Which of the two algorithms profit is greater than Quark or Lyra2RE?
With two 7970 do little more than 2 MH/s, but 280x can not in any way make them do more than 180-190kH/s. Where is wrong? This is with algorithm Lyra2RE.
My settings are the same for both types of video cards!

What is your gpu memory type? Is that not hynex? Yes, the problem may be the memories. Memoryinfo says that 7970 have Hynix and 280x with Elpida. Perhaps this is the problem, because only 280x are not working. Thank you. I know not to agonize over. elpida surely will be slower, but not as much as you are reporting. there must be something else going wrong. you should get between 1050 and 1150 on tahiti cards. Try changing your driver. Who would be most appropriate? I'm with 15.4.1! I'm pretty sure that one's not going to work. I remember I was helping someone on IRC get it running, and he said the 15.x drivers gave only HW errors. So, my guess is try 14.9 or 14.6 - I'm guessing one of them will work. I stay with the latest 15.x. I'd hurry, though, I'm mining Quark at WestHash, too, and this is not gonna last forever. Installed as recommended me 14.6, but still earn only hardware errors! That is my content * .bat file! Thanks for the good work and the new version of Claymore CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.3! Can you give more details on this update and in particular what it means - Added GPU overclocking support? So far I mining Мonero /XMR/ previous version with overclocked cards and again there was no problem. Otherwise released a new version, but did not find a higher performance than the previous version! Thank You! 1. Check "Readme!!!.txt" file, -cclock and -mclock options. 2. I did not mention about higher performance for this update. It is the same. Everything is clear!  Thanks. |
