This system closely resembles other forums and rewards those who make useful posts. But I think it will not work out that only half of the Merit you get turn sMerit. A section like ours that for now does not have anyone with the ability to generate sMerits and it can be difficult for someone to achieve this privilege (and few people will probably), it may be that one hour the system becomes saturated and it is difficult for someone to have sMerits to donate. There could be a daily or monthly quota of sMerits for distribution, which would increase according to Rank, to avoid Merits trading.

Currently the EOS token is just an ERC20 token. That's right, people are not trading on the EOS blockchain. From what I gathered about EOS it just looks like a framework for building blockchain based web-apps. In my opinion, it is going to be vaporware. Or if not vaporware, only useful for very specific applications. Just by watching videos about EOS you can mostly see it is 90% hype 10% technology. It will not be groundbreaking in the same way Cardano could be. But again take this with a grain of salt. I'm a pretty big cardano fan boy. I think cardano is actually building something that could be the low level protocol used by all blockchains in the future.

It only becomes difficult when you sell your coins out of a panic. If you think: "Oh my god, I have to sell fast so that I even get something!". Then you actually lose. But if you just sit back, let some time pass, and look at the courses again in a week or two, maybe in a month or two, you'll realize that this "crash" was not a loss for you. So stay calm, sit back, relax and do not worry. Just wait and be patient. Where darkness is, there is light.

Go to Ripple....Ripple coin seems to be having a lot potential. And it seems like it can be purchased for the low cost right now. not sure how many people would be into this. but it seems like the alt coin such as that. it can be one good option for the conversion of the investment.

Right now the admin can ban you for no utter reason apart from the fact that he has had gas today and was particularly feeling bipolar. I have the right to use it, as the owner has the right to ban me as well. The owner can kick me out for no reason. This forum is not a "public property" it is a private undertaking and NO you DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO USE THIS FORUM. It is your choice that you are using this forum and it is a privilege that you are getting to post here. If you do not like the rules set forth by the developers and the owners, then feel free to leave! This forum is not here to cater to an individual. Much less an individual like you who is failing to see the point.
The developers, the owners here set the rules, this forum is a labour of THEIR hard work. So THEY HAVE THE RIGHT to decide how it's users would use this place. Its not for your own good, it's for the good of the forum that these changes are made. Whether it hurts you individually is not even in the same consciousness of people making such these decisions. Either adapt or leave.
And no, you are not making an opinion post, you are asking WHY these changes were made when clearly, the same question has been asked and answered thousands of times. The very fact that you could not use the search function here to dig out useful relevant posts about the matter is proof of the fact that how full of garbage this place has become.
Don't get me wrong, I am not being sanctimonious. I too would love to have a hundred alts farming this place for what it's worth. But since I do not, I have to take a stance on whether or not to support a change that improves my individual experience of using this forum with an individual account.
You confuse right with privilege, the forum is private (although you do not need to be logged in to view your messages, your posts are publicly accessible by google), such as a club, an association, or a company. In a company there are a set of rules, norms and regiments that are the basis of its laws (sets of duties and rights). As I said before, all registered users in the forum are required to follow a set of established rules, which are our duties as members, if I comply with all the rules and duties, I gain the right to use the forum, not a privilege, like in a club, company, church,association...etc. Any public person can sign up, there are no restrictions, there is no selection process, you just have to follow the rules, and following the rules you have the right to use the forum. This is my opinion and you have the right not to agree with it, or would it be the privilege of not agreeing? lol I made an opinion post yes, I just wrote my point of view (a simple right of expression, which confuses you with privilege), I did not ask anything in any of my answers, I did not offend anyone and I did not ask you to say if I should leave the forum (this is my personal decision). Because, even the fact that you get to earn from this place; is a matter of privilege, not a right. Get over it. No one owes you any explanation about why everyone cannot earn from here as easily as before. However, the people who were behind the decision have made their stance clear about it. And the reasons have been discussed for numerous times already.

The merit should be proportional to the number of user activity, for example I have activity to be a full member (126) but I was awarded 10 merits , and a user with 60 activity earned the same number of merits (10) as me. This is not fair, it needs to be reviewed
IMO users like you, who whine without actually reading what's already written and discussed here a thousand times, should never be allowed to take part in any signature campaign. I mean seriously! Read the hundred other posts about the issue and enlighten yourself. Also, this forum is run by Theymos and his associates. Do not like how this place is run? Feel free to leave. Merit is a privilege, not a right. I am expressing my opinion. I'm glad that at least ... Opinion is a right, not a privilege. Why should not I be allowed to participate in any signature campaigns? Eu ainda não consigo perceber se gosto ou não. O que sei é que fiquei "entalado" quando este sistema entrou em funcionamento. pois estava a 2 posts do ranking de full member e fiquei a ver navios porque o sistema não previu a atribuição de merit de início em proporção aos posts já existentes.
Como não posto à maluca, não consegui o ranking. Se o tivesse feito, estava agora como full member. que vantagem é que tive em ser um membro que não faz posts ao desbarato.... nickles......
Assim fiquei agarrado com um merit de recém promovido a Member (10) quando estava na semana que podia e ia passar a full member e tenho andado a trabalhar para chegar a 100, no dia de são nunca...
Já apelei para um moderador anglófono que dizia que ia dar algum do mérito dele por causa dessas situações mas até agora nickles.
Se querem saber o que eu realmente acho desse sistema é que quando há dinheiro a rolar quem manda protege-o.
Com os bounties e com vista a manter melhores stakes os hero e legendary members protegeram-se. IMHO.
Se o problema era dos novos users que entraram nestas últimas semanas/dias resolvessem o problema aí e não nos membros intermédios.
Porque quem anda lá por cima no ranking isso não afeta nada e passam a dar merit a quem lhes apetece. Vão fazer claques de cheerleaders por aqui....
Concordo com você , quando vi essa mudança na hora pensei "estão mudando as regras do jogo kkk ". Eu frequento mais a parte gringa do forúm e era engraçado os hero e legendary members dizendo que não se incomodavam com os novos usuários .... como se eu acreditasse nisso  . Estou prestes a ser full member também e não sei se vou receber esses merits. |
