if want to invest in this project then simply buy it, you will be better off otherwise your LUCK is not greater than "OTHER" miners ! LoL
How much are you calculating for electricity? At 0.10c 24/7 x 425W it would cost you ~$1 a month. Now let's assume dero is .60c(low price), and you get 4(also low) dero a day x 0.60c = $2.40 a DAY x 30 days = $72. Total cost of electricity for one month $1 (at the rate you mentioned 425W) Total profit from mining for one month $71 Hmmmmm....I'm no brain surgeon but I would say it's worth to mine dero even with this pessimistic scenario (low price and low yield on mining). I think that his electricity costs $0.10 and not 0.10c... So, electricity cost for 425W are around $30 monthly..... |

I enabled -allpools 1 and it fixed the error message, but I have another Question. I tried to enable -tt 80 so I don't melt my video card (jk) But then the miner refuses to work. I have it the same as the documentation in the readme file. Anyone got any ideas ?

I am trying to download 64-bit wallet for Linux (ntensecoin-linux-x86_64.AppImage) from official website, but download stops at 312MB... Can someone please check that file??

Try again please, this is just network issues on your end, but I also reduced the file size of the Linux appimage to 291mb I have the same problem with new file, but downloaded successfully on another computer... weird...  Anyway, thanks! |

I currently have a rig with Asrock BTC Pro 2.0 and 6x Dell RX 480 (reference?) cards. Do I only need one dummy HDMI plug for the card that's plugged (via riser) into the x16 slot, or need to buy six dummy plugs?

Either get more miners to dbix3, and/or reduce the N to the expected pool hashrate.
Also, I not make 3 pools for the competition but for network security, I prefer 3 pools with 200ghs each rather than 1 with 600ghs I think there is a too huge difference between the pools, if you raise dbix1 to 5000 or 10000 and lower dbix3 to 50000 it would split up a bit more Actually, this is a very good idea! It will not make big difference for big guys, but smaller miners would be grateful for that.  |

I tried DBIX2 when it was just created. PPS seemed like a good and fair payout structure. But, because the pool's hashrate is so low, the payouts will always be too far between. Sure, you will get a bigger piece of the pie, but the pies will get delivered less often. With the PPLNS 3000, you are still getting paid regularly, just smaller pieces.
Also, consider that DBIX pool 1, 2, and 3 are all competing with each other to mine the block. if we are going to compete, it should be with other pools.
What is the alternative? Mine ether? Ethermine has PPLNS scheme. I dunno what their share threshold is, but it seems to be working fine.
Maybe 3000 is a bit too low. But, at the same time, DBIX pool is mining the majority of the blocks, so i plan to stay there. Guaranteed, regular payouts.
This is so true! Especially, there is no sense have 2 same type pools (dbix1 and dbix3) and compete with each other... Isn't better to rise last shares number from 3000 to 10.000 at first pool? |
