i can confirm solo mining works. got my first 20 QBIC and i'm feeling great!!!
setgenerate method?? yes, in the console: setgenerate true -1Not sure if it needs to wait for the synching to stop or what, but just leave it open and eventually you'll get a block I think. I wish there was a way to monitor it though, so you can know it's doing _something_. I'm doing the same. You can monitor it under task manager: when it syncs, the cpu is not loaded. when it is synced the cpu load goes on 70 %. then it is doing something!

Please write how did you get it?

Is this correct command
22:20:40 setgenerate generate true
22:20:40 Error: Error parsing JSON:generate
you must type only setgenerate true if you like to mine with all your cpu cores type setgenerate true -1 But my wallet resuncs all the time. If it is syncted then it begins to mine. but the synced state holds only for max. half min

Hello Dev!
you wrote great miner! thank you for your work! Now amd is as good as nvidia!
But can you please optimize the power consumption? I have rx480s. they are drawing 120 - 170 watt per card, what is much more then power consumption in claymore dual miner in dual mode where I have 90 -110 watts per card!
Can you also test the power and gpu/memory clocking options on amd blockchain driver beta? It wont wort on mys system at all! The vvdc option I did not tested yet!
If you can optimize the code in this direction, that would be the greatest miner in this algo!
Thank you one more time for your great work!

Will Zen have any bounty or signature campaign? If yes, i would like to join it. Thanks dev
We will consider the possibility but not right now, we are focused on our main goal -> Secure Nodes, all resources are now focused toward Nodes. Hello MedaR. When are you going to start secure node on mine chain? If i will have for example 2x42=84 zen, will I have 2 secure nodes or how will it exactly work? Thanks for your answer! Best Nico

all the coins from the electrum purse disappeared. Hey Atotarho, That should not happen? Can you tell me a little more about what happend before/after in pm's so we can help you? the SHIELD team. SAME ! I tried to send a transaction, the wallet was showing "broadcasting transaction" since minutes so I closed it. I reopened it and it's empty. ......... Ok, solved. Go to your AppData/roaming folder and delete everything in the Electrum-XSH folder. Start your wallet and use your seed to restore it. And poof, all transactions are shown confirmed and everything is back to normal. Is this a serious solution? If we delete everything in the appdata folder where exactly does the seed exsist? Legit question?! You must delete in appdata->electum-xsh all but hold the wallet folder. Don't delete it. After that you can run the new wallet and all works and are confirmed! Great work! Thanks Devs!

Hey guys, We have Electrum working! Electrum Windows wallets are prebuilt here. Source can be used for Linux wallets and OSx is also coming but could still take some time. We are also working on QT but we ran into some problems and an Electrum wallet is better then no wallet. More specifically, we're having problems with compiling QT5 but that will be fixed sometime soon. The SHIELD team. This wallet has connections and all mine mined coins are on it now! It works! OS - windows 10 64bit Thanks Have You tried to send coins to another address? No. I can only see my balance now!

Hello I have masternode running! The reward is much much less es expected! At this moment we have 137 masternodes running in the world so the reward must be 720*10/2/137 = 26.27737226 avg. daily. In last 3 days I'm getting only 10 coins. The confirmation of the coins are soooo height that one reward takes half of a day. For example today morning I had one block which was 81 times confirmed. Now after about 9 hours there are exactly 93 confirmations! 5 dais before I got 30 coins daily. Now only 10. What is going on? Do I do something wrong?
Please help. Thanks
You aren't doing anything wrong. There has been discussion about this on the Slack channel, but basically a miner is throwing a lot of hashing (Nicehash) at Vivo whenever difficulty is lower. This they massively increases the difficulty a number of blocks later, while this miner switches to something else leaving the remaining miners taking much much longer than usual to process the transaction hashes and thus this lowers the number of transactions in a 24 hour period, and thus the payments to masternodes. It is annoying, but the dev team have decided that making a hard fork to change the calculation of difficulty would be counter productive, so we just need to ride this out. Thanks for your quick answer! I read it before but I thought that it was only for miners and not for masternodes, But now for me is everything clear! I hope it settles by itself very soon! Stopped mining it for now. For the last 2 days, what I was able to get did not even pay for the electricity. How are you going to find a usage for this blockchain when you have no idea of when a transaction will happen because of the diff? You can have several transactions in few minutes then a block can take more than 3 hours to be found? Sure, nicehash is playing by the rules, but are the rules right here? In whole I think this is a very big problem! With my masternode I mined only one block today (5 coins). but i must become 25 coins. SO i have question: if nicehash increases diff and because of this I become only 5 coins per day, where is going my 20 coins daily which I must become by the 143 masternodes? Does it goes to nicehash too??? But how? As stated there are half of the mined block distributed on whole masternodes - 3600 coins on 143 MN So, maybe Devs can separate this Masternode problem and solve it?

Last day I noticed that confirmation of mined or sent coins takes much more time as it was 1 or 2 days ago. Can it be only my problem or is it something else? BTW great pump! That's awesome!

Hello M0ndialu As I see it is random payment: 2 of them was made on the next day but the third - only on 7th day. Do you know if the mined POS coins in you example on the second day are added to your 2 mil. coins and staked with them together? And can I send mined coins to my other wallet without stopping staking on the base coins? Thanks

Claymore, how long we looking at for an updated miner? I simply can not get stability with this miner with newer cards. Are we looking at a month, a week, a day? Please provide the forum some hope as to when you plan to have an updated miner for Monero.
I will release new version within two weeks. Linux binaries too? And what about Nvidia support? Thanks
