As an update to my withdrawals issue message, I got an email 2 days ago stating the withdrawals issue would be resolved yesterday. I spoke to chat today and discovered that I could expect an additional delay of 2-7 days. Chat did give me one of the admins direct email addresses so I've attempted to contact him for clarification about the delayed withdrawals. A response from admin is pending.
For some reason during today's chat 20% of my pending withdrawal amount was returned to my available funds. Support politely ended the chat and referred me to an admin, when questioned about why this occurred.
I'm wondering if Betcoin.tm is hoping I play with this 20% so they have to pay out less? I've already informed them I have no intent of doing so.
When I tried to withdraw the 20% again, I received an odd message simply stating "Withdrawal Error"
Really disappointing, since whenever I login, chat always offers me a deposit bonus. LOL.
Another two more days with no withdrawal processed yet. Total of 5 days right now and still nothing processed. I have several more emails from betcoin.tm though to make more deposit including a wonderful 300% with insane roll over. LOL Hm. This sounds bizarre. Please tell me your username. |

Tuesday - Forum time or?
It's forum time. Around noon or 1 PM Hong Kong time we will announce tomorrow's promo and it will run. Where I live I am hit up when ever I watch the news about how a government sponsered lottery is helping give back to the community. If they where giving back its on the backs of the every day person that gets caught up in gambling. Think they bring in millions and reserve maybe 100K for trouble gamblers.

I was once accused of being involved with a "friend" as they say for pumping up the 2player sng to accumulate points for the leaderboard but i was playing with different players not just with a "friend" as they told me(This was a few weeks ago) and aren't it's supposed to be? to play as many as you can for the leaderboard? i told them what do i supposed to do? watch my points get taken over and just not play? LOL
They unlocked my account after several email exchanges, but the sad part is... they confiscated my chips worth 100+. Which really sucks bigtime!

This sounds crazy. They locked your account and confiscated your coins because you were playing too much? I played pretty much non-stop for a week or two and they didn't lock my account. I was playing to build up my leaderboard points - what else is the leaderboard for if not to encourage people to play more? Whoever is running the poker room really needs to think about what behaviour they want from their players, and reward that behaviour. If you want people to play lots of poker, give them stuff like leaderboard points for playing lots of poker. But then don't turn around and punish them for playing lots of poker! That just sends a very confusing message. There's a rake on the heads-up S&G. The site should positively encourage friends to play heads-up against each other, since the site profits from every game that is played and there is no scope for collusion in heads-up. We just don't arbitrarily lock accounts. When we get complaints from three + users, then we lock and review the accounts. To be more transparent about this process, we are creating a forum on-site where people can post complaints. When we get enough, we will not lock the account right away, but someone will review the account immediately. For now, we are doing it this way, however. |
