazy to make 3 different BIOS-es and made one for all types of memory
Here's a pickle for you. Could you be a pal and please tell me who made the damn memory chips for this card? It's a 570 nitro+ 8gb I just got yesterday. https://imgur.com/a/E7hRPhttps://ufile.io/rsp0tSpent a few hours trying to mod this fucker . Finally copied 1625 on both 1: and 2: (changed a few parameters too) and it worked but sure doesn't feel like samsung. Much appreciated.

Well, first you have to let it run for at least 24 hours to see conclusive results. However there have been other posts about the profitability not being as high as wtm reports. Wouldn't be the first time this happened with a new coin.
You could switch to nicehash. Profit is on par and even slightly better than reported by whattomine.
And, by the way, I don't seen ETN on the GPU tab of whattomine anymore. Can anybody confirm?

May I ask when you plan to release it and can you also give us some details? Wouldn't mind giving 1% to you instead of Claymore .

Actually Nanopool has the highest share diff set at 5000MH (4000MH for ethermine, been like this for a long time). I'm almost sure it's because of a combination of low block time and fluctuating ping. Does anyone know what the upper limit of an efficient ping time is?

Hey zawawa. Since you're around I was wondering if I could ask you why your gatelessgate or sgminer 5.5.5-8 nicehash are getting "Stratum connection interrupted" when mining xmr on nicehash on a regular basis? Perhaps there is something that I can add to the config to stop this from happening? Thanks for your time. Cheers!
That happens with excavator, too. I will find out what is going on. That is normal if you do not submit any share in 10min window. This is not the case. I have lots of shares submitted in any 10 min period. https://imgur.com/a/Lp9BZI was thinking maybe there is some timeout setting miner side that can be adjusted? A google search reveals this is a common issue with nicehash cryptonight but I couldn't find a fix yet.

Cred ca glumesti cu preturile astea . Iti ia cel putin 2 ani sa recuperezi investitia asta daca toti parametrii raman la fel ca acum si nu platesti nici curentul. Mai sunt si aia pe olx care cer 5000 de euro pe un D3. Cat tupeu In fine...prost nu e cine cere...

Wolf0 congrats, people says your miner is faster than Claymore!
Meh, it is in some cases, but only a bit. If I wanted to have a contest, I wouldn't hand the competitor my entry, duh. Are you share your miner version? Wolf0 miner is opensource, meaning the code is free; so anyone could make it faster or do whatever they want with it. miner is opensource, but he has a fancy kernel that works only for $$$ Nope. I don't plan on selling/releasing any CN code - at least atm. what's the point of being good/best if nobody knows about it? I'm sure you have a goddamnly good optimised kernel and you keeping it just for yourself If I want to compete, I will. You don't need to do anything. Your public kernel is still the fastest one available. You win . Version 10 of this miner shows speed gain but the pool tells a different story. No improvement whatsoever from 9.7 poolside.

It works now with stock settings but you didn't solve the Nicehash problem.
Because I need more time for it. Great. Thanks! So increasing page file size seems to allow the miner to work with the default -h and -dmem on 8gb polaris. Speeds are indeed now slightly better than sgminer but have to be tested poolside. Looks good but why the weird memory doubling solution instead of just giving the posibility to set threads, worksize and intensity?

You can indeed do this with the latest nvidia profile inspector. Look for "force p2 state" under "common" and turn it off (remember to save ). Not much benefit to it though...

XMR - Is anybody experiencing a high reject rate (1% - 3% per card) and stratum connection disruptions on nicehash with this miner?
I just tried switching from miningpoolhub to nicehash and having the same problem I even tried the nicehash sgminer-gm fork and the same thing it has to be nicehash yep cryptonight seems to be the most sensitive in regard to rejects and hw errors. all my polaris cards are steady at 1.5-2% rejects, here's the sample: EDIT: latest sgminer-gm apparently produces slightly better rates (about 2% for me) than GG EDIT2: you guys should try sgminer-gm 5.5.5 also does 0 rejects on the same pool where GG was having ~2% - not really, it actually makes more rejects, but maybe your cards would do better than mine... Seems like the rejects are normal as nicehash doesn't accept stales (i've seen some go through though). A solution would be to rule out any problems with the rig.
