201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: February 14, 2017, 07:43:54 AM
Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin

I think yes, Im spending a good time within a day reading about the bitcoin news, mostly i go to coindesk and themerkle sometimes to read what is happening but a good source is also resdit where sometimes I check theymos' posts as he is moderator there.
for the first time i heard about bitcoin through media and after that my friend explain bitcoin to me and the start taking interest in it. in start it was not looking so excited and may be the reason was that i was unaware of it but after some time when i start investing bitcoin in alt coin and start getting income then it was really a very good experience.
202  Other / Archival / Re: Earning "free" bitcoins on: February 14, 2017, 07:40:29 AM
Well, when i was new in bitcoin field, than always i spend my time to search the free bitcoin sites. But i learn from my experience nothing any sites here where we earn free bitcoin, except faucets but they pay very low and in this way, we can't earn 1 bitcoin, except gambling is only way where we earn fast but on the risk. So i choose different ways like hold the bitcoin and also i try to do altcoin trading.
if from free you mean without investing money. then signature campaign is the best option, where one can make bitcoin for free. one can also earn bitcoin for free without investing money if he has good skill of designing.
203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: February 14, 2017, 07:10:48 AM
The most obvious difference from real money and bitcoin is when we use for transacting. If we send money with real money so it takes a long process and the cost is high, but after the presence of bitcoin then everything becomes a fast, effective and cheap.
i think it is the difference between the procedure of sending money. i think the real difference between the two currencies is that one is digital currency while the other is real and fiat currency. bitcoin is decentralize having same value everywhere and not under control of anyone while fat is centralize and always under the control of the state.
204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: February 14, 2017, 06:57:22 AM
no doubt about this we are already using bitcoin as currency not only for online purpose but in physical shops also. although the physical shops are not to much but hope that their number is increasing and very soon the number of bitcoin shops will increase and then we will be able to bitcoin in our local shops, but i think still there is some more time is require for it.
205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Daily use of bitcoin? on: February 14, 2017, 06:53:55 AM
I don't have where to use bitcoins in my daily life, that's why I don't think about slow transactions. When I need something I do on time and I don't bother with confirmation.
I will need to wait few more years before bitcoin come in shops in my city, maybe more. For now there isn't even talking about it.
Me too, I hope the time where there are merchants in my town that gives us the option bitcoin as a payment method will soon come, so I can use bitcoin directly to fulfil my daily life. But my country still not regulate bitcoin as currency.
although here so many merchants i know them bit the problem is that they do not know anything about bitcoin i think it will still take a lot time when they will learn about bitcoin. because most of the merchants in my area do not know any thing about computer and internet.i think they still need good knowledge about computer and internet. and the about bitcoin.
206  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: February 10, 2017, 09:02:05 PM
if everyone who has a bitcoin sell bitcoin them simultaneously for panic prices will fall again recommend that you think about it, because if it is carried out is likely the price of bitcoin is going down, you should if you want to sell bitcoin, do it bit by bit, you might be able to do while waiting for prices to rise
that is one of the main problem of most of the people. when the price of bitcoin start decreasing people come in pressure which really create panic. i think we should be strong enough to hold our bitcoin if the price of bitcoin start decreasing. through this way we can stop panic selling and down fall of bitcoin.
207  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: February 10, 2017, 08:53:49 PM
If I was starving and desperate from money I'd get off the internet and work more  Wink

That is what we need work, we should not relly too much on what we earn here infront of the computer because this must be just an extra income.
And even the bitcoin, you should not relai on that, work in real world will make your problem solve.
but now people are really earning a permanent income from bitcoin and they consider bitcoin as their profession, although it is not good to depend of bitcoin for living but still they have reason because they are earning good profit from bitcoin.
208  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: February 10, 2017, 08:49:54 PM
If i were you, i would split the BTC, i will save 10 btc while use the other 2 for trading. But trading is risky especially if you do not have enough knowledge and experince. But if you are too lazy to learn about trading then i guess just hold the Bitcoin until the price rise again .
i think in present time investing bitcoin any where will be a mistake.i think it is the best time to hold bitcoin for some time, because the price of bitcoin will increase too much and hope that it will even cross 1500 $ value very soon. therefore holding bitcoin will be a good decision.
209  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: February 10, 2017, 08:42:46 PM
Just recently got into BTC; I have 2.5 saved up.
Plan on taking 25% of each of my paychecks and accumulating and seeing what will happen in 2017 or later in the year.

