201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Let's talk little bit about LTC! on: May 05, 2020, 11:16:18 AM

Well, over the year long we do BTC price analysis but today let's talk a little bit about LTC.

In fact, I think the end of this talk will take us to BTC price again.
Let us first assume that the most important cornerstone of this market is BTC. And when all other prices remain constant (as BTC), if the BTC price rises, the LTC price is automatically increased.

In this case, the graphic you draw yes may be real. With everything fixed, the BTC price should have risen more than 50%. Other than that, if there is an expectation that this rise can happen, I am not aware.
202  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Main Club Partner of Watford FC ⚽ Fun. 🏀 Fast. 🎾 Fair. 🏆 on: May 05, 2020, 10:58:28 AM
We know that the German Bundesliga and Turkish Super League in Europe are making plans to complete the remaining games in a short time. So will you, as sportsbets.io, have a surprise for us when these competitions begin?
Turkish league will definitely return, even has a return date of 14-15th of July as well, so they are dead set on returning back. If Bundesliga returns as well, I am pretty sure you can have a 15 leg multi-master, certainly not all 15 in the same day but pretty sure it will be 15 games between 2 or 3 days. Leagues have 18 teams, meaning 9 games a week, equals to 18 games a week for two leagues, that is a tough challenge to have 15 game multi-master on 18 game schedule but I am pretty sure they could pull it off if they try really hard.

What could make this a better one is adding one more league on this, I don't know if there are any other leagues that will start by that time, but if there is even just one more league that will return, between 25+ games it will become easier to have 15 game multi-master.

Yes, Turkish authorities planning to complete this season. And the Turkish Football Federation has a guide for this situation.
Also, they have a protocol for turning back; https://www.tff.org/Resources/TFF/Auto/27f74d9590ab42a6b16db995b4f14af9.PDF (Briefly, the things and conditions to be done in order to start the leagues in the near future.

German Bundesliga, Premier League, and La Liga also have announced that have a plan for complete this season as well.

I think it will not be a big problem how the leagues will be completed and under what conditions the competitions will be played. I think that the matches that remain in 3-4 weeks with completely isolated teams may end. There are many people working for this.
203  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello anyone can teac me with any guide how to generate some money with bitcoins on: May 04, 2020, 04:33:10 PM
Im new in bitcoin and i need to make some money

Yes, you are a newbie and the first question is how can you make money from Bitcoin? Don't you want to know what Bitcoin is like and what changes it offers before?

I think it's wrong to log in this way. First, research and learn thoroughly Blockchain, Bitcoin, and alt altcoins. Unfortunately, there are many people who act only with the thought of making money and remain the target of fraudsters. Please do not take a wrong step with the desire to make money. Learn something about Bitcoin first. So, I am sure you'll find a way of making money.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GEOMA Dao ICO Discussion on: May 04, 2020, 12:29:25 PM
They caught a serious hype in the forum. At one point the signature of Geoma DAO was in every profile. Now when I saw this topic, I said let me take a look and saw some connection between Geoma & Digibyte

What is the connection of Digibyte and Geoma DAO?

I doubt they'll put up anything big just for these leagues resuming early since a lot of their previous promotions are related to the Premier League. We'll probably have a multi master if there's enough matches to fill all 15 legs for the whole week.

As far as I know, there is no official announcement about the Premier League yet. We read that the teams in the league wanted the season to be completed this week, but we did not hear a serious statement from the federation.
The last events of this season may be these leagues that can continue. I think sportsbet.io should evaluate this.

207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: All your entertainment things must have an external limiting feature, agree? on: May 03, 2020, 01:24:52 PM
The primary purpose of gambling businesses is to make money not to limit their customers spending that money by putting such features and regardless on what feature a casino or sports betting site implement. if a gambler is really into it, especially when their in a winstreak there's no stopping them from playing.

Making money is one of the biggest points of gambling, I agree. But the main thing about gambling is always fun. You can experience a lot of trouble when you miss this point. Making money is, of course, great, but I think don't forget to have fun while dealing with gambling.

...

Grin
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why there is no Standard Marketplace like Amazon with BTC as payment method?? on: May 02, 2020, 03:52:09 PM

I am sure you are not alone wondering why there seems to be no big marketplace (similar maybe to Amazon and similar platforms) that can be considered to be associated with Bitcoin. There are some smaller platforms accepting Bitcoin, but they are just an addition to what they are already offering. In my own humble view, it has something to do with the demand because if there is really a big demand then the business community can easily recognize and exploit it. Of course, there can be other factors also involved.

Make sure that there is a lot of demand. However, I think some legal situations do not allow. Currently, there is no country where Bitcoin has attained a full legal status. In this case, the demand does not make much sense.

Actually, there is a point I am curious about. Recently, Reddit was accepting payments with Bitcoin. Maybe there is someone who knows how they handle the process.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much crypto do you need ? on: May 02, 2020, 03:09:51 PM
This is all about investment strategy. Anyone who knows how to make the right investment will know how much cryptocurrencies to buy. Anyone who knows how to invest will also know how much of their crypto investments balance between Bitcoin and altcoins.

