how is it an excuse when we are processing payments but only a small fraction are getting stuck?

yesterday alone we paid out over 0.35 BTC to members, most of these being for free members

Only about 0.5 BTC worth of payments got stuck in our system that we had to push out manually

it is known that more people who are unhappy would raise their voice, while those who receive payments and are happy usually go without saying anything here because they have nothing to complain

If you e-mail us about missing payment due to stuck in API, please give us up to 24 hours to reply.

we are just two guys running this site atm, we have over 7000 members already and get over 60 e-mails per day for payment issues alone. all the while we are still trying to fix the API issue.

I am not even going to reply to this user, i am not going to take this type of attitude from people who cant even wait a few hours for a reply.

all i ask if for people to have patience, we pay everyone, just because your 50k satoshi payment is one of the ones that are stuck doesnt make us a scam and there's no need to be so rude

We are launching some new bigger ad campaigns for some partners in a week or two where it will boost our revenue by two to three folds higher, they will pay significantly higher than the ad networks we are a part of

also, we are trying to get into better paying ad networks who receive more advertisers and traffic

there's still some minor problems with the API we're still working on debugging so i apologize for the delay

the min withdraw limit is up to 50k temporarily to reduce the amount of withdraws we were getting. the system was being overflowed and it was hard for our devs to debug the issue

We decided to offer level 5 to be a larger upgrade but also more convenient for better ROI.

 may revise the other lower plans in the future too but so far it seems balanced based on earnings and our revenue budget. If we make some changes in the future that make the lower plans better, all previous upgraders will also experience the change for free, retroactively.

NOTICE (Oct. 8, 2015): Due to some payment API issues we have temporarily raised the minimum withdraw limit to 50,000 satoshis. This is only a temporary thing until we resolve all the problems with the stuck payments. We appreciates your understanding and we will update this notice when the problem is resolved.

Also if you are not receiving the payments after 2-3 hours of requesting then send a e-mail to coinbooster.io@gmail.com and tell us the address you used and your account e-mail address. We will push the payment through manually until that payment API issue is fixed. Some payments get stuck but most will go through.
