Yes I have no problems mining at:
www.ultrablockparty.com
www.ultracoins.info

But I get 10-20% rejected when mining at tumblingblock pools!!!
I havent touched anything, and this has been going on for a few hours now!

strange..

I checked out with a few other friends, I am the only one getting this massive rejected share rates!
My rigs are on 3 different locations, so Internet is not the issue.
Only remaining things, are Kracko screwing up with me on purpose, or someone else attacking me.... wtf??  Grin

I guess Kracko finally figured out my nick and decided to f**k with me! Cheesy

Or maybe some other one f**k with you because you are not one of the favorite's on this forum....

Many dislike your attitude so there are possible many candidates to attack you  Wink
The problem comes from the pool, I have no such problem mining @ ultrablockparty
btw I know that many dislike what I say especially cause I tell them the truth?  Wink

could you try other pool?

I am getting a massive amount of "Rejected shares" today, and I my hashrate is down, but I don't see anyone else hashrate going down??? wtf???

mining working for me well. No rejected shares.

I'm afraid I sold 1000 UTC today and bought 1000 CXC with the proceeds.

thanks for the cheap UTC  Cheesy

Whats with the hash rate today, is goes from 12k, to 23k, wild swings  and the diff is through the roof again wild swings.

Something is not right.

Do I remember right you announced that you will not mine UTC and you will leave?

You still hre?

I acquired some GTX 750Ti 2GB but I can't seem to set them up properly.
The best I did was :
Code:
cudaminer.exe -a scrypt-jane:14 -o stratum+tcp -u user -p X -b 4096 -m 1 -i 0 -L 6 -l t96x1
Which gives me only around 2,5 kH/s they should be doing more than 3k at this freq.
GPU 1350MHz, MEM 1525MHz
I have 5 cards running on 4G of RAM

Does anyone have some other settings Smiley

some with this -l t60x2 -H 2 -m 1 -i 0 -L 4
and others -l t5x24 -H 2 -m 1 -i 0 -L 4

working better without -b

getting 3.4-3.6

happy mining
I get "Cuda error", than "Driver Error", with any value above -l t24x2 when using -L 4 on two of my rigs, but on a third one I have no problems running -l t60x2 -L 4
could you try autotune for each card and see what is the best for you. Try different -L values with autotune. All my 750ti is MSI brand and same model but still needs different settings.

WARNING - contains references to other Crypto-currencies !

Just a tip to the UTC Official UTC team, devs and community.

You MUST announce that UTC will link its blockchain with Ethereum and Ether to achieve limitless utility. You must announce this at the Conference. Then start talking with Vitalik and his group to put this in stone and make it work.

You all really need to realise that these guys have got the future covered and UTC can massively benefit from cooperation and linking blockchains to enable all the features of Ethereum.

If you disagree thats fine but let history be the judge in 2 years time.  The $15m injection has enabled MUCH MORE than critical mass and nothing is going to keep up with the mass dev from every angle to create the crypto utopia.  Ethereum has the funds to continue devs for years - BTC is not even in the league in terms of dev power and applications across every sphere.  Ethereum has already stolen the best minds and will continue to do so.

Ethereum will make Bitcoin look like a brick and Ethereum is about to break open in the next few months and its going to be a the most signif step in crypto for a very long time. Ethereum will be the main media item - full stop.  When people realise whats happened here its going to break open crypto and turn it upside down.

Anything associated with Ethereum is going to fly. Bitcoin is going to suffer - this is the turning point I am afraid.

Miss this opportunity to put UTC in the mix and you have missed the one thing that can make UTC be in the top 10 and above.

Please consider seriously.

Steve - thanks for your update - rest assured that the community is behind UTC - but please take this one VERY seriously.

This is the big one.

You might be right, but I fear that If BTC will go down like brick all crypto will do same. After that no new money to crypto.  New money will go other ways than crypto so Ethereum will go down also. Long term might recovery but it will take long long time.

Ethereum devs seems to have lots of BTC..so if its go down no cash to play ... .

Dev, Is the source code up to date on git ?
It seems its stuck on block 892183

Hello Bitarama, have you tried downloading the latest version of the wallet? Try installing the latest version and let me know if you have any further problems.

I am compiling from the source code on git.

@pugman     (I explain something with respect towards you ok, it is not an cyber attack);

The Coin it self, the Dev team, the Community and the Investors make together a coin a success or not.

.... if you would be an REAL investor and not a WANT TO BE investor then you followed utc closely during the last weeks/months... a lot was happening !

There was a lot of possibility's to make profit.
If you really missed that as investor then you just are a want to be investor.
Please then shut up.

Maybe you come back here more often at this forum or maybe you read back more pages at this forum because you can not come back once in a few weeks/months and then start complaining Undecided
That's way much to easy dude !

And if you say utc is dying, then you really missed the boat. Really you missed it.
Maybe don't smoke so much marihuana  Grin

About promises Huh
The management team never gave us promises dude.
Please wake up because in crypto world there are never ever promises to give or to get.

Remember what Steven always said : It is a Wild West World.

And last but not least : What still did dent happen yet, can easily happen tomorrow !!!!

