Nobody is claiming the stamp has any validity or is any sort of proof of anything. I’m just stating that it is the standard to do so. I will stand down regardless and apologize for muddying up this sales thread.

That's a design flaw that you may want to fix the next go around. Genuine silver coins usually have it on them. Since we all know and trust Wheelz it's not a problem in here, could be an inconvenience at resale time though. Just sayin'.  Still, great design I noticed this as well but didn’t pipe up as I wasn’t bidding. This is a valid criticism/point. Silver coins should note purity and when they are from less well known such as non-gov minted coins it’s very important in resale. I’ve traded a lot of silver coins in my day and the first thing buyers want to see from coins they are unfamiliar with is purity and weight listed on the coin and coa. These do have a beautiful design btw. LitLitBit Design flaw? That is your opinion...  I could stamp that on anything.. doesn't mean it's real silver. I wouldn't take anyone's word for it anyways.. that's why you would use a metal tester. Same thing goes with weight... just put it on a scale... And why would I trust the government and their coins versus any other maker? Seems like some blind trust. I don’t make the rules I’m just sharing my experience with buying and selling non-gov coins. When your buying American Silver Eagles, Canadian Maple Leafs, South African Kruggerands it’s just the modus operandi. Now when an unknown mint mints they should follow those same guidelines because when your selling them without it buyers will shy away. I have gotten way less premium time and time again in selling silver coins without it. |
