201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much did you earn from Bounty/Airdrops? on: August 11, 2018, 12:14:18 PM
To tell the truth in 2017 I got more than 10 000$. But today we can't get enough money with bounty because a lot of companies pay a small amount of coins(
You're so wrong, they still pay the same amount of it but this year has more bounty participants than last year and that affect the distribution of the coin's the more participant's the less value per stake that's the reason why I really hate those cheaters who's making too many different accounts and spam the bounty campaign's.

Aside from that joining or choosing bounty now is getting harder because of there are too many scam ICO's released this year.
202  Other / Meta / Re: Merit? This got to be a joke. on: August 11, 2018, 12:05:19 PM
I find it highly annoying that this merit system is still around.
After almost 7 months now of existence of merit system you still dont learn to love the forums system.

You are still complaining about this effective system and blaming it because you are not ranking up, 10 merit is not that hard to get how much more complain will come from you if you're on your way to "full member"?

If you will just learn to embrace the system you will surely rank up more than you expected.

Im telling you that I also start without having any free merit after the system implementation I also once complain about it but after all I realized that this system make's this forum more organized and challenging and I learned to love it. Just accept the fact that merit system will never be gone and only the strongest and loyal member's will stay.

It is supose to be stimulating people to make good quality posts or topics, but i doesnt seems to work this way.
Yes it is and it work's accordingly to the plan, those old forum member's already notice the good effect of the system. Most of the post now are in the mid quality unlike before.
203  Other / Meta / Re: Ask for account recover - Some suggestions on: August 11, 2018, 06:01:10 AM
Please accept the fact that this is not all about because of the name its because of the merit why member's want's to recover their old accounts.

There are lots of ways to at least get a similar name like your old account such as adding number and others.

Before, people dont bother to recover a "member" account because they dont give value to that rank but now we can clearly see the result of the merit system, day by day passing by it is getting more harder to get merit's at the same time there are account's getting banned because they dont obey the rules.

This is a good sign that BTT forum is getting more cleaner day by day.

Dear Admin and Mods

I lost my first account in Dec 16, 2017,
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=370131

By the way I still hope that you will recover your old account especially if you dont violate any of the forum rules.

Also, in the near future theymos will release a system that helps staking an address and easily proving that you own that account.

It will be very helpful for those user who got locked account's without violation if this system already implemented.
204  Other / Meta / Re: Newbie's post review ratio very low on: August 10, 2018, 07:46:16 PM
Posting thread's like this are already used many time's just to complain about the merit system telling that your not against with it but you really are, you are not old member enough to prove that the system is wrong and you are right.

For me your opinion is wrong, some of them are watching those newbies who really contributes good things in this forum.

Im also once a newbie and we are just same that starts with 0 merit unlike any other old member of this forum if you really wants to rank up these suggestions may help you a lot:

-Improve your english language writing skill
-Read before asking or posting anything
-Stop complaining about merit

205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Punishment for ICO scams! on: August 10, 2018, 02:33:48 PM
This year there are lots of ICO's proven that is a scam and some of the most trusted bounty manager get tagged because of them but I never saw or hear a news that those fraud ICO's have caught even 1 of them.

There are lots of victim's including those trusted bounty managers who also dont have any idea that its a scam, I think this will is a lesson for all of us We need to choose a right ICO to invest with also a lesson for those bounty manager to be more strict in choosing what project to promote, we cant blame anyone.

206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MEW was error on: August 10, 2018, 02:22:10 PM
Whenever you are having trouble on something try to get screen shots about it after that when everything's back to normal post your problem with picture's of what exactly happen to be clear for everyone what happened.

Though if you open a wrong site or a phishing site as long as you didnt put your private key you dont need to panic but if you did transfering all your balance will be safer for you because you cant tell us what happened.

Here are some links posted in this forum might help you.

By the way please learn to post on the right section.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can i earn 1 bitcoin in one year doing bounty campaigns with my rank ??? on: August 07, 2018, 02:28:59 PM
Hello there..i never took bounty campaign seriously and never given regular work to it...but recently i have lost my day job  Undecided and i have some credit card bills and loans to pay...close to 10k usd...yes i am looking for another day job but i am planning to give enough time to bounty campaigns as well...
Sad to hear that bro, but still you can never expect on bounty unlike on a regular job.

I need guidance from experienced bounty hunters that is it possible to earn close to 1 bitcoin in 1 year with my member rank...and how much work per day will it require...is it possible as i am in some trouble in my life with these loans...can bounty prove to be a life saver from me...
1 year 1 bitcoin is it possible ??
Its not that impossible depend's on how dedicated you are on working in bounty campaign's, but put on your mind that not all bounty campaign succeed on their project's.
Before joining a campaign make sure that bounty you are joining has a good potential to succeed because its a
big waste of time if 12 weeks bounty dont pay you.

Try joining other bounties not only signature, Translation bounty is the biggest bounty you can earn but most of campaign's requires a porfolio.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust ICO Rating sites? on: August 07, 2018, 01:32:23 PM
No I dont trust their rating's and you are right they are so biased ranking those project but most of them didnt succeed on their target and I encounter many of them didnt follow their roadmaps, I also encounter some of their ranked ICO's failed on their project.

If you are really interested to invest on a project it will be better if you conduct your own study dont rely on other people or any top ranking ICO website.
209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it more profitable to Hold BTC or buying a lower price and selling at higher? on: August 06, 2018, 05:45:36 PM

Is it more profitable to Hold BTCBTC or buying a lower price and selling at higher?

You mean trading? Investing on BTC is one of the safest way of investment here if you can hold it for a long time sometime you will be afraid because of its volatility.

