201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin important on: March 07, 2018, 04:36:07 AM
In my opinion it's important because it allows money to become like air or the Ocean. Something that just naturally exists in our lives (without being owned by anyone) and allows us to value things in our world and store wealth.

I think in the future the value will not be determined by any government but by the world economy as a whole.

Bitcoin is very important because many people is hoping that someday it will change their lives into better. Bitcoins is our new type of investment wherein we can trade at anywhere and anytime. The price is keep on increase since it was started years ago and now the price and the demands is too high. Bitcoin can help our nations to reduce the poverty rate because they can earn much income from trading if the price continuously increasing. If our nation will spread the awareness of trading or investment, I think it will improve our living and our nations economy will be better.
202  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: best trading sites? on: March 06, 2018, 07:24:32 PM
Hello!

where do you trade your cryptocurrencies? do you have any tips for a beginner on how to start?

I am using three investment platforms these are Poloniex, Bittrex and Binance. However, my favorite is Binance because it has good candle stick graph so that I can monitor the trending so that I can have an idea on when is the best time to buy, sell or hold my investments. Also, some altcoins are not included in Poloniex and Bittrex. But some altcoins in Bittrex are not included in Poloniex or Binance so it is better to have different investment platforms so that all crypto currencies are all there.
203  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: March 06, 2018, 08:10:12 AM
I just read on Btcjam blog that they are closing down: https://blog.btcjam.com/2017/05/25/btcjam-is-closing/, now I am just wondering if big players in thebitcoin industry are closing down, is there any future for bitcoin really.

I came to know about bitcoin through btcjam when i was introduced there to borrow. Eve in this forum, looks most signature campaigns might close down because of the ever rising price of bitcoin. Most of them have reduced their payout amounts for posting by more than 50%. Is this a good sign or a bad sign for the bitcoin development?

Bitcoin is too big to lose so don't be discourage about the news. In fact, Bitcoin has large volumes and demands around the world. It's just a matter of waiting for the perfect timing for the Bitcoin to rise up again in the market. In fact, many countries have adapted in using Bitcoin as alternative mode of payment thru online that has no/less fee and hassle free. Today, we should better to invest now and hold and wait for the price to rise up again.

205  Economy / Exchanges / Re: COINS.PH are now Accepting ETherium! on: March 05, 2018, 03:52:12 PM
Cons.ph are now accepting Etherium!

But its not available in the websites of coins.ph also this features is not supported by lower version of android phones.

Tested on Zenfone 4 Max Nougat

Hope that we can convert etherium directly to bitcoin using this, but for now its not supported.

I will try to transfer etherium later or update us if someone already try to store etherium in this wallet.

See photos below:

what is that website? I opened it and it seems to me like some kind of phishing site. Everyone please be careful and don't click on the lnk unless you're sure it's legit web

That would be great. I really need it however is it applicable to signature campaign who pays Ethereum? Because I think they only need accredited ETH wallet for payment. Still that is good news wherein we can invest to ETH now aside to Bitcoin.
Moreover, I think that is not applicable to all users and you need to wait for email confirmation from Coins.ph if you can now have the acces to ETH.
206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines is starting to accept bitcoin. on: March 05, 2018, 11:52:57 AM
Our country just recently held a seminar introducing bitcoin in our country. The said seminar were facilitated
by bitcoin experts and government officials in pursuit of using bitcoin as another form of payment and regulation of it as well.

http://www.wheninmanila.com/5-things-i-learned-about-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency/

Wow! That would be great that Philippines accepted Bitcoin and that's good news. Bitcoin can really help many people to improve their living and reduce the poverty rate. It also help many people in the Philippines to become aware in trading in crypto currencies and help them to save for their future. Philippines is a third world country so I think many people can really improve their living. Bitcoin have so many uses like payment of monthly bills thru online without hassle and free of charge.
207  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where I can learn Bitcoin Trading? on: March 04, 2018, 11:45:02 PM
Hello, everyone.
I am new here. I want to make money from Bitcoin Trading. So First, I want to learn Bitcoin Trading. Please advise me or recommend me some resource where I can learn Bitcoin Trading.

Advanced Many Many Thanks to You All....   Cool

My suggestion to you is you have to set goals first for you to know what to achieve like if you have reached this certain amount, you're gonna withdraw or invest because you will know what and how reach the target. Second, just buy low and sell high as the basic and effective strategy and be patient to wait for the perfect timing. Third, you need to learn and understand the candle stick graph for you to have an idea on when is the best time to buy, hold or sell and keep yourself updated so you better to read the news about the forecast of Bitcoin and make plans out of it. Lastly, you may search in youtube because there are so many videos there on how to trade effectively. Goodluck and happy trading!
208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear of bitcoin on: March 04, 2018, 09:15:38 AM
Why are some governments so keen to prove that bitcoin is dangerous. Recently, the Indian government sent notifications to the citizens that they should not invest in bitcoin.

