It is amazingly confusing for me to understand whether to buy ETH or BTC to trade for ALTS. I plan on holding a good % of BTC and ETH in my portfolio, but when it comes to these fluctuating BTC and ETH prices, I'm never sure whether to buy one first to trade for ALT coins.

I think Litecoin is firstly more estabalished with new features being introduced along the way like the Pay feature in addition to better acceptability & recognition vis-a-vis NEO (as of now) and should touch $1000 in 2018 before NEO.
Whats your view...
According to the latest news, Litecoin has a better chance of getting to this level. Neo is on the same level and make him x20 for this you need at least a year 2 or even 3. |

Thanks for the advice, but as the classic said, I do not believe. I have my own opinion on everything that you said and I think there are quite a few options in terms of coins that will make us not cry but are happy. Even losses are unable to break us and will only do it smarter.