Trading is one of the most risky way of earning here sure it is profitable than holding BTC if you are PRO enough to trade, but even pro-traders sometimes fail but they take their loss anyway because they know the risk.
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Breaking] World’s Biggest Stock Exchange Operator is Launching a Bitcoin Market on: August 06, 2018, 07:31:09 AM
Whoah! This is a big new's for the crypto currency industry, it will affect the market circulation and can give more demand on bitcoin it can also give interest on altcoin's to those who are in there.

Before, most of the Stock Exchange treat bitcoin as a bubble and now here they are accepting bitcoin in their market.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Future of Bitcoin is the Community not the Government on: August 06, 2018, 07:24:59 AM
Not all Government are against with crypto currency sure most of them are to those selfish government's afraid that they cant corrupt peoples money in crypto world, for me its just a matter of time soon crypto currency will be the most useful currency in this world.

You are right community can speak for the world, we better help to share the word of crypto currency to other people to our relatives and friends it will be a big help for us.  Smiley
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good time to invest in an ICO? on: August 06, 2018, 07:16:00 AM
Many ICOs have their token sold at a fixed price vs. the ETH. For example: 1 ETH = 1000 Tokens.

So does it really matter if the prices of ETH/BTC is dropping?

If anything, then buying now you get more Tokens for the $, right?
It doesnt matter if the ETH/BTC is dropping the token's allocated to your stake will not change some of them when there is a hard fall give more discount.

I think you are right investing on ICO using dollar/$ will be more better when crypto market is on deep.
213  Other / Meta / Re: All bounty hunters are from Philippines?? (PROOF) on: August 05, 2018, 04:54:58 PM
Hello! I'm from the Philippines and I'm quite surprised of how many Filipinos are participants of that campaign, because to be honest, not a lot of people know about bitcoin in here. I live in Manila - which is supposed to be the most "advanced" city in my country - but even so, the number of people who know about cryptocurrency or that it even exists in this city is very low, even among teenagers and young adults. However, I guess it's not fair to assume that that's a result of multiaccounting. Just my two cents  Wink

Im also from the PH and he is right, a lot of people here still dont have any idea on what bitcoin is if Im going to conduct a survey that ask people here near me if they know bitcoin estimatedly 8 out of 10 people here will tell me that bitcoin is a scam.

Everytime I ask some of my friend's about it they will answer fast that it is a scam and Im trying my best to give them an idea about it though non of them are interested to talk about it.

If I am going to answer about that campaign, I will tell you that I think there's a lot of alt accounts in there that own by only one person.

I know the fact that there's a lot of abusive filipino's here in this forum and Im very disappointed about it because those people dont think about the forum they are the selfish one's that will do anything just to get what they want.

I cant blame anyone here that they are blaming filipino's causing spam in this forum because its true, but please dont look at us as one(1), there are also legit filipino member's here and loyal to this forum.
214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when being scammed on: August 05, 2018, 02:15:49 PM
Is there a way to undo the payment?
Sorry to say but there is no way to undo any transactions as what other have been said, I wonder where the message came from, because if here on bitcointalk message you can report his account show your proof to the report and maybe after admin check it there's a possibility that his/her account can get negative trust.

In that way you can get back to him at least his account is tagged and can help to other forum user to know that he/she is a scammer.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reviews on Altcoins ! on: August 05, 2018, 02:02:07 PM
Dont think of your loss charge it to your experience and learn from your mistakes, you are still lucky because you are older than us here get get some BTC, nowadays it requires hard work for us to get some.

Trading is one of the profitable way in cryptoworld but it is too risky for anyone who's not PRO doing trading, you lose a big amount on trading Im sure you learn something in there and you can now trade better than before.
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Target Market of Bitcoin on: August 05, 2018, 01:56:26 PM
Bitcoin target market is us, the whole world it doesnt matter who you are and where you from. Bitcoin cant choose its holder it depends on who really believes in it.

Bitcoin is a new technology that make's transaction's easier and faster for everyone, it also provides opportunity to earn money for anyone who like's.
217  Other / Meta / Re: Last edit preview? on: August 02, 2018, 02:39:09 PM
I do not understand what you mean? Want to preview posts when posting? I'm afraid that there is no such mode for you. Lol
Dont make fun on other's post they are trying their best to write proper english or at least understandable especially if they're not a navite english speakers, instead of making fun on other try to understand what they want to deliver and help them, Actually after reading all replies your reply is the most non-sense I have read.

For the OP, Their edit history is not visible for us but I think admins can see it, though for me it is not to important to read the edit history post.

But if you are having personal problem's in a thread or an argument that the user violate's the rule and you want to keep an evidence use printscreen or screenshot's and save it if you want to report a user for an abuse.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin down, altcoin rise. why? on: August 02, 2018, 10:24:28 AM
For example the fast few days bitcoin rise up to $8,400 while alcoins remain stable on their deep's, In my own analysis maybe because the investors focus on investing on bitcoin on its deep last few month around $6,100 some of those investors get their money on other altcoin's and put their investment on bitcoin that is why some alcoins last month are decreasing their value day by day and now bitcoin rise because of those investors altcoins value remains the same.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you aware that some Banks accept Bitcoin? on: August 02, 2018, 09:55:21 AM
Yes some bank's tied up on bitcoin those bank's who tied up on BTC are the banks with a good view in the future because we all know that bitcoin is a threat to banks and government corruption, it is a one of the proof that bitcoin is really a good invention. This is good for the crypto industry, if all banks will join crypto world there will be larger crypto market.
220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto ICO's are killing Bitcoin. on: August 02, 2018, 09:50:43 AM

So in Short - ICO's are killing Bitcoin and CryptoMarkets.

No, it dont kill bitcoin. They are improving to help the world to make easier life for us, there are lots of project's that help bitcoin to gain more investor's.

On the other side if were talking about scam ICO's which is nowadays are too many that is killing bitcoin.
