I can't believe that on this year that most of ponzi scheme was already exposed, There is still many people that falling for that scheme and that whoooping 722M$ is an insane
amount. I'm too lazy to read the article but it's hard to believe that they still collected 722M for a cloud mining investment compared on many legit ICO run during 2018 to 2019.
What's really happening in crypto world?  Huh
Actually spme of them knows that what they are joining is a scam. They will just take advantage of the site while it is still paying, they will invite more new members some who also knew that it is a scam and some are just newbies. So bottom line, they allowed it to happen to themselves. The clue that its a scam is all over the place. No need to be a rocket scientist.

Edit: last resort ipa Tulfo mo  Grin

Before I lock the topic since the 30th SEA Games has officially ended, let me post the final medal tally

|Country| Gold   | Silver    | Bronze   | Total
Philippines|149 |117 |121  |387
Vietnam    |98 |85   |105  |288
Thailand   |92 |103  |123  |318
Indonesia  |72 |84   |111  |267
Malaysia   |55 |58   |71   |184
Singapore  |53  |46  |68   |167
Myanmar    |4  |18   |51   |73
Cambodia   |4  |6    |36   |46
Brunei     |2  |5    |6    |13
Laos       |1  |5    |28   |34
Timor-Leste|0  |1    |5    |6

The next host of the SEA will have a big shoe to fill but knowing how competitive Vietnam is in terms of hosting such big activities, they will make the 31st SEA Games another event to remember to athletes. Locking this thread now.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing}: Inoue vs. Dasmarinas Mandatory Title Fight Ordered By IBF on: December 12, 2019, 03:09:32 AM
This thread should be locked for now, until the official announcement
Thread is relevant to the event, it gives insight coming from other boxing fans in this forum so I think having this thread kept open will help decide which fighter to place your money.

Dasmarinas is good but not enough to beat Inoue

Dasmarinas is slow compared to Inoue but since he has a knock out punch he is still has a big chance.
So, does Michael Dasmarinas "has a big chance" or "not enough"? If we talk about speed, maybe Michael Dasmarinas can adjust himself based on the fighting style of his opponent. I am 60/40 on this one in favor of Inoue.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 5 candidates predicted by bookies to win Miss Universe 2019 on: December 12, 2019, 02:07:33 AM
I cant even imagine how anyone will select one candidate in all of these ladies. Miss South Africa is definitely deserving but I dont think I would have bet on her. Miss phili is beautiful and definitely would have been my choice for the win.
Unfortunately the candidate of Philippines Ms Gazini Ganados stuttered during her introductory spiel and the way she delivered her speech sounded like she memorized it thats why the was a moment she paused and continued. That ended the streak of Philippines to be in the top 10 for the last 10 years.
208  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need a piece of advice form experienced traders on: December 11, 2019, 11:58:41 PM
If you are going to chose among the trading sites around, go with the top 10 according to CMC, they are not among the top 10 for nothing. One reason why I stick with only 3 trading sites is because they are trusted by many and the ease of withdrawing funds. If they are going to give me a hard time and wait for a long time like 48 hours to withdraw my funds then I will bring my business elsewhere.
209  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why Crypto Exchanges Should Lower Their Fees and Profit Margins on: December 11, 2019, 11:51:21 PM
Operating a good exchange site comes with a price. I know that lower fees attracts a lot of new traders to sign up however, if you think about it, where are they going to take or get the money to continue with operations? Lets not give them the reason to scam us, but instead lets give them more reasons to give us the best service there is. Im ok with fees as long as they give good client experience and good customer service, fees will never be an issue.
210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What matters most to online casinos? on: December 11, 2019, 11:44:43 PM
No matter how good the design of a site is, no matter how fast the site responds, if the customer service relation sucks, its not a good site to visit. Complaints needs to be answered in a timely manner, at least a site needs to acknowledge that there is an issue because there are some sites that after a ticket was created no acknowledgement is sent to the person who created the ticket.

Next is ease of withdrawal without compromising security. I hate it when I have to log in to my email and confirm that I requested for a withdrawal. I take that if my account is not protected with 2FA, but if I have 2FA enabled, I think an email confirmation makes it redundant.

212  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: December 11, 2019, 03:52:07 AM
Wala ng GCash Exchange sa coins.ph?
Tanggal na ba ang partnership ng dalawa? Baka may iba sa inyo na may balita about this, nung una lang ay temporarily disabled, tapos kanina bigla kong chineck nawala na sa Cash out options si Gcash.
Unfortunately, wala na po sya sa list, with no notice from Coins.ph.

Anyway since GCash and BPI are both operated by the Ayalas at ang BPI lately ay palaging nagkakaroon ng maintenance issue, I guess its really time for us to look for a new option for cash out.
213  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: December 11, 2019, 03:37:57 AM
Para sa iba dyan, have you ever tried using PayMaya? Kamusta naman ang Cash Out dito? How much is the fee for withdrawal on an ATM?
Not bad.

I made a bet with my Vietnamese office mate for this match today

https://sportsbet.io/sports/event/basketball/international/sea-games/indonesia-vietnam-5dee98d62555f7a06d289789

Loser will buy a Starbucks. Upon checking the odds, Vietnam is favored to win the match between Indonesia. Vietnam recently won the last match that they have. But I am hoping that Indonesia will bring their A game and win this one. Since she is Vietnamese, she supports the Vietnamese team. So lets see how Indonesia will slay the Vietnamese team.