Some Government ban Bitcoin because there's no implemented rules and regulations so that the investors are protected and safe. That's why we really need the initiative of regulators to implement such rules because Bitcoin can really help our nations to improve their living and making lives better. I hope that someday the Government will see the benefits that it will really reduce the poverty rate.
209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as money on: March 04, 2018, 05:15:34 AM
They say that bitcoin is the future of money. What do you think if we use bitcoin in everyday lives as a money? Like buying foods. Or buying clothes. Do you imagine it positively or negatively?

We can use Bitcoin as alternative money and can be used as mode of exchange like payment of monthly bills such as water, electricity, telephone, insurance and many more that has no/less charge and hassle free. It can really save our time and effort than going to different store and make payment. We can use it to buy food in a participating stores but not all. Also, the value of Bitcoin is increasing drastically so your 1BTC can realy buy so much.
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the price be stable? on: March 03, 2018, 11:59:19 PM
I remembered watching a video about bitcoins and the simple information that a beginner can understand. It says that bitcoin only has the maximum of 21 million bitcoins and 17 or 18 million has been mined.

What would happen if the very last block were mined? Will the value of bitcoin finally be stabilized?

We cannot actually predict what will happen in the future because there are so many factors that can affect the price of Bitcoin so it may go down or up but one thing is for sure that Bitcoin is too big to lose so just invest now and hold until you have reached the desired income.
Bitcoin is our future digital currency that might change ourlives into better or even our society. Bitcoin can bring goodness in our nations and this can reduce the poverty rate around the world.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RIPPLE OR LITECOIN on: March 03, 2018, 05:43:40 PM

Both Ripple and Litecoin has been doing greatly in the market of late with litecoin even outperforming other digital currencies at some point.

between the two, which one would you invest in and why?

In my opinion, you can actually consider to invest in both Ripple and Litecoin because they are the one of the top coins and really performs well in the market when it comes to demands and rise up of the price in digital currency trading. Also, putting all eggs in one basket is very risky so you better to spread your investments to different coins that have potential good performance in the future and I know both of them are really good. So, you can invest to both and hold then wait for the perfect timing to sell and get your earnings.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest or bounty? on: March 03, 2018, 05:35:26 PM
Hello!

How do you prefer to get crypto? Do you invest or you prefer to join bounty?

Also, check out bounty and token sale campaign of this project https://ico.kickcity.io/
Interesting to know your opinion  Smiley

For me, you can actually do both because it does not take so much of your time at first and that would be great because you will earn much more than having only one source of income. Like in my case, I joined bounty so that I can earn by posting in Bitcointalk and meeting their requirements and at the same time I am doing trading and only waiting for the perfect timing, it's either buy or sell. I am happy monitoring the trend of price while actively participating in a campaign and for me I am really glad about it. You can actually do that and I guarantee you that it will be so much fun.
213  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading ? on: March 03, 2018, 05:18:25 PM
i am very new to trading and would like to learn how to trade
...not sure where to start ... any suggestions would be very helpful ...
whats the best way to get the knowledge in this field ?
thank you

For me, you better to be familiar yourself with what coins will rise up soon and be updated about the forecast that might affect the price so that you will know what will happen in the future. You need to learn from experts experiences and tips with regards to trading so that it may help you grow and apply it in your trading. Also, you better to learn how to read the graph specially the candle stick so that so will have ideas on what will happens next and make plans about it.
214  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the best Long-term Hold? on: March 03, 2018, 04:05:48 AM
I have been in the market for awhile, and always hear the same mantra about trading to hold more Bitcoin and not Fiat.  I bought into the same mentality for a long time, but I'm changing my tune.  In almost every industry, first generation leaders are replaced by competition.  From Sears, Kmart, Nokia, Motorola, Yahoo, MySpace, etc.  Although Bitcoin is the current crypto reserve currency, I think that its dominance is threatened by ALT coins with faster, cheaper transactions and greater scalability.  What do you think?  Is it smart to hold Bitcoin as a long-term investment, or are there better choices among the ALT coins like Ethereum or Litecoin?
We can see that bitcoin is suffering from bad news continuously, bitcoin prices are falling continuously in the last days, despite slight but slight recovery. I think that at the moment we should only trade bitcoin rather than bitcoin because the bitcoin boost is extremely low, maybe even backward. If you buy and hold at this point it is very risky.

