Search the 365coin thread for "mingopool", TONS of complaints.   He stole 0.38 365 from me.  On the day I discovered it that amount was worth USD$352 !  Other complaints of him using miners credentials on other pools and changing the payout address.  Stupid to reuse credentials, but still NOT COOL! Block explorer site is up, but it will take hours to resync the db so don't use it until the total blocks number looks right.

Yes, I would agree that it makes sense to hardfork only after the inflation period is over.  Also the low energy benefits of X11 are lessening with the release of x11mod.

drakandar, thanks for the leadership advise.  Maybe you can advise us more as we move forward.

Changes are still on the table, but it seems difficult to reach a consensus.  Perhaps we should only change the algorithm.  Anyone care to offer support or resistance to switching to X11?  Hard forking is a big deal, anyone who doesn't update their client will end up on the wrong fork--and we'll have to reach out to Comkort as well.
