201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top Crypto for 2020 on: November 19, 2019, 02:15:51 PM
Many people speculate like that, crypto will rise in the coming year. But all these speculations are not necessarily true because the crypto market is currently still suffering. bitcoin prices are still not stable and later in May 2020 there will be halving bitcoin. Maybe this will have an effect. Holding some altcoin and bitcoin for now is still possible and held until the market improves.

Yes there is a lot of speculation about the future of bitcoin but at the moment it is still not predictable which is more correct because prices continue to fluctuate, many people expect halving to happen soon but prices are still not showing its good, and other altcoins are still under market pressure downtrend.

The price still recovering from the current downfalls, for this moment we're on the process of moving up. Even though altcoins was bleeding heavily on each and every price, I believed that someday we will experience another good times; just like before.
202  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any Impact of AI technology in Trading? on: November 19, 2019, 12:42:30 PM
Basically there are a ton of trading bots that uses similar approaches but the reality is trading is not a 1s and 0s game so they almost always fail.

Yeah, there are times when a bot makes money for you but in general you are left with a ton of loss in the end because bots could make you profit on good days of the market but when it is bad they do end up losing a ton of money as well. So all in all trading is a human thing, no AI can do it better than any human, even the most improved and well designed bot can't trade as well as a human because bots have certain limits where you program to do one thing and that is the only thing they can do whereas humans can see a broader picture and read news and they can prevent something bad happen before it happens.

bots are not effective for active traders, human instinct is more developed in setting targets and even in undesirable conditions. I see that bot2 that is set generally can determine the scale of earnings, but only for altcoin because btc movements are more irregular to fluctuate. The real concept of AI is to be able to control every condition automatically, and at the moment it is still only a prototype and does not yet exist.
I don't use bot too as I prefer to do manual analysis and trade so I'll be able to hold or stop loss and only trade with alts I know. Some preferred having bot but I don't think it will affect too. Ai technology is good for advancement but there are still people who prefer to do it their way and by their ways only.

I am not comfortable with using those computer robots to help me with trading, better rely on ourselves and also from other experts who can give us more reliable advice on trading. The decision making depends on our actual participation in trading, doing chart monitoring, reading articles and a lot more to help us established the best analysis without the presence of AI's.
203  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you holding Bitcoin? on: November 19, 2019, 02:25:50 AM
Bitcoin is and always will be the gold standard of cryptocurrencies.
No matter how close other altcoins ever come in terms of market value or other features.
BTC will always stick to the first position.

I used to think that ETH might surpass BTC and it got really close at the start of 2018 but I guess it was just a huge pump.

I have a little less than half holdings in BTC and the rest is divided in ETH, XMR and LTC.
So yes, I'm holding BTC and I'll keep HODL it for the foreseeable future.
I'm also in a long term holding of btc because i know bitcoin price will pump even more in the days to come. With altcoins, i don't usually hold it for long term because they are good only for day trading as they can give us minimal profits whenever the market is stable.

Holding at short terms is suggested when you have enough capital with huge quantities. There's always a good chance to have more profit when the price will bounce at increasing value, so we can sell our coins to earn returns. Holding btc for a long period of time, could gain much higher profit at 100% compared with short term.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Prove that you shouldn't rely on icobench and others on: November 18, 2019, 10:28:38 PM
Yes I agree with you I see a successful project but the rating is low from other projects that do not even list in the market.
I think that's because they don't pay as much as the high-rating project.
So I started to be suspicious of Icobench, does this apply to all ICO site reviews? Or are there still true real, impartial on high payouts and very transparent?

Ratings can't be trusted even though it was having good ranking. I am looking forward to a clear transparency, who gives definite and honest ratings and I don't see any promt and trusted sites who monitored the progress of each projects. Wave back two years ago, I experienced one project which I participated and they're showing progress of their ICO behind it's ongoing sale.
205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: An investor lost $24 million worth of bitcoin on: November 18, 2019, 09:18:24 PM
Such a story will be repeated many more times. People will make many mistakes and just rash actions in cryptocurrency, which will lead to huge financial losses. Therefore, many will be disappointed and leave the cryptocurrency. Yes, unfortunately, cryptocurrency poses a huge risk to inept users.

This isn't a good experience for an investor, which I think there's a serious reason why it happened losing such big amount of money. Having $24 million as capital investment was emotionally a deep struggle, and suddenly lost in a one time shoot of investing. I guess it needs time to move on for this and treat this as a big lesson not to risk money without certain knowledge about what sector you're part with.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum ERC20 Tokens Are Gaining in Total Market Capitalization on: November 18, 2019, 03:38:43 PM
As long as they are actually moving back and forth that's all the real Ethereum cares about as they have to pay their transaction cost in Eth. More and more fees for the miners!