You lost your bet mate, Vietnam won. Years ago, Vietnam is really behind in the basketball competition in SEA games but this year they improved a lot. I think almost half in their roster is half Vietnamese, half American. This shows that they are serious in improving their basketball program in their country. Maybe ten years from now, the game between Philippines vs Vietnam will not be lopsided anymore.
Yes I lost the bet and my office mate is so happy not because of the Starbucks, but her country won. She watched it live, she even asked me to to allow her to go under time (leave early from work) so she has enough time to travel and watch.

Heres's the Starbucks treat I gave to my office mate for losing the bet

So impressive, isn't it? Grin. Even their naturalized player can't do anything by himself alone to stop the momentum of Philippines. Everyone from the Gilas contributed on their winning victory most especially to inside offense of Abay and Stand, and Pringle's speedy moves. Anyway, I already expected their win since it was only in SEA region but everthing looks unpleasant once they go to FIBA World lol but at least they try and that's a thing which you can be proud of already Smiley.
I wonder how they will split the incentive for every Gold medal brought home coming from the basketball team. Incentive is around $16,800 USD and they will split that among all players since Basketball is considered as just 1 Gold medal.

Looks like all the Gold Medal are already awarded, 529 Gold medal has been awarded and that makes Philippines as the over all champion with a total of 386 medals (149 Gold, 117 Silver and 120 Bronze).
215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing}: Inoue vs. Dasmarinas Mandatory Title Fight Ordered By IBF on: December 10, 2019, 11:57:38 PM
If you look at the record of Dasmarinas, most of his fights are to an unknown fighter in an unknown event in an unknown place (basketball courts, open air plaza) just to boost his fight record. Sorry for the negative word to a fellow countryman but I don’t think Dasmarinas will stand a chance with Inoue. Going back to the places Dasmarinas fought, I see he fought in large places like in Marina Bay Sands in Singapore but again, I guess its not enough, maybe the manager has did not book him to known international fighters yet and this fight with Inoue will be the first.

217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 30th South East Asian Games on: December 09, 2019, 04:28:00 AM
So there are 397 Gold medals awarded already and there are still around 132 Gold medals up for grab. I say "around" because there are cancelled games when the country was hit by Typhoon Tisoy. If Philippines already have 113 Gold Medals, that means 21% of the Gold medals has been awarded to them. Thanks to Arnis, Philippines received 14 Gold medals in that event alone. Timor-Leste now have 1 Medal which is a Bronze.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 5 candidates predicted by bookies to win Miss Universe 2019 on: December 09, 2019, 04:09:21 AM
So the winner this year 2019 is Miss South Africa. Imagine the odds that Miss South Africa will win the crown this year. Its not even in the top 5 list of OP. 2018 Miss Universe crown was handed over to Miss Catriona Gray of Philippines by Miss Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters from South Africa. And now Miss Catriona Gray from Philippines turning over the crown to Miss Zozibini Tunzi who is from South Africa. South Africa now have 3 Miss Universe winners from 2019, 2017 and 1978 Miss Margaret Gardiner.
219  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull run is delayed! Halving not helping! Bear go away on: December 08, 2019, 10:59:17 AM
What was your basis when you say its "delayed"? If any live person knows when bull run will happen, there will be a lot of millionaires by now since they can predict when bull run will happen. If your basis is "your" technical analysis, then its not delayed, it simply means your analysis is wrong. In my case I am not waiting for any bull run to happen, I will just take advantage of the small surge and drop of price of Bitcoin. 1.5% per day is better than nothing.

Usually december is bull run month.
So its delayed!
Halving not helping either If this will go on then btc Will go to the Zero!
That's not Good Can anyone who Got power Can do it something?
We need bull run Badly!!
Real bull run is when at least 10 coins Will go everyday!

That's what I mean is real bull run!!
Im not talking about bull traps but the real bull run!!
Take a look at the price of Bitcoin for the last 5 years on the last quarter of each year

October 3, 2018 $6,493 December 25, 2018 $3,837 down by -41%
October 3, 2017 $4,312 December 25, 2017 $13,843 up by 221%
October 3, 2016 $613 December 25, 2016 $875 up by 42%
October 3, 2015 $238 December 25, 2015 $454 up by 90%
October 3, 2014 $373 December 25, 2014 $330 down by -12%

I can see bull run only on 2017, but on 2016 and 2015 the changes are just normal. If you look at the price of Bitcoin February 11, 2019 $3,617 and April 11, 2019 $5,124, that's up by 42%. Then by June 28, 2019 $11,668 that's up by 222%. What I'm trying to say is no need to wait for December. Bull run may happen any time. Bull run does not pick a month where it will start.
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua II on: December 08, 2019, 10:34:38 AM
It is too early to predict on what will happen on the second rematch, if there is. There might be but it will not be on top of the priority list immediately right after this match. There are a handful of other prospects in line for the next fights of both AJ and Ruiz. The name of Usyk has already been mentioned this early. But I doubt it will push through as a done deal right now. There is of course the sweeter potential battle of AJ and whoever will win between Fury and Wilder.
You mean a third match? One thing I notice on between the rematch and the first match, I can see a more prepared, focused and smarter Anthony Joshua. He chose not to slug it out with Andy Ruiz as Andy Ruiz might get lucky again just like what happened on the first match. If there will be a third match, I don't see a reason why there will be a difference again or it will be a deja vu of the first match.