Therefore, although there are a lot of ideas on this subject, everyone should find their strategy in the most rational way. Because everyone's psychological structure, economic structure and expectations are different from each other.
212  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buy Bitcoin With Credit / Debit Card. on: May 02, 2020, 11:51:30 AM
Adding the credit card commission and the BTC transfer fee, it doesn't make much sense to buy BTC with a credit card. Also, as mentioned above, you don't have the chance to remain anonymous by doing this.

Finally, it may not be very wise to use an exchange wallet to make a payment. When a proof is requested, you may not be able to make another payment from that wallet. If I was to make a payment, I would use a wallet that I had full control of.
213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does mean "halving" actually? on: May 01, 2020, 03:41:00 PM
Why is this done in the first place and why not place a static pay rate to everyone who solves a block? This is done so as to not exhaust the supply cap in a short span of time. Imagine if the protocol still gives out 50 bitcoins per block mined to miners, we would have exhausted our 21M supply cap in 2017 and there's literally no incentive that keeps the miners hashing out on their machines to continue process tx which will result to the end of bitcoin.
If we go by your last sentence that means we will one day have an end to bitcoin? Because no matter how often the halving keeps happening every four years it will one day come to a day bitcoin will get exhausted out of the 21 million supply?

Wrong!
Bitcoin's block reward will gradually decrease and one day will end. But mining will continue on the basis of transaction fees. In other words, miners will receive transaction fees in return for continuing to work.

I think it would be better to explain it from the beginning.
Today, miners approve transactions on the blockchain network and receive 12.5 BTC + transaction fees. This figure will continue as 6,25BTC + transaction fees after halving. And the next halving will continue as 3,125BTC + fees.

What is expected is this; Even if the reward decreases with halving, the number of transactions on the network will increase so much that the miners will continue to do this with the return of the fees.
214  Local / Alternatif Kripto-Paralar / Re: FERRUM NETWORK Hakkında Gelişmeler. [STAKING 2.0: FRM Stake and Earn Duyuruldu!] on: May 01, 2020, 03:33:49 PM

Not: Hayır, ot falan çekmedim  Grin

Sağduyulu bakış açınla her zaman takdir toplamış birisisin.

215  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: walletscrutiny: the majority of "wallets" are either custodial or closed source on: May 01, 2020, 03:17:43 PM
A topic with very useful posts. I take care to try every crypto wallet I find, but I have never seen a platform that examines so many wallets together. I think I can access some information here without having to experiment with wallets.

I also want to talk about a non-custodial wallet that Ferrum Network, which I am working on behalf of, is preparing to publish these days. The wallet, which will be released soon, will be easy for anyone to use and will be very useful with LinkDrop. This wallet is called Unifyre. Those who want can get more information from Unifyre.io. I hope Unifyre is reviewed here soon.

217  Economy / Economics / Re: Get ready for more tax. Save your BTC! on: May 01, 2020, 01:28:45 PM
We see it everywhere. To counter that coronavirus disaster, governments are spending money like there's no tomorrow. Budget's deficit will rise to new heights, never seen before except during war times. In US and EU, debts are staggering. The Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank are printing money faster that I'm writing it. If you ask what's next, I'm afraid there's only one answer.

In most countries, governments will have no other choice but to raise taxes. They will have to be smart to avoid killing the economy, but they will need to bring more money to balance their budget (or more likely to reduce their operating deficit).

As I haven't paid any income tax since 1997, that's all right with me, but I urge all fellow Bitcoiners to organize themselves, and to plan ahead to avoid the worst...

Or could I be wrong? There will be no more taxes next year?

You are right about taxes. At the end of this process, the authorities will ensure that the public pays a large part of the cost through taxes. But to be realistic, there is no way to escape from taxes by buying BTC.

Taxes are generally collected in 2 ways. On the income you get and on the money you spend. You cannot avoid taxes by buying BTC and HOLD from both of them. Of course, if your income is not with BTC.
Apart from that, most of the taxes are deducted before your income reaches you. And you will continue to pay taxes on what you spend.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites with Lightning Network on: May 01, 2020, 12:54:14 PM
Is there any gambling site allowing Lightning Network? It has been a pain with the recent fee increase when it comes to deposit on gambling sites. Usually I gamble with low amount and if I lose all, I deposit again. I don't want to deposit big amount. If there's nay, recommend me. Would like to save the fee.

I have no idea about this and if there is, I would like to know. But instead, you can save not only BTC, but also platforms that accept altcoins. I usually prefer Ethereum as an example.

It is useful to be very careful before using this type of gambling site. I couldn't find it because I am not currently on my own computer, but there was a topic that validated such platforms in order of reliability. Instead of trying such places, I prefer to try those lists.
So I think you should be careful about this one before using it. Try reliable ones. Like : wolf.bet

The sad thing about this lambo lottery that we do not really hear from the winner at all, maybe this second person would show up, the first one was basically AFK and didn't come in or talked at all which is why we never really know if he picked Lambo or money or what he did, the second on I hope would at least be a bit better and show up, so we could congratulate and actually have a discussion. This way it is just "I hear someone won" and just guessing game.
Well, not everyone that uses frebitco is on this forum...

Agreed. I was not using also because I have no faith in "free" word while talking about money. Because no one shares his money freely.
But then I talked with my friend. That friend has been using freebitco.in for a long time. And he said he was able to make money regularly every month and showed it with evidence. Of course, not only by playing games, but also has a nice reference gain account. So my perspective on freebitco.in has changed.
