Bull run is delayed! Halving not helping! Bear go away

I don't think that the bull is coming now during this December. I'm not in expectation for it because there is no propeller to drive out the bear. So it might continue till next year around the halving.

Good thing about the fall that happens is that people get another chance to start investing or buy more coins as it is now available at cheaper rate. Also rise will happen if not today then tomorrow . It has a time where it can start rising and once it happens it will recover at a quicker pace then even our expectation.

You say delayed on what grounds? is it based on bull run at the end of 2017? I think the crypto movement is not always static which will rise in certain months, crypto is very volatile and dynamic so no one knows when the bull run will occur.

Just like a few months ago where bitcoin rose to $12k and that didn't happen in December, well all crypto conditions depend on current market conditions and unpredictable markets.

What do you mean by delayed? Bull are always in the background, just waiting for the right time to make a run. Let the bear enjoy their time in the sun, I'm sure that when the bulls arrived, then can't do anything. Halving is still months from now, so we can't really see the effect, actually even after the halving, we might not see the price spiking up, overnight, it might takes weeks, months or even a year to see the positive effect of that event, so just be patience, when the right time arrives, I'm sure you will be happy with the results as we might hit another all time high in the next coming years.

All these guys are just so impatient. You know when the bull came this year it came too soon and no one complained, can you believe most people thought the bull had finally arrived? I mean, yeah, it's nice to see a rally but just because the bull comes in 2 or 3 years doesn't mean it's delayed. If anything, the rally this year will delay the real fullblown bull run to 2021 or later.

Take a look at the price of Bitcoin for the last 5 years on the last quarter of each year

October 3, 2018 $6,493 December 25, 2018 $3,837 down by -41%
October 3, 2017 $4,312 December 25, 2017 $13,843 up by 221%
October 3, 2016 $613 December 25, 2016 $875 up by 42%

I can see bull run only on 2017, but on 2016 and 2015 the changes are just normal. If you look at the price of Bitcoin February 11, 2019 $3,617 and April 11, 2019 $5,124, that's up by 42%. Then by June 28, 2019 $11,668 that's up by 222%. What I'm trying to say is no need to wait for December. Bull run may happen any time. Bull run does not pick a month where it will start.

Bull run doesn't need a month that it will only happen in December or when feds print more money, as usually in those cases the price tend to correct itself as these are news driven events and aren't a good indicator of market support and if a rally starts from these events it usually bursts and then the market bleeds and people loose a lot of money.

A healthy price increase is what bitcoin needs and that too I don't think will happen before the block reward halving as all the speculators are holding their coins for future to see the price of bitcoin after halving.

Patience is what is required here otherwise you get frustrated . Bull run will happen  in 2021 i guess. As Crypto market is volatile you should  wait  for  the   right time. Those who are buying for them its a   good time to buy bitcoin as it is cheaper and hold as  it is a bearish.

There might not be a bull run that will happen. Nobody really knows that.
Halving doesn't mean always as profit. This could be the time where there will be nothing. I don't know. Who does?

We've had a premature buy out when the BTC price returned at the 10k level i guess some of us got pretty excited into accumulating when we've learned halving is about to come that's why this year's halving is different. As long as there are moon boys and optimistic investors in the market the price will not move or will continue to drop, we need to see pessimism to truly see if btc had bottomed in order to start a bullrun.

And it's still unclear why do you think that bull run is delayed, halving hasn't happened yet, it will happen in 14 May so there is 5 months left. I wouldn't state any conclusion right now regarding to upcoming halving and price rice bad correlation because if we remember the last halving, price didn't rise up quickly, it happened slowly, at first price was stable 600$, then begun slow and slow rise, we surpassed 1000$ which was still hard to imagine for a lot of people but this wasn't the path where we stopped, we went even further and reached 2000$, then had some fall and rises but finally got huge boost and boost and again slowly in overall but sometimes with fast pushes, we reached 20K usd.
Why not to have hopes on current halving? I think we have to keep more positive feelings than negative, all of us in order to achieve our goal regarding to bitcoin price. Plus I want to add that 64% of stored bitcoins haven't moved since 2018 which means a lot of people still hold and number of them are huge and they don't hold for no reason.

It's quite funny actually, because I have seen some people on social media say that if the price doesn't go up, they will sell and buy stocks for example. The mad gains they hope to get from Bitcoin, can't ever be realized by buying stocks. You are better off holding Bitcoin for 2-4 years and potentially make 1000% than to hold stocks and make 50-100%.

Most of the people have the year 2017 function as benchmark for how a bull run should be playing out, while they completely disregard how much larger the market has grown. The market currently has more economical mass, more liquidity to chew through (though it's still peanuts in the grand sheme of things), and that means that cycles will take longer to play out. Basic market economics.

Come on Bull, Bull Run...We need a bullish season...and you think by being so desperate the bull season will come ? No, it will not. The mini bull run may come within 2 -3  months because of halving coming close but the real bull run will only come in 2021. Remember its a four year cycle. Last bull run were in 2013, 2017 and the next will be in 2021.

Yeah, the same thing happened this year on bitcoin and I think that dude was just trying to be positive even though the reality doesn't coinside. Crashes occured earlier this month after it fell down last week of November. I am hoping there's few percentage rise in the next coming months and for year 2020 it can be somehow surprising.

It might not even days before the halving or even a month after it.

I once read it here once speculation and also with analysis that tells the pumpt could happen maybe 3 to 4 months after the halving.

Of course, different situations on the cryptocurrency market can be compared with what is happening in the past, but this is only by comparison of indicators and recently such indicators cannot be in statistics.  In other words, I can not compare every year and draw an analogy, because every year the cryptocurrency market operates in different ways.  One way or another, I have never seen enough accurate forecasts that were comparable to reality.

I too think this might take a little longer than most people expect After every ATH it's gonna take longer to reach another tops simply because market gets bigger and volatility gets lower. You will need longer periods of accumulation and everything else gets stretched out in the time frame.
