If your purpose is only to hold bitcoin then you can buy anytime you want or when you see it when its on dip because usually bitcoin will rise after that. |

Yes i do buy some altcoins when bitcoin is pumping depending on their status. The fundamental and technical analysis, charting and research will give you knowledge of what coin will be profitable in that kind of situation. |

I keep my bitcoin in a local wallet that is available and easy to exchange in our local currency and I also store bitcoin in my exchanger account for trading alt coins. |
