201  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Retail Show Up This Cycle? on: September 05, 2024, 01:48:06 AM
I think for BTC it doesn't really matter too much, but for alts we might not see the kind of returns everyone's expecting.
This current circle bull-run has been in a majority anticipation and has caused panic of investors holding even above an affordable range of time just to account mutilations of their incomes but due to the current panics of the economy left many with no choice of selling their Bitcoins while some also has been attracted buy and hodl as a FOMO against the threats of the future economy.

Being known that most Alt Coins are only good for short term goals, lot of Investors has regrettably lost their funds with a high tension of reasons to sell off their coins before loosing it all due to their high voltage or volatilities and the anticipated bull-run of the current circle has been like REFUSED to come.

So, while the bull-run is still being ahead of time to come, Bitcoin investors as a result of FOMO are not so much of the panic as much as Alt Coins investors due to their volume of volatilities.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Unexpected wins vs expected wins, which excites the most? on: September 04, 2024, 08:55:38 AM
I can relate clearly of what you are talking about but though let it be known that there is no assured games to believe it is a MUST WINNING. In gambling winning games are even comes from the unexpected and that is why it is tagged a game of luck.

But then there are certain games that may have us the phases of potential winning and when we finally wins, it is like already being expected and not really like we are trying our luck if we may win.
When the winning finally comes, it could be emotionally controlled but when we play at that point of hopelessly especially with our last funds or lack of times to analyze the games before playing, the excitements is usually loud and more appreciated because it was not expected.
203  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: How can I identify a scammer using Bitcoin or crypto to scammer people on: September 04, 2024, 07:57:53 AM
So if I may ask, how can we identify this kind of fraudsters?
Scammers are everywhere and it is rare to identify them. Your neighbor, family and even loved one can scam you on one-on-one before you realizes and they could also play anonymous in the sense that you would not even know that someone closed to you is responsible of you victimization.

In other to stay away from scammers, you must not trust anyone in both online and offline too easily, always make your research and verify from different sources before keying you to where you feel some phishing intentions.

Be aware that scammers would disguise their selves to an extend of believing them more than a trusted one that is we need to consult at all times of being amidst learning new things about cryptocurrencies.
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bonus that accept wager only in slot game is BS on: September 04, 2024, 06:55:21 AM
I’m so sad on how the bonuses of some casino turn out to be this BS.
There is no need being sad , let just be rest assured that in gambling, nothing goes for nothing, when a casino has an enticing opening for you, there is always some tasks to crossover before you can merit it otherwise, the casinos would not want to loose by making one of those bonuses opportunities easy for you in considering your excitement while they faces the wrath.

Then I can only say we should limit chasing after bonuses in the casinos and if by means the new casinos are fun of being circled with the Bs, then why getting attracted to them. Keep on to stick to your acquainted ones where you don't feel those dismantling messes.

Now coming to the forum here majority of our discussions here is also centered on gambling and I don't know if it is as a result of the fact that a lot of the campaigns we are advertising their signatures are casino companies that makes us discuss so much about gambling.
I am in doubt to concur with you to say gambling is most discussion in the forum here.
You would agree with me that there are series of boards in the forum which is believed that each board has its relative or unique topics for discussions.

For for signature campaigns, of course there are gambling firms and they pays participants to run adverts for them here in the forum. Wearing of of the signature campaigns avatars and posting of mostly on related gambling discussions is what is expected of users for the gambling advert projects.

Vividly, I remembered Campaign projects like Eloncoin and the Bitvest campaigns, which was active in the forum here which was not a gambling company, then its participants was limited on posting on gambling boards.

Aside the gambling board comes other boards which their respective topics of discussions differs.

Now my question is this, how did gambling came into existence in the first place like who invented gambling?
I might not be able to tell who invented gambling but believe that gambling has been in existence all through the existence of lives. Unknowingly the game of dare and accepting challenges within our social activities are terms of gambling, I remember those days when we were kids that we accept challenges requiring stake of values such as eatables and certain disciplinary conditions is imposed to who looses as a stake to when we engages of some terms of activities are also gambling.

It only became obviously in different view when people began to stake what is not affordable to loose and then it no more becomes a game of fun otherwise, the invention of gambling as you may think is just an evolution evolving around the technologies and the discovery towards how we can place bets on different modes and how the case of gambling has become a specify activity otherwise, gambling has always been existed and was not invented by a particular person rather there comes an advancement of making it feasible.
206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used as proof of funds during visa application in your country? on: September 03, 2024, 11:15:14 AM
I suspect that countries like El Salvador might accept Bitcoin for such proof. How is the situation in your own country? My country will not accept Bitcoin because the government is anti-crypto.
That would only be acceptable in a country that the government accepts Bitcoin as legal tender just as mentioned El Salvador and their government Interests on Bitcoin.

I believe if that country I question of your friend applying for a Visa do have legal tenders of Bitcoin up to the government levels, they would had accepted the fact the guy presented Bitcoin as a proof source of his incomes because definitely citizens and residences in the country would pay taxes to the country meaning Bitcoin is otherwise a source of revenue generating income to the government.