Indeed! Bitcoin is the mother of all crypto currencies and in terms of demands and price, Bitcoin is the highest among them all. Bitcoin is perfect for a long term investment because of stability and sustainability of it. Last year, Bitcoin really performs well and I know that it will rise up drastically this coming months. Let's hope and believe that Bitcoin can really change ourlives to better. So we better to buy now as the price is still low and then hold until you are satisfied with your earnings. Happy trading!
215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Coins ? on: March 03, 2018, 03:57:23 AM
Where can I buy some coins with the cheapest price? Smiley

There are so many ways to buy Bitcoin it can be either online banking or  any participating stores. You may check it on your wallet application features wherein you can cash or buy in coins in many ways and you can check the fee that will shown there. So you better buy now because the price is still low and then hold until the price and demands rise up again in the market.
216  Economy / Economics / Re: Is this the end for bitcoins ? on: March 01, 2018, 08:23:53 PM
Very recently I read an article , which assumed bitcoins to be exactly like the Dutch tulip mania , the Mississippi bubble and the south sea bubble.

The author of that article (which was published in the economic times ) said it's now time to move away from bitcoins , the market has ended and the sooner you forfeit the lesser will be your loss.

What do you guys think about it ?

I don't think that will happen because Bitcoin is our future investment. Bitcoin helps us in so many ways like using it as mode of payment thru online and we can use it in trading to digital currency world. We all knoe that there so many dips but that is normal in trading and I know that Bitcoin will rise up soon. Bitcoin is too big to lose so it is better to invest now since the price is still lower as compared last month. I believe that Bitcoin will surpass the highest price ever.

218  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top reasons that leads to fail in trading on: March 01, 2018, 05:07:46 AM
Top reasons that leads to fail in trading

Being emotional. It's hard to control your emotions especially once prices go down and you see all your money go down the drain. The panic seller's attempts to cut losses has only hurt them more in the process and makes them end up losing even more. Unfortunately, FOMO takes over and this is what kills the newbie traders. Using your emotions will probaly lead you to lose everything..

Drifting through the wind. chasing the ones that are already pumping, which is very risky. You bought when the price is still high then price dropped and you are holding a bag of expensive coin.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Diversity. Diversify your investments so if one falls, other investment may help you to recover.

For best in the trading field you need these 5 things to be added in your check list, as all these five things are pillars of success here in the trading.
1) Solid Trading Strategy
2) Trade Plan
3) Money Management Skills
4) Reasons for Entries and exits.
5) Journal, News

P.s
I have quote some people words from my last topic

I totally agree with all of them and as what I have experienced, we get too panic if the prices goes down for some time. We should be patient and be still in our stratgey and hoping that it will materialize soon. Also, we should keep ourselves updated with the news about our economy and Bitcoin forecast so that we will not get suprise if prices goes down and up. We also need to understand the candle stick graph because it will really help you to at least have an idea on when is the best time to buy, sell or hold. There are so many materials out there that we can utilize to help us in trading Bitcoin, Stocks, Bonds and many more.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hold out or sell Bitcoin? on: March 01, 2018, 04:42:06 AM
With the price starting to creep up again do you think it's a good time to start selling some of my investments or do you think it's worth holding on for a while longer?

We all know how temperamental the market can be but do you think this is just a short term spike?

In my opinion, the price is still low so we better to buy more Bitcoin and hold until the price spike up again. We've been waiting for the price to rise up so no need to sell immediately because that is not the huge potential price. As as I have read the news, the price might double as compared last year so we better to be patient and wait until that happens.
220  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading FOREX or Crypto? on: February 28, 2018, 08:40:59 PM
I need some help.

I already have experience trading FOREX but until now im not that profitable. The market of forex is very UNPREDICTABLE. technical and fundamental analysis are not really working. Market makers and bank institutions are controlling the market. its centralized and big banks can manipulate the exchange.

Im planning to leave FOREX and switch to CRYTPO trading. Does anyone know who controls the bitcoin price? is it still the government or the whales trader?

For me it depends but it is better to invest in both Forex and Crypto because putting all eggs in one basket is very risky so you will be flexible if the other one got lost. But I think Bitcoin is a bit risky but the income will also higher as compared to Forex. The higher the risk, the higher income you will earn. Maybe you can check what really suits to your strategy that might resulted to much income. However, maybe as of now the price is not moving upward so we better to wait for the perfect timing to sell.
