I mean, sure, you can make arguments that on the fundamentals BTC is a better currency than FRNs. But right now FRNs have better purchase utility, so the fact that it's hard to exchange BTC for fiat... doesn't that hamper BTC's usefulness? Unless this was just a throwaway line about how BTC is so cool that you should never want to cash out. thank you for actually taking my statements serious. I agree with you on the need for skepticism. I continues to be among the best tools in the box. With it goes observation, experimentation, attitude and the self fulfilling prophecy. The assumption of "cashing out" is that you would be done with bitcoin. = Really what happens is "recieving reward for distribution"! |

Yup. I expect a bunch of smaller crashes, followed by an eventual large crash down to single digits. The faster we go up, the more this is likely IMO.
lol single digits ... i miss that feel I actually think we had a correction on the 24th of this month. Then more Dollars wanted to be saved from Inflation. I actually expect the dollar value of Bitcoin to go dancing wildly - and I care as much about it as Bitcoins carrot or banana value. 1BTC is 1BTC and that is what counts. Meanwhile Inflation. Bitcoin - the classic case for freedom.
Say for example one of USA constitutional rights get thinned out by a pow-wow
of politicians and lawyer magic. Would you buy your leadthrower with bitcoins then?
As a person subject to the european warlords I have grown up used to being unarmed.
Have to say I had a interesting time with a G36 when the oppresive regime placed
my body into the defence cult of the conspiracy to uphold the oppresive regime.
Never liked sharp ammunition though. Didn't feel right to have it if I knew that not
everyone else had it, too.
Enough rambling, If i would be in USA I guess I would be helping to bring the Armory
back - just in case you know. Just in case like I hold coins cause I do not trust the banks
either.
If more people feel like that in the land of the fee (the taxed nation) I guess they should
consider holding enough coins to change to guns.
