201  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ethereum cold-wallet, recommendation on: June 19, 2018, 10:36:04 PM
Most importantly, keep your private key safe. I recommend purchasing a wallet hardware and you do not have to worry about the security of your digital capital from hackers and thieves.
Here you have the options -
Ledger Nano S - www.ledgerwallet.com
TREZOR - https://shop.trezor.io
KeepKey - www.keepkey.com
202  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you store your altcoins? on: June 18, 2018, 11:16:13 PM
If you trade coins, you can keep them on the exchange. But if not, it will be better to have them in the software wallet or hardware wallet. If you own the erc20 tokens, MEW is a good choice.
There are also many wallets for multiple cryptos, for example

Coinomi - This is the wallet that contains the largest amount of cryptos.
Exodus - Exodus offers the exchange of certain cryptos between them without having to send them to the stock exchange.
JAXX - You can safely store your tokens in it. There is also a mobile version.
203  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is altcoin? on: June 18, 2018, 11:57:22 AM
Altcoin is cryptocurrency other than Bitcoin, also based on cryptography and blockchain. These altcoins were created after Bitcoin. The best known are LTC, ETH, Dash and the like. There are also tokens.
Tokens do not have their own network and usually "lie" to different Blockchain cryptocurrency. They work by so-called smart contracts on another platform.
204  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to buy BTC? on: June 17, 2018, 08:07:42 PM
Bitcoin's originality lies in the fact that despite the fact that it is software, it can not be duplicated. You can mined it or get it from someone who already owns it. This cryptocurrency brought a real technological advance in the payment system, which hid in the pocket all banks.
You can also buy Bitcoin on Kraken, Coinbase or BTC-E, or also from Bitcoin ATM, here you can find https://coinatmradar.com/.
205  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are bounties and Airdrops worth it? on: June 15, 2018, 07:28:17 PM
New crypto projects to make a lot of turmoil around them, part of the tokens will set aside and use it as a marketing campaign for their project, and with the help of that, individuals will receive a reward in the form of new coins. Some have very low value at time of arrival and time will show what their value will be. The best reward is a bounty program - a signature campaign where you can also get a valuable amount.
206  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to cash btc on: June 15, 2018, 12:59:44 PM
If you want to exchange Bitcoins for cash, for example, for dollars, there are a lot of verified currency exchanges that provide this service.
You must first sign up for your selected currency exchange
If the page requires it, you will need to verify your identity
Upon completion of the sign up process, you can sell your Bitcoins in a "more direct" way to the USD.
This service is provided by Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp and many others.
207  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best wallets on: June 14, 2018, 08:08:01 PM
For Bitcoin BitGo is a very secure web wallet that you can rely on. Registering and setting up your wallet is a two-factor and verifies the SMS. Second, Electrum has been in existence since 2011 and is one of the leading Bitcoin wallets, also available in the mobile version. For ico projects based on the Ethereum base, you can use https://www.myetherwallet.com/. If not, every project has its type of wallet available.
208  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Risks of investing ? on: June 13, 2018, 08:25:48 PM
Any investment can be risky, and that is true not only for the crypto industry. There are a few rules I would follow when investing. The first and most important rule is to check who the crypto is offering. Just go through the web search engine quickly. Do not forget to how much activity team has. If he communicates daily on social networks, he tries to answer questions to investors and regularly reports on the next course, you have nothing to worry about. I would also divide my portfolio of investments into multiple cryptos.
209  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: about airdrops on: June 12, 2018, 03:29:12 PM
For airdrops, adhere to the basic rule - never deliver your private (privkey) keys. And also that a relatively small effort is a decent reward. If there are tokens on ethereum blockchain, you can see the list of tokens you own at https://etherscan.io with your wallet address.

211  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scammers?????? on: February 19, 2018, 06:30:07 PM
It has happened to me as already written above that they have sent me a Personal message, and it has been an offer for a variety of great deals to get involved in their programs.
As in the real world as well as in the world of cryptos are many scammers. You need to be careful and have a good look at these offers. If you want a serious program, first you have to check it out twice.
Here is their large amount on this forum. Fraudulent programs simply ignore.
212  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the Airdrop campaign? on: February 18, 2018, 09:04:36 PM
Airdrop campaign, I would call it a bounty campaign. You get some reward from the provider of the given bounty, part of the coins or tokens.
And how to get involved is always a condition for meeting the conditions. Overall, bounties are a very good way to get coins for us as a community.
213  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie starting out where to invest $500 on: February 17, 2018, 03:56:22 PM
Investing in cryptocurrencies can be a pretty decent financial injection. The intensity of the financial benefit you can print from such an injection depends on a number of factors. In particular, it is important to consider whether your selected cryptocurrency potential is growing.
Use your $ 500 to buy BTC, ETH and LTC. It's about buying currencies that have a strong past and an even stronger future. Investing in cryptocurrencies is definitely worthwhile, but you must be aware that you have no financial guarantees. Always consider any risk.
214  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to Mine Litecoin and other Altcoins? on: February 16, 2018, 07:09:05 PM
Litecoin and other altcoins can be mining in several ways.

The first option is Mining with custom hardware
If you choose to engage in virtual currency mining, you can use the CPU or GPU for computational operations.

The second option is the altcoins mining in the pool
There are many pool types. Some are designed to mining one currency, but there are also multipools where you can switch from currency to currency.

The third option is mining altcoins in the cloud
If you do not want to invest in the new GPU, ASIC, you can also rent special servers that some companies rent for a monthly fee and which are primarily designed for mining altcoins.
215  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: newbie want to earn btc! on: February 15, 2018, 05:34:49 PM
Hello and welcome, if you want to get a specific btc, you get so little money on faucets, there are countless on the internet. Even here in the forum are ways to obtain BTC.
There are various bounty programs where they provide a reward in the form of either btc or their currency. You also get free coins through various airdrops.
And these freecoins can be exchanged for btc in the relevant exchange. Follow the announcements of new coins and bounty programs.
216  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie here, bought bitcoin, what next? on: February 13, 2018, 09:51:07 PM
From my point of view, I can see that putting half in a safe place for later growth of BTC, if you have patience and wait for the growth of BTC. And another part invest in verified currency on the market.
And either to ETH XMR, LTC and XRP. I see this step for long-term profit. The second option is to buy the new currency and wait for it to grow. But think twice before you choose and please consult about it as much as possible.
217  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ethereum on: February 13, 2018, 09:29:06 PM
After bitcoin is currently the second most popular cryptocurrency Ethereum. This cryptocurrency has been propounding its bright future since its inception in 2015.
Ethereum is much more than just a means of exchange, mainly due to a different technology than the alternative virtual BTC.
Advanced ETH functionality in the form of smart contracts makes ETH extremely commercially attractive and attracts large banks, companies or even governments.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or Wallet? on: February 12, 2018, 08:52:47 PM
From my point of view, there is a clear answer and leave the coins in the wallet. If you have them in your wallet and have your password there, you have them right now.
Even on exchange you have it, but it may be maintenance or exchange outages, or worse currency exchange could be hacked. That's why I choose wallet.

220  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: wallet on: February 12, 2018, 08:26:49 PM
I do not know what kind of currency you mean, and what kind of wallet you want. For each coin you have a designated wallet. You can use either a wallet to exchange where you can trade your capital. Or you have a client for that currency and create a wallet address there.
You can also have a hardware wallet for BTC such as Trezor or Ladger Nano S. Mobile wallets for cryptocurrencies Coinomi or Coinbase. There is plenty. Give more information.
