201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? on: April 14, 2020, 08:32:03 PM
It seems to me that online casinos could save a huge number of addicted people if they stopped their work during the crisis.
People just wouldn't have a choice where to gamble. But such tricks are fraught with the loss of huge profits that casinos are aimed at.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and health 🤕symptoms on: April 14, 2020, 08:26:26 PM
Gambling greatly raises the level of cortisol in the blood at a faster heart rate.
With prolonged exposure, both of these factors can be very detrimental to the health of men in the future.
Women are less at risk for heart disease than men.
203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will the gambling addicts do now that the casinos have closed? on: April 14, 2020, 08:15:21 PM
As an addict, you either atop to gamble or increase your addiction along the line. Gamblers are quite greedy when it come to money online or when their is tendency of doubling money. The closure of these casinos will actually divert the attentions of these sect to a different thing entirely, like gambling in the neighborhood with co-gamblers. This has happened in our neighborhood several time and still happening. An addict gambler is a gambler and will do anything to satisfy their conscience. They always found a way out of their boredom around the industry.

Perhaps their attention would be directed to other things if there weren’t so many opportunities around allowing them to go about their addiction.
Too many variations of online gambling. Dependents simply have no choice, it is almost impossible for them to break out of the arms of those who provide these services.

204  Economy / Economics / Re: How long this crisis will be? on: April 10, 2020, 04:47:57 PM
I don't know when the Corona Virus crisis will end, but in my opinion it will likely last until the end of the year. Because until now the spread
of the corona virus is still ongoing throughout the world, there hasn't even been a sign that it will end. This has a bad impact for the world
economy, because many people are laid off from work. And we are required to make money from home, lucky for us who know cryptocurrency
can make money from home.

If you look at the Chinese example, we can assume that the epidemic can be stopped by introducing strict restrictive measures.
Unfortunately, a number of countries introduced these measures relatively late, which in the end can lead to the most dire consequences.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN] HiveNet – The Next Generation of Cloud Computing 🔥🔥 on: April 08, 2020, 09:42:32 PM

Maybe there is a misunderstanding.
In HiveNet, computer owners like you and me can rent out their unused computing power.
So HiveNet doesn't use a computing center like that.

This is very interesting, a similar system looks very decentralized. I am only concerned about the fact that with insufficient power coming from users, the system can stop its activities.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to recover from being addicted in gambling. on: April 08, 2020, 09:25:51 PM
Under any circumstances, only a conscious choice of the right path can help a person get out of a game addiction.
After all, addiction is a repeated reflex reaction worked out to be automatic.
Need willpower and a strong desire to get rid of the automatisms that were worked out to the ideal.
New neural pathways set off very slowly, so awareness and control are needed.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: April 07, 2020, 10:43:53 PM
I won't be such a stupid to just break the bars and get out of my home impatiently and almost immediately once this outbreak ends as there is no guarantee that everything had been sanitized and cleaned carefully and it might take some more time for the things to come to normal. It's better to stay home and stay safe even after this pandemic ends because the effect it'll leave will be very dangerous compared to what we are seeing as of now.

Maybe you are right. I tend to believe that staying in isolation for too long weakens the immune system.
I don’t want to get sick, but I don’t want to be left with weak immunity after quarantine.
A person is a carrier of almost all diseases, everything will depend on how strong your immune system is.
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling a threat or fun? on: April 07, 2020, 10:42:01 PM
I think that gambling is fun until it becomes stressful. When you wake up in the morning and the first thing that you do is think about which matches you're gonna play, than it's a threat. But when you go out to walk your dog and you play a ticket for a buck or so, then it's more fun than a threat. I know a lot of people who does just that - every few days they play a ticket with 10 pairs and put a little money on it (under a dollar). They think of it as fun and I agree with them.

Like any addiction, the game causes breaking.

A person very quickly gets used to those doses of hormones that he experiences during gambling, moreover, real money is at stake, which boosts the hormonal system even more due to stimulation of emotions.