When there's an active demand there's always a good opportunity for both miners and traders who desires to earn good profit. Others might not notice that but eventually, it takes more frequency to become more efficient as it moves forward to increase sustainable market value. We should stay more diligent with our plans and targets so we won't regret our decisions when failure comes.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Need to Reconsider Holding altcoins on: November 18, 2019, 02:31:46 PM
maybe luck is only in favor of gambling, but it depends on you bet for the purpose of winning or losing, this is only an example and I do not intend to offend you. but once in a while if you are ready, you can try it there to feel the challenge.
and in crypto investment depends on how you manage your financial management, the coins you invest, how active the team and dev are in product development and it is important to use real coins or have been registered in a large market.
It's not necessary that it needs to be in large market. I prefer investing in companies or projects that have continuous plans and updates in their project who also partnered with trusted company as it gives more chance for them to gained investors like what link is doing now partnering with those that are in larger Market than they are.

Long term investments on a project with huge plans for the future could gain better potentials, instead of quick rising one. That's what we need as a holder before making such decisions on venturing serious investments for our expected profits. Actually it isn't easy to deal with this kind of situation, and we must choose briefly what altcoin asset should be your best preference.
208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Friendly City on: November 17, 2019, 11:45:37 AM
For me all the countries on the list have proven they are developed countries and recognize bitcoin or legalize by accepting bitcoin as a transaction tool, this is something that can pump crypto to develop even more advanced in many other developed countries, maybe a few more years a bitcoin ATM will spread in all countries and become the main transaction tool

I do hope that in the Philippines, even though it's not yet confirmed it was a bitcoin friendly country, ATM services should be opened to different City around the country. On that idea, it has a good effect on the demand so people can be properly oriented with digital currency if it would be openly accessible anywhere.
209  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of Bitcoin rise by the end of this year on current time? on: November 17, 2019, 02:11:51 AM
anything is possible in the up and down crypto market which will determine. as at the end of 2018 most people said that by the end of the year bitcoin would rise but in fact bitcoin continued to decline. even this year no one knows and also no site can predict the price of bitcoin correctly. so we better do our own research and believe in the decisions we have made. if the reality of our speculation does not match the reality then it is the reality that we must accept. and don't give up trying to speculate again experience is the best teacher.
Many want to see a rise in the price of bitcoin because they want to see a repetition of what happened in 2017, but I do not think we will see anything like it during this year, if you take a look at the way the price grew during this year you will see a slow growth for months.

And then for a few days the price went up trying to capture the good old days only for the price to come crashing down, the market is not ready for another attempt at breaking 10k but it could be ready during the next year.

Hopefully next year would be more efficient for bitcoin's price, and even if $10k wouldn't be break I would still prefer to hold my asset. Let the good old days as a history, and if ever it would come back again, of course I would be very much happier.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties on: November 16, 2019, 09:15:28 PM
Wish to predict on which is best to join with but unfortunately it's hard to tell on which is good or bad among them since almost all campaigns running right now is not paying although there are few who pays but the value in $ is not similar to the provided ICO price and end up we get nothing since the token rewards have no value. That's why it's better to take bounties as un serious business and don't assume to much.

Let's be realistic this time, haven't we learned a lesson? Bounties failed so many time and the hunters complained badly that most of the project has not successful results. The situation has not improved yet and in fact, there were no further updates on previous bounty projects on how it was going to work sooner when the market will bloom again.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the Top potential coin to buy now? on: August 12, 2019, 09:15:57 PM
As per observations with the latest trend I seen, bitcoin was still the best potential coin to buy now. With the fluctuating market, it has the very in demand capability to be our trusted asset to fulfill our future's dream and determinations. Don't waste your time and chances, lets invest for the assurance so we will be able to benefit for profitable future.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin or Bitcoin on: August 12, 2019, 04:05:47 PM
Well on my own opinion i prefer to invest with bitcoin which is slowly but surely you can obtain profits. Unlike altcoin which is very promising but afterwards you can get nothing because of some reason and etc. Its not trustworthy.   So on be smart on this kind of business if you want to invest and to earn more profits.

