If you see bitcoin solely as a currency it's only normal to be sceptical or even against it. Unfortunately for him if and when people decide to regulate bitcoin, will take into account that bitcoin is a protocol.

Not to mention that Mark already said its not from Gox but is "more or less" accurate.
When you comment on a paper that says that you 've lost 700000 bitcoins, you don't answer with "more or less" unless it is true. Well at least this is what my little brain can think

What coins are you guys even talk about? If the leaked draft is true then there aren't any coins left...
I 've checked around 40 posts of yours and it seems that around 80% of them are ok.
Isn't it a little early to start cheering about the how well the price recovered.
I think this post should be stickied. It's the most solid proof about bitcoin's resilience and future.
If the leaked draft is real they don't have any bitcoins to allow withdrawls anyway...

Ethereum is hard to spell, hard to pronounce. We need a simple name just like "Bitcoin"!
No problem it's turing complete.
Imagine if a company takes over gox and then adds ltc trading over midas! (Just like it 's planned in the leaked draft)
Logged in now, it seems to be trading as normal
cheers, kev
What's the latest price?
Good for you. Now that means you can finally trade! oh wait...
It's easy to have no money on Gox, when you have no severe mental retardation.
Well don't expect from everyone that's into bitcoin to read bitcointalk or /r/bitcoin. Even wolphram alpha uses mtgox for their bitcoin data...
A year from now, when we have real professional licensed exchanges in major trade cities, this type of FUD will be rendered almost useless.
You need a license to trade with another human being ? Hahah statists are hilarious, first instinct is always 'let gov't handle it, they'll fix everything' It's easy to laugh with "statists" when you have no money on Gox

The continued uncertainty regarding MtGox is far worse for Bitcoin than Gox going under would be.
Don't worry that can't go forever...
There are a lot of people betting on mtgox bancruptcy right now... Dunno what to think...
Well it's fud or shitcoin threads... And i 'm not sure about what i prefer between the two..
Mt.Gox will be the only exchange where btc price is less than ltc.
Actually many people believe that Mt.Gox is insolvent. The vague press releases are enough for that we don't need anonymous sources.
The author just takes that and turns it into a doomsday mumble about bitcoin per se.

Most of the altcoins are pump and dump schemes. You want protection so that you can pump and dump without any other risks? Kinda ironic don't you think?