At some point, a person may become irritable, nervous, moody, but all this will most likely be hidden from him.
It is very difficult to come to understand what exactly gambling is the cause of this condition, because during games you can feel good.
209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: April 01, 2020, 02:35:48 PM
Age is not always an indicator of how much a person is aware of. However, if we compare people at 18 and at 21, we can say that people show more awareness with age.
I would introduce an addiction test, only after passing through which you have access to the casino, but casinos would never do that, because addicts are their main profit.
210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will the gambling addicts do now that the casinos have closed? on: April 01, 2020, 02:33:21 PM
Human desire can stop only death, so those who really have an irresistible addiction will continue to play regardless of all obstacles.
As far as I know, several underground casinos already exist in my city. People should be really without willpower if they are ready to go there at the risk of their own health.
211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the safest crypto online games to start if you are a Newbie? on: March 31, 2020, 10:57:01 PM
I played roulette for some.
The only thing I want to say is that no matter what system you play, always lay down the probabilities that you have to win at roulette.
You will always have a negative expectation in relation to the casino no matter what bets you make, so you need to clearly calculate the risks and probabilities.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: March 31, 2020, 10:54:03 PM
So far I’m trying to get around the bets, besides there is actually nothing to bet on.
However, it amazes me that the betting controls manage to offer bets on almost anything, apparently they really do not want to lose profit.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to recover from being addicted in gambling. on: March 31, 2020, 10:52:07 PM
1. Focus on your family or friends - if you have strong relationship with your family and friends then you will forget to play gambling, and they may help you to limit yourself from gambling.
Our family can do much to help us avoid gambling addiction, as I have proven that once I was addicted to gambling. We always listen to their advice to us because it will benefit us especially if we already have our own families. It will serve as a lesson or a way to keep ourselves from gambling and to focus more on our family and our time. We need it for us to have control over gambling and to have limitation for it.

To do this, you need to have a strong connection with your family values and your family.
Often, people who are addicted, have these connections partially or completely destroyed, which does not allow them to use such a powerful resource for healing.
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does good side of gambling overcomes its negative side? on: March 31, 2020, 10:49:20 PM
I believe that everyone should find the answer to this question for himself.
In my case, there was a moment when I realized that gambling brings me a number of problems, as a result of which I stopped. Now I play from time to time, just for fun.
Sometimes a person needs an outside view to see his problem.
215  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Random coin picks experiment on: March 30, 2020, 11:05:36 PM
The hardest thing about holding my position is mental dependence on price checking. I wish I could avoid that. 8 coins are always on my mind and I keep checking them the whole day. First thing when I wake up - I do checking. It's exhausting. I don't know why I keep doing it, but it's a kind of a bad habit now. I need to find way to forget about those coins and continue to live a normal life. Holding in bitcoin wasn't so energy-consuming though. How do you guys overcome such mental state? Any advice?

This is silly to do. If you invested in some asset, then you probably had a certain goal - to earn.
Why every time you check where the price goes for an asset, it will not give you anything.

For example, the price of an asset has increased by 10%; will you sell an asset?
I do not think only if this is your original goal. In this case, you can set mentions and notifications that the price has risen or dropped to a certain volume.
216  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we heading towards Recession? on: March 30, 2020, 11:02:08 PM
If you look at the global market, there are lots of red flags which pointing towards a recession. Big corporates laying off lots of people and economy of big countries have other or no growth.

This is where marketing comes in.

Given how many financial problems and difficulties exist around, with the proper level of news support,
you can easily drive the crowd into a situation where they will think that Bitcoin is the most profitable purchase at the moment.

Remember the time when people sold their houses and cars in order to buy bitcoin, to be horrified after what mistake they made.
Therefore, everything will depend on where the market goes, and on where it will lead.

217  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I fail in trading on: March 30, 2020, 11:01:00 PM
The human brain is designed in such a way that it will be most efficiently engaged in only that activity that brings him pleasure.
As a rule, trading brings pleasure only in case of victory, so if you have not tasted the taste of victory, if you did not have profitable positive transactions, then you can probably get tired of trading very quickly and stop your attempts to become successful in it.
In addition, many newcomers spend their last money on deposits and, as a result, during the training process, lose them, which leads to even more frustration and refusal from this activity.

219  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk management , how ? on: March 09, 2020, 10:08:21 PM
Risk minimization is probably one of the most important topics in the ranking. After all, how much your risks are balanced directly affects the amount of profit that you ultimately get.
The most important things in risk management are working with errors and minimizing their consequences.

As a rule, errors occur most often due to psychological conditions, in other words, when you are emotionally involved in trading.
The first thing you should do in the process of your training in trading is to work with your emotional states, because it depends on him how your thinking will work, interruptions and mistakes, or clearly and harmoniously.
