sinceramente credo sia possibile....la donazione è un contratto ma non è necessario che una delle prestazioni sia una prestazioni in denaro.
Basterà scrivere sul contratto di avere ricevuto tot BTC come corrispettivo ed il contratto sarà pienamente valido.
ritornando al post originario, anche se possibile non credo esistano mercati apposta. dovresti trovare il singolo venditore disposto ad accettare BTC.

There seems to be good news everywhere that Gox will resume BTC TX soonish. Any scenario where this could not happen? Unless Gox is developing a huge scam, TX should resume soon, right?
All winds blow to they will be back on track very soon Source for the good news? They changed my 7 jan SEPA withdraw status to pending , i see this as a sign like: let us clean the house before opening the btc gates, and whoever ask for fiat should now deposit new fresh money if wants to buy our cheap btc ! I think you talk BS... my SEPA from 3 Jan. is still on 'confirmed'. I also requested a small withdraw (160+€) on 27th Jan. and its status changed from 'confirmed' to 'pending', it's not bullshit. Still it's small amounts and only information, I guess queue is processing but it's definitly only some information, not a "MtGox is solvent and cool" statement. Plus this thread name is "MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering]" so don't be mad if people are posting their story about their withdrawals... Edit : btw, remember BTC withdrawals and Fiat ones are not related wow! finally some improvements! i got one SEPA withdrawal since 29th, still confirmed, but the amount is larger. i'll keep you posted |

Are they processing SEPA at all? What's the latest someone got their SEPA? Why is it that with all these bragged canceled fiat withdrawals i'm still waiting for my SEPA from Jan 8? Going into 6th week now  cancel withdrawal to buy cheap BTC to sell in another market. Anyway....i would also like to know the last processed SEPA |

Guess I will flamed for this and accused for all sort of bullshit, but I still recieve euro from mtgox, last one 04. februar. The one before that was 15 January so less then the 20 days even.
Well Savior said that he received Eur at 15 Jan and 4 Feb which i doubt because it's second transfer should be confirmed after 15 Jan , and has we know several people had confirmed sepa from earlier, me included, and nothing yet. Savior : if o see this post tell us when did ask your 4 Feb transfer . tks Good luck to all Im waiting one sepa since 29th. Ill keep you posted |
