Imagine someone would have been 50 BTC and you give them a response like that , sorry we can't pay your winnings because or website didn't update the odds properly.. Come on now.
It will be really unfortunate to see things like that happen but in my experience cloud bet is a good site and they will provide you the winnings in most cases instantly and the problem arises only when it is time for withdrawal as it might take some time to get the coins and if they could rectify that it will be one of the best sites. Hello, i have one bet still showing as pending since hours. I played for over 2 and it ended with 2 goals so it should be refund but still showing as pending. Can you please check? I see a member here had a bet paid because of "incorrect score" showing on there site.. Unfortunately this happened to me but I made the BET when the score was correct as I was watching the game live. It's been a week no replies by email. I have sent Cloudbet a Private message and hopefully they could fix my issue as I am a big member there and if it's not fixed they are not seeing one more penny. I will switch to a competitor, hey the odds aren't as good but at least if something on their end goes wrong they still payout and not give a bullshit response..

Having green trust doesn't give you any power. Anyway, make a proper scam accusation so more people can see it, with solid evidence, and then they might be tagged. Can't believe your complaining about them not giving negative trust when you haven't even done it yourself though. I personally don't think they are a scam, just that their support is the worst and can take forever to resolve something. They have a few thousand BTC though, so maybe time to hire better staff?
