201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportstips - Basketball/tennis/soccer 🔥 Wins 61 - Loss 8 🔥 on: July 09, 2015, 06:40:19 PM
I slept off , and just woke up to see Muguruza win . Nice record for today , I added the game to my parlay on your suggestion and luckily it paid off.  Was just watching the highlights and see Muguruza made too many errors in her play.
202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Add to Fees on: July 09, 2015, 06:36:20 PM
You can't do anything to speed it up. All you can do is wait . Sometimes however it could potentially take about couple of days to confirm but usually happens only in 2-3 days.
203  Economy / Gambling / Re: provably fair is new industry standard? on: July 09, 2015, 01:33:33 PM
Note how some btc casinos out there are not provably fair although they claim to be.
Some provably fair systems can be bypassed by the casino to alter the bets.
It's impossible to tell if they do it.
Its not impossible to tell if they altered the bets. For example in a game of dice if you have the seed and you change your seed manually, then as long as nonces are fine , there is almost no way for the casino to cheat you .
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion about Wimbledon 2015 on: July 09, 2015, 01:19:35 PM
Muguruza currently beating the crap out of radwanska, who saw that coming? Looking like a comfortable 2-0 win in the making.  Maybe Muguruza has the power to give serena a go in the final.

edit: spoke too soon
Yeah ,I had a bet on them too . Kind of a screw up if Miguruza ends up losing the third set. Can't believe she let the opponent break twice.
205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportstips - Basketball/tennis/soccer 🔥 Wins 61 - Loss 8 🔥 on: July 09, 2015, 01:13:45 PM

Nice tips today ajax. Bakker already won the game and Muguruza is already leading by a set and broke serve in the second set.
Added the game in my parlay and hopefully he stays ahead by the end .

Turns out opponent broke serve twice right after this.

206  Economy / Gambling / Re: provably fair is new industry standard? on: July 09, 2015, 01:12:49 PM
Its fairly debated. Obviously online casinos benefit from having a provably fair game as the players are able to verify the bets. Its hard to answer the trust question. I know Stars runs casino software in certain countries , but not sure if its provably fair. I wouldn't trust them if they are not provably fair, no matter how big the casino.
207  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTS] 2 Localbitcoins Accounts - 70+ - 100+ (1 Year Account) on: July 08, 2015, 10:42:41 PM
$1 for both. You pay me.

But seriously. Only scammers need to buy into trust quickly, so most likely then not you will be selling these accounts to potential scammers. I see no other reason why else to purchase.

I was wondering about the same thing here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1114393.0
Its hard to comment on the ethics of the trader or person buying the account . Some might use it to quickstart their trading business without having to establish trust and reputation as a seller , some might use it for some sort of scam . However I don't think localbitcoins should allow the sale of accounts for either purpose as the risk of latter is always higher.
208  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Best place to transfer paypal to btc besides virwox??? on: July 08, 2015, 10:39:46 PM
What are the best places to transfer paypal to btc without super high fees, i think virwox is 20% fees

You could find a trader on localbitcoins , but the price is high every where, due to the risk of a charge back at any place.

You might want to move this to the trading discussion section.
209  Economy / Gambling / Re: try your chess skills for bitcoin on: July 08, 2015, 10:38:02 PM
Chess for bitcoins? Isn't Chess a little too exploitable as a game? I mean you could just have pretty strong Chess program running in the background and just copy moves from it.

Chess is definitely exploitable and you could just be playing against bots, that is why it has never been launched before. On first look the site looks good, but unless there is a way to avoid bots , it would be difficult to get players.

Oh come on. An avid chess player could beat even the most powerful bot. I'm pretty sure that chess is one of the hardest board games to "exploit" with automation. In the past there have been attempts to create multiplayer online board game lobbies with betting. Gambit.com would be an example. But it doesn't accept bitcoin any more.

I wish this website can become a great platform for chess because I love both chess and bitcoin.

Not everyone is an avid chess player, and if someone wants to play with a bot then they would rather do so without betting on it. I didn't say other board games couldn't be created, but chess happens to be something that can have a bot involved in the game and could become extremely hard to play with.
210  Economy / Gambling / Re: Quinto BTC Lottery • Guaranteed 2,000,000m฿ Jackpot • Starts Sept 30, 2015 on: July 08, 2015, 08:35:12 PM

Starting Sept 30, 2015* Quinto BTC Lottery will be offering a guaranteed 2,000,000m฿ jackpot.

  • Drawing held every 5 days

Sorry I am confused by this. Is this one lottery with a jackpot prize or there are multiple lotteries ?
And how will you be funding the guaranteed jackpot ?

Why do you want an account with an ID verified  ? I can think of no other reason other than it resulting into a potential fraud.

Users are more likely to engage in trades with these verified.
Yes, but wouldn't it be better to just get your own ID verified ?  , instead of asking for accounts with already verified ID's.

214  Economy / Economics / Re: How many coins would a digi. currency need when it is used worldwide by eveyone? on: July 08, 2015, 06:33:53 PM
Seems you already realize the advantage of being able to divide bitcoin into small denominations, but dont like it. You can just use a mobile app and ignore the amount in bitcoin and set it to show the amount only in dollars, so that ways you don't really have to worry about the 0's after the decimal.
215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is even beneficial to people not using it. ;-> on: July 08, 2015, 06:24:29 PM
Its one of the biggest challenge to bitcoin as well. Before people hear about bitcoin ,they hear about all these things like google wallet or apply pay .
At the end I am guessing all the banks and other financialservices will have adapted bitcoin features but bitcoin will still be the only currency(if its considered to be one)  that would reamin decentralized and its hard to get people to realize that.

218  Other / Off-topic / Re: Making online money with Legendary Auto Trader on: July 08, 2015, 09:49:36 AM
I wonder if that site has BTC/USD option there Roll Eyes
If you could show your prediction, maybe it could be useful for Binary Option gambling

The site he posted doesn't have BTC/USD . And the thread should be moved to the trading section instead of gambling. And the screenshots he posted could very well be fake.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: July 08, 2015, 07:50:09 AM
Martingale is a good strategy in gambling if you have unlimited money.Smiley
Fibonacci is another strategy but is more profitable for me.
Yes, but ultimately the max bet on the sites won't let you go over a certain amount thus limiting you and your max bet . Therefore in the end even if you start with one satoshi, you will likely lose over time .
220  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwCpoker.eu | No Banking, Only Bitcoin | Bitcoin Poker 2.0 LIVE NOW! on: July 05, 2015, 09:12:56 PM
It would be nice if there was an audio alert when a seat opens up while on the waiting list.

Yes, this. I asked for it over a month ago and was ignored. It's gotta be one line of code to implement.

Probably because the old software isn't too open in terms of software code changes to such things .
Still waiting for a browser client to play the krillrolls and more poker. Any updates on them yet ?