If I will sum up all the bitcoins that I have earned since the first time I joined this forum, it is 0.5 bitcoin, I know it is not that big because I am just doing signature campaign for earning bitcoin weekly, so, this year I wanted to try Trading because I have heard that the earnings here is really great but not everyday. Buying Altcoins on their DUMP state and selling them in their PUMP state is the key, if I am not mistaken.

Thoughts? Ideas? Speculation? Advice? Tips?

Holding your bitcoin and keep on growing it is the best idea so far, and wait until its price would rise up again to a peak that we have never seen before since bitcoin was born. Then, convert it to fiat if this thing happens, so that you can have a huge profit as the reward for your being patient about this.
yes that is a fact. holding bitcoin for a long time is a good idea. but i think to take the decision when to sell the bitcoin is really a problems. for me i cannot take a decision when to sell my bitcoin, and that is the reason that most of the time i miss the right time to sell bitcoin.
210  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: February 10, 2017, 08:33:10 PM
i think the  best way to make them understand about bitcoins is by saying that bitcoin is another type of currency and it is not fiat like usd or any other curreny .it exits and it cant be felt and it  is  the  future and it has a lot of potential.
Children will not understand that what the the feeling of currency and then they will think that why it is impossible for bitcoin to unable to touch so it do not need to go to that much deep you can tell them simply that bitcoin is a digital currency and it is used for internet transactions. You can tell them that fiat is for offline stores and bitcoin is for online stores.
Of course. If you are explaining bitcoin to a kid at a deep or broad sense then they will just get confused, your idea is good that it should be introduce to them in its simplest way. Kids don't mind anyway so let us just keep as simple as that, let them see how you transact bitcoin in different ways so will discover it themselves.
I think chldren will not get confused if you will explain about the concept of bitcoin in the same way as we explain about other money to them they will also learn about it as they learn about money like fiat.
bitcoin is using for trading and other means of earning money therefore children do not need to learn about bitcoin. they should try to complete their study first and after that if they want to learn about bitcoin then it is ok but in fact first they need to complete their study .
211  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: February 10, 2017, 08:29:58 PM
Yes, I still believe in fiat because why not? Our world is being supported by fiat. So if there is no fiat then our world will be like the old days that just doing barter because we don't have money to use to buy things that we want. But i believed that someday, bitcoin will be one of the popular currency that we were going to use and it will be huge help for the bitcoin community.
yes still we do not have any option. Fiat is the basic for leading a good and standard life. although bitcoin is the next growing online currency, but still it cannot take the fiat place. it cannot over fiat. and we cannot totally depend on bitcoin for living, as bitcoin still cannot fulfill all our needs that fiat can do. may be in future when the number of bitcoin users will increase it can contribute a little more but currency we are depending on fiat.
bitcoin is the second option with us but i think it require a little more time and after that we will be able to buy any thing from bitcoin and hope that very soon we will be using bitcoin in local shops for buying and purchasing everything we want to buy.
212  Economy / Economics / Re: why is it so hard to buy bitcoin on: February 10, 2017, 08:25:17 PM
If you do not want to provide your photo ID for buying bitcoins then go to those exchanges where they do not need your verification compulsory for have a full account on that exchanges. Then deposit your money to that exchanges and but bitcoins of how much you need to buy. For example go and create an account on yobit or any other exchange like that.

You can sell Bitcoin for USD on yobit but after that how can you withdraw USD without revealing your identity? I have never tried to do it myself, so maybe there is a way, but I thought you have to provide at least your CC number for that.
It is not a probem to deposit and withdraw USD to and from yobit because you can deposit to yobit from any okpay or perfect money account from any person whom you know so it will not show your identity and in the same way you can use any persons payment processor to withdraw USD from yobit.
That is a good way for to buy bitcoin and deposit and withdraw from the yobit but sometimes the withdrawal hanp up and it take longer time as in my case it took more than 4 days and I was unable to get my money and I was in extreme need at that time.
yes yobit is also a good way of buying or selling bitcoin. i am using local exchange that is URDUBIT.COM from where i can easily buy and sell bitcoin without creating any issues, in fact it never create any problem to me and i am using it in a good way.
213  Economy / Economics / Re: Prediction for 2017 - share your views on: February 10, 2017, 08:19:23 PM
I hope the bitcoin will be more popular in  2017 in compare to previous  year .it will  become more powerful due to its aplication by almost people because now a days everyone  want to earn money on the basic of their knowledge.
yes we are also hopping so that in 2017 bitcoin will be more popular. although 2016 was also a good year for bitcoin in which the price of bitcoin cross 1000 usd lever in very last moments. and now in 2017 we are expecting that the price of bitcoin will increase more and more and hope it will cross 2000 USD in 2017.
214  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: February 10, 2017, 08:09:05 PM
Yes the price of bitcoin really matters to person who is holding bitcoin for long time, he will get into panic once the price of btc is decreasing means. But the only suggestion them is bitcoin is always volatile so don't worry about the prices, it is common in trading market. Even we can't expect when it will decrease and when it will increase.
yes  also agree with you that the price of bitcoin matter because if the price of bitcoin is not increasing then or it is continuously decreasing then people will never like to invest their money here in bitcoin and will show interest in bitcoin .