It's comments like this which really make me not want to dump my 300k coins. I get attacked for asking reasonable questions and accused of smoking marihuana. I promised at the very start I would hold my coins for a year then re-evaluate my position. I say it looks like it's dying as the value hasn't really recovered and it only has $1000/$2000 daily volume (compared to a top 10 coin which gets $50000-700000 daily volume) you can see my concerns. My initial $15k is not even $5 now if I work it out correctly although I maybe wrong. I'm using my iPhone and it's late.  So again I polity ask what is ahead and planned for the future and a few wallet upgrades isn't gona cut it I'm afraid.
I must inform you, that if you sell at a loss, you will lose money.  Grin Grin

Not been here for a while and wondered what's in development. Basically as an investor I'd like to know why should I keep my ultracoins? Seems this coin is dying. Also wasn't we promised UTC would be on a Chinese exchange. That didn't happen.

Pugman dump dump... I will buy. Investor...not.  Grin

Transfers from wallet to Cryptsy are still not perfect. 147 out of 6 confirmation and it's still on pending list, instead of added to the balance.
the Cryptsy team is working on a backend db issue that's affecting deposits and withdrawals. not sure of the eta for resolution. This is affecting multiple coins. I'll post here when they're back up.

Thanks!

try 13.12 driver

Can someone help me out with settings for my r9 280x rig. I am only getting 1.7khs with ultracoinminer and I cannot even get yacminer to run without HW. If someone could just post their settings for whichever miner run better I would appreciate it.
Also, is 1.5khs for an r7 240 acceptable?
I have 14.6 drivers for r9 280x and I think 13.2 for my r7

ASUS R9 280X (4.57 kH/s HW=0 GPU-1100 Mem- 1500)

SET GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
yacminer.exe --scrypt-chacha -o stratum+tcp://stratum2.tumblingblock.com:3333 -u barbados-2 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.tumblingblock.com:3333 -u barbados-2 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.ultrablockparty.com:3333 -u barbados-2 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -R 4576 -g 1 -w 256 --buffer-size 2656 --lookup-gap 7 --auto-fan --temp-cutoff 86 --temp-overheat 80 --gpu-fan 40-95 2>logfile.txt

Gigabite R9 270X (2.56 kH/S HW=0 GPU 1100 Mem 1400)

SET GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
yacminer.exe --scrypt-chacha -o stratum+tcp://stratum2.tumblingblock.com:3333 -u barbados-1 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.tumblingblock.com:3333 -u barbados-1 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.ultrablockparty.com:3333 -u barbados-1 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -g 1 -w 256 -R 3128 --buffer-size 1576 --lookup-gap 8 --auto-fan --temp-cutoff 85 --temp-overheat 80 --gpu-fan 35-90 2>logfile.txt

Удачи друг.
Cant set my buffer size higher than 1295 otherwise I get cgminer -4 error, which I think has to do with memory, and any rawintensity about about 2800 causes HW. I only have 4gb of ram in the computer with my 280s, not sure if more ram would help.
All ive been able to get is about 2.2khs with these settings

SET GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
yacminer --scrypt-chacha -o stratum+tcp://stratum2.tumblingblock.com:5555 -u salmonstraw.2 -p 2 --worksize 256 -g 1 --lookup-gap 8 -R 2560 --buffer-size 1295 --temp-cutoff 90 --temp-overheat 85 --gpu-fan 45-75 -d 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600

Again I have yacminer 3.5 and 14.6 drivers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi what would be an average estimate return of UTC (daily) if i mine with say 10 x R9 290 please ?

Whats the best miner and version for my cards and what should i expect per card 3.7khs ?

Should i go solo or pool

   Thanks
Hi ph111,

the average daily reward is easy to calculate:

time to find a block [sec] = difficulty * 2**32 / hashrate

Daily reward [UTC] = 30 * 24 * 3600 / time

The current difficulty you can get from here:
http://ultrabex.tumblingblock.com/chain/Ultracoin

Your hashrate should be something between 4000 to 5000 h/s.

That means that 10 of your 290 cards should give you roundabout 275 UTC daily at the moment for POW mining, assuming a diff of 0.1 and a hashrate of 4500 h/s for one card.
Plus some UTC for POS if you are going to leave your wallet online.

Hope I could help.

Regards,
Janus

Under 5 is all waist..wrong setting

Windows V.733.1 does not work. Worked at first for two days then took an hour but now won't open at all.

Mine works fine since I've updated it. On 5 machines everything is running without issues.

Working and all ok

From a user perspective - UTC appears to be back in business.

The new wallets install and work on multiple Windows versions - coins transfer and the increase in transaction time is not even noticeable IMO.

Despite the griping of some miners (a normal and continuous condition) - mining has commenced and rising favourably. Please observe.

http://www.coinwarz.com/network-hashrate-charts/ultracoin-network-hashrate-chart.

IMO UTC is back on track and better than before. UTC has proved that it has the dev power to prevail adversity.

This should have never happened but it has clearly demonstrated that UTC has the dev power and the community to weather a good storm.  I was always concerned about weakness in the UTC dev team - these fears are dispelled now. I think we need to acknowledge that Kracko has proved himself with flying colours. Nevertheless we need more horsepower than just Kracko + in the future.  UTC Management - please keep new talent coming in to support Kracko.

Finally - to Kracko and Steven.  Great job here on all fronts guys.  Go and get some sleep sometime soon.  Thanks for your great works and tireless efforts in support of UTC.

Cheers usukan

I agree all  Cheesy
