To be part of DERO NETWORK and start mining DERO:
Download daemon & wallet from below links, choose your OS.

Extract and change into that directory by cmd-prompt.
Run derod.exe or derod depending on operating system. It will start syncing.
Open another command-prompt and run dero-wallet-cli.exe/dero-wallet-cli and follow options to create wallet.
Make sure to backup your wallet-file/password/seed/key etc…

For 500H/s and 10 seconds time set diff 5000

The country will not approve it without tracking.
In other words the famous exchange does not treat it.
My country is like that.

perhaps NO due to following major reasons:
1] Hold your balances in your wallet not on the exchanges.
2] In event of non-payments or exchange wallets maintenance issues it becomes tough to resolve.

I'd also imagine they would need some verification on the 2M premine if it is not represented in the blockchain.

perhaps you mean withdrawal from exchange to wallet, if that then mostly depends on account to account. But its ok to withdraw 50 DERO at a time.
You can try increasing every-time. If any withdrawal error DERO gets back to your account after 4-7 days.
For deposits it looks there are no limits.

CMC don't count locked premines in the circulating supply. Subject to proof of the lock(s), only 0.85M would be considered to be circulating which gives a market cap of $510,000.