216  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: February 06, 2017, 01:06:07 AM
Bitcoin is not dead, commonly some bitcoiners saying bitcoin is dead when the price is going down deep. Some says bitcoin is dead to make the price go down a little bit for them to buy lots of btc.
bitcoin is not dead bitcoin is alive and will continue serving people for every i think we can use bitcoin as currency for online shopping as we all in local shops where the facilities are available.
217  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: February 06, 2017, 12:25:43 AM
Paper money will vanish in the next 20 years at least in the developed countries. In developing countries it will exist several years longer.
However I can not say I don't like the direction we are heading. Digital centralized, completely controled government money is a nightmare.
but i do not think so that paper money is going to ever vanish. i think it will take a lot of time unless all the people start using bitcoin and they have the facilities to use bitcoin and the facilities are easily available everywhere.
218  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the economy situation in your country that bad? on: February 06, 2017, 12:10:22 AM
Super bad, because many people don't have work that's why they make many crimes just to live. Like robbery everywhere that's why you cannot walk in the middle of the night because you are not safe maybe someone will put gun on your head so they can get all you things. I hope these kind of situation our government will take action for it.
You know what, we cannot really control every individual. Yes, it is sad to see that everyday there is always a crime like what you have mention.
That is why we have to be very careful in  our own actions, the government are doing their best to lessen and to punish the guilty but let us do our part to change the world.
in fact crime ratio is increasing day by day and that is because that in most of the countries there is not justice people are not getting their right the unemployment ratio is increasing day by day and the rich people are becoming richer and richer day by day and that is the reason that people try to find other ways of making money either legal or illegal.
yes the growing population is also one of the reason of the increasing ratio of crimes. i think bitcoin is helping to overcome the crises by giving opportunities to people t invest even their little amount of money and make good profit from it. but still the most of the people do not have any knowledge about bitcoin.
in my country i do not think that we have such a bad economic situation if a person is qualified then he can get good job according to their education and ability but the politician are creating problems.
219  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: February 05, 2017, 11:59:45 PM
I can not see any reason why Bitcoin should take the place of the Dollar. Now the dollar is moving in very good shape, one of the important functions of the markets. Bitcoin does not have a central authority, so the support of the people here plays a very important role or it is not accepted in bitcoin.

We can say that even most people can use bitcoin even if it is difficult to use. That's why the dollar will always stay.

in near future it is not possible for bitcoin to replace bitcoin. in fact USD isi one of the most stronger fiat currency of the world and until all the people of the world will start using bitcoin tell, up to that time i do not think that it will be possible for bitcoin to replace USD.
yes i also do not think so that bitcoin will replace USD so easily, USD is a very strong currency and have a very form support of the strongest country of the world and it can only possible if USD start using bitcoin instead of USD.
220  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: February 05, 2017, 11:59:05 PM
Well we can't really live with just bitcoin itself we also have to convert it first to Fiat,
then we could use it to buy any stuff that we want but who know's maybe someday we could use bitcoin as payment for everything.
yes most of the people are dong the same job. as bitcoin can be use as currency in very limited area. while in some area bitcoin is really using as fiat currency, as some shops accept bitcoin for shopping , but in majority of place bitcoin the facilities are not available to use bitcoin for shopping in local shops.
in current time i am not going to sell my bitcoin because the price of bitcoin is increasing too much and very soon the price of bitcoin can every cross 1200 USD level therefore i even cannot think about spending my bitcoin.
