I completely agree with you, because for me personally, if ETH is the leader of the cryptocurrency market, even though Bitcoin is at the very top. If you believe in ethereum and invest in this coin today, then when you reach the level of the beginning of 2018, ethereum will increase 4 times. actually Bounty allocation still same like few year ago, but bounty participant increasing every day, that's why make our earning are decreased than few year ago.
the solution for this problem is let's tradig using money we get from bounty and increase the money from trading

I do not prefer any. I would rather buy on the exchange. Lots of ICO today do not get into exchange and lots of investors that invested on that project are frustrated because they suffer heavy loss due to this thing. Though there is an exemption such as, if the group creating an ICO is well established and known in the market.

Point of correction here, BTT and FET conducted IEO on binance launchpad, you should see the clear difference between ICO and IEO. for ICO, investors have lost trust because most ICOs end up delaying listing or turning scam. But for IEO, investors are sure the project is legit provided it's conducted on a reputable exchange like Binance, OKEX, KUCOIN etc and they are sure of listing. So why won't they buy in? I will also advise crypto enthusiasts to still do checks before buying into any form of token sale.

Bitcoin is too old in my opinion. It has done a lot for our industry but I cannot take a coin serious that has 7 transactions per second and costs so much money even for a fee. There are a lot of altcoins that can bring more.

You are not in a loss unless you handover your assets to others. Buy low sale high. What if you bought at higher price? Try to buy at each dip to reduce the diffrence. But never invest all of your money into single asset. Trading is always risky. But you will gain/loss in %%. 5%loss or 10%gain, means same in bull and bear market.