I can't choose specifically, that's why I prefer the two of them due to their greatest potential to shine. Their popularity is a huge factor to become profitable for our future trading goals, as we remain strong and courageous on our goals for cryptocurrency. Stay calm and easy, have self control so you could avoid any possible panic in the long run.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stop Blaming Bounty Hunter! on: August 11, 2019, 11:49:17 PM
Let's be true to ourselves, dumping coins was just a human nature and being into emotional struggles we can't prevent selling our coins when we're in need. Don't be too judgemental, and if other people blamed the hunters specifically I can also say the investors do so. Same situation might occur regardless whether you're bounty Hunter or an investor who did the trading. There's no exceptions here everybody should be blamed, and in order to control this we need to learn how to have control on our emotions.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if btc drops... on: August 11, 2019, 11:26:16 PM
If btc drops it's our good opportunity to purchase at cheaper value. Missing it was a big regret and I believed the chance shouldn't be taken for granted. The price fluctuates in an unpredicatable manner so don't be bother on this, because once it pumped very high we will be given surprising benefits on our financial aspects.
215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: August 09, 2019, 08:19:30 PM
For me this cannot be considered as profession for the rest of our lives, since it can't give us the affirmation to have financial source. There could be times you watch out for misfortune of your bets, so it's not a healthy financial way of making money for a living. Living in a gambling world, couldn't give us a manageable salary yet it could likewise give fun and fervor. Always do have gambling as your amusements however, not a reliable source of financial security.
216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: August 09, 2019, 02:53:59 AM
I think most of the people want to get huge success in very quick time that is the only thing lotteries is famous in in everyone's mind set so it cannot be changed by everyone if you got the luck and timing then lottery is very favourable for you that's why I think people always choosing this kind of thing.

People loved to play lottery and nevermind for any possible losses that might happen to their betting investments. The expectations also is big as they're hoping to win for good prizes, and most importantly the jackpot amount. Most fiat lottery offers that promises but the chances for the bettors were less. Same kind of thing in crypto lottery chances also is very low.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Right Now: Will Do A Bull Run Too? on: August 08, 2019, 01:49:04 PM
Currently investors are still paying more attention to the BTC and alts will have fewer buyers. That's why the price of ETH has not increased sharply in the past.
But don't worry too much, Bitcoin will soon cool down and the era of ETH will come soon.
We will see a green lasting for weeks in the coming months.

I think so. Bitcoin dominance is too high already. Last such dominance was in December 2017 when BTC hit his AHT price. SO we should see altseasoon soon.

The graphical trend showed a positive trend for eth from the previous days, in which bitcoin also had risen to a very good value. Somehow there's a declining price occured, but eventually the corrections helped some frustrated buyer to have the opportunity to buy during the dip. Bitcoin's progress will be a huge factor for eth to also commence a bull run too.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If bnb overtakes eth on: August 08, 2019, 12:18:35 PM
I am trying to decipher what the future holds for eth, asides its smart contract purposes which of course bnb can offer, what else do you think will help keep eth relevant. Because I see some projects trying to migrate to binance chain, I see that it won't end well for eth as long as bnb keeps improving.
Too early to say for Binance chain to replace Smart contract.I wont say it isnt possible but still a long way to go.We have seen on how BNB climb on the top rankings on
CMC basing on its total cap but doesnt mean it would surpass ETH anytime soon but who knows right?
we cannot predict this, but now BNB has good potential and it can be used as a potential coin. although the competition with ETH is experiencing a difference but I think BNB can catch up to ETH

BNB couldn't beat what ethereum has been built up for such a significant number of years, and in spite of the fact that it's building up a solid establishment for cryptocurrency community; this isn't guaranteed it will easily break eth's barrier of success. Numerous individuals trusted bnb for the progressive developments and promising execution it has appeared to the general population, yet it has no contract that could back up another tokens like how eth went through effective undertakings that utilized erc20.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin, ETH, and XRP To Become Mainstream By 2024? on: August 06, 2019, 10:29:08 PM
I think that this will inevitably happen before 2025. The popularization that began in 2017 continues to develop in big steps. Every person in the world already knows about cryptocurrencies.

Maybe a lot know crypto at that time, but I don't think all of them will use crypto in their daily lives. Those who are residing in rural or remote areas will still prefer to use their fiat money, I guess. There is a large percentage living on this Earth that are not yet tap by electricity, so I doubt they will be part of this blockchain revolution.

Who knows that will be more in demand by 2024? Let's not close the doors foe these coins, and yet if technology became more advanced during thas year nothing is impossible to happen. Blockchain is not a stagnant technology, that's there's always software updates due to ongoing developments. Fiat money will be just an option in the future, and digital currency will be more valuable.
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about Gambling and e-sports? on: August 05, 2019, 11:31:39 PM
It is becoming much popular this days though. With the way the world is going deeper into technology, it is certain that a lot of setups will be going digital.
This includes the gambling industry, this is why we are seeing the likes of e-sport. Years to come there will be different updates on it.
If it is been combined with the traditional one, the experience will be phenomena. It will be more like experiencing two different things to one.

Gambling and e-sport will be more in demand compared with traditional gambling which was done physically. Using digital currency is much more advantageous on this type of betting. Most gamblers preferred this kind compared to traditional gambling,  and I think more people loved to gamble for lucky winnings.
