Let's Bitcoin takes off. Say you lived in the US and had an online service that dealt in the equivalent of ~20,000 USD or more income for you (personally). What are the laws for income tax on a currency like this? Can you get in trouble with the IRS by simply having tons of BTC that the market values at (currently) almost 5$ per BTC?
Even though I live in America, I'm sure the government will find it difficult to determine the tax on bitcoin. Bitcoin has a complicated system, the government has to make regulations about bitcoin taxes and definitely take a long time. So now bitcoin is not taxed. |

For now bitcoin is not exactly used for payment systems because it is still fluctuating. Maybe in the future bitcoin prices will be stable and it can make the dream of Sathosi Nakamoto make bitcoin as another payment alternative that is used by many people.

The most impressive thing about bitcoin for me is bitcoin has a decentralized, anonymous system and can send funds to anyone we want without any other party or peer to peer. Another thing is that I can save my money in the form of bitcoin without any bank intervention.

In my opinion, television shows are a tool to invite public assumptions about what the tv show owner wants, I stop watching tv for 3 years because it is not profitable for me. You're better off focusing on bitcoin rather than questioning a useless television show. Stop watching TV and focus on bitcoins.