In my own country, Bitcoin is not an illegal currency but limited to government owned sectors which means only individuals are accepting Bitcoin for transaction or legal tenders but restricted and illegal when aligning with the governments.
So such case of your friend is equivalent to happen in my own country.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you're into boxing betting, would you bet on Mike Tyson or Jake Paul? on: September 03, 2024, 10:17:50 AM
They both definitely posseses their individual criterias which could give them advantage to win.
Tyson is more experienced and tactical with some finishing points which he could use against Jake.
As for Jake, he is a young and vibrant boxer which he might have more reserved energy to withstand Tyson in the ring and on before a total round, Tyson might probably be exhausted.

I would really love to stake a bet on the fight specifically going to be a game of fun.
Even I don't even think if Tyson was going to fight with his best. He has gained firms and likely want to just try and see how much good Jake could be in comparing his era and Jake's era. Just gonna be fun as though. So, I would go betting on Tyson to win because I love the courage of him accepting the match. He might be aware that Jake was going to win just stil want to have it a test run. Lol
208  Economy / Economics / Re: Accept cryptocurrency decentralization to avoid segregations of personalities on: September 03, 2024, 09:06:38 AM
Most definitely we would undergo those segregations and monopolies in the centralized system.
So, let us just keep to enjoy the dividends of the decentralized fund system on digital crypto currencies.
There are times when you will be in a long cue in a bank and you become angry seeing some special customers being ushered into the bank and given preferential treatment.
That is one of the most sentiments happening in the banks. Infact, it gets the lower and average people thinking if everyone there in the bank really came to make transactions of their own funds or if they came begging the banks for money.

The worse segregation sentiments at the banks is that  the rich can successfully execute transaction withdrawal order even at when experiencing network issues by the bank staffs bridging the due process protocols but would ask the average and lower classes to go and come back when the network comes up.
That is inequality

But Bitcoin offers everyone an equal opportunity to carry out transactions without limitations. But we can only enjoy the freedom and equality Bitcoin offers when we avoid centralized platforms. This is because we will also face the same problems we were facing in conventional banks. Using decentralized P2P platforms for transactions is the means of enjoying the benefits of Bitcoin.
That is just the truth. Running a Bitcoin transaction definitely has no Bitcoin whales any executive attention while belittling Bitcoin fractions holders.

The case of transacting with Bitcoin using a decentralized network is an equality transaction firm. Perhaps... Transacting on the P2P is strictly anonymous and the network is not structured on given segregative sentiment oders as the banks does.
209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Finding Value ( sports betting) on: September 02, 2024, 03:49:43 PM
If you believe in this, from your personal perspective, how do you find value?
I concur and that is a main reason why we must follow historical performances and live matches of our interested teams while making our picks because it enables possible analytical skills of winning.

Literally not all displayed teams from the bookmakers are favorable for gamblers and that is why there is need to analyze games and play based on experiences.
210  Economy / Economics / Re: Accept cryptocurrency decentralization to avoid segregations of personalities on: September 02, 2024, 05:07:45 AM
I trust the fiats was supposed to have printed limits to keep orderly speculations and maintains good values, but due to greeds in the regulatory systems, the authorities has made the central banks a temporarily Inheritance while still in power of authorization.
No fiats wasn't supposed to have limit supply and maintains good values, so you're wrong in the first place.

Fiats is supposed to have unlimited supply because human populations is unlimited, everyone need to have fiats in order to buy something, so the government need to print more and at the same time not make citizen to lost their trust in fiat.
Well I agree with you but checking out on the terns to which the fiats would maintain good values, the central authorities in regularities of the fiats can not just keep printing much more monies unlimitedly as it pleases without limited control otherwise, if it easily spreads and everyone easily gets reach to it as much we all want to be rich, then the currency would encounter deflation and be underated to the highest esteem yielding to inflations in the stock markets.

The government has records of total money printed in the central banks and if by tracking records there are losses probably lost or damaged, they would reprint in replacement. That is why if an individual could reject faded/tore printed currencies, the bank would always accept them and return back to the central banks to take the records while considers reprinting for replacements.

The contrary is that the central banks are not limited to print more monies, they considers printing more monies based on population increments and also the architectural goals of an economy.

Although Bitcoin is decentralized and fungible, but you're not entirely correct because banks and government do "segregate" Bitcoin holders. They will treat people who own "dirty Bitcoin" different to people who own Bitcoin from regulated CEX.
The decentralizations of Bitcoin is a sort of its users equality by which there is no practices of segregations.
At the intension of Bitcoin transactions, there is no executive treats in acknowledging the Big Bitcoin Whale accumulators while little amount such as those owning fractions are being considered as less privilege as the banks do.
211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you need to show for KYC level 2, KYC level 3 for casino's? on: September 02, 2024, 03:19:53 AM
What do casino's ask for when they request from you these?
KYC level 2
KYC level 3
It is assumed that you as a gambler is requesting for a casino account upgrading probably you want to start staking higher than the level you are and also enabling you to maximize your withdrawal or probably unlimited withdrawal limits.

Each casinos has their requirements for account upgrading to different levels so, it all depends on the casinos but it is sure that they would always request for higher personal documents of the account owner to revalidate the your previous provided informations in request of the upgrades and certainly, the more level you seek to unlock is the more higher documents you maybe asked to provide. These are usually government issues IDs and proof of source of incomes or your tax bills.
It confirms you the qualifications of the request account level you appeals for.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's get to know everyone's personal opinion about Bitcoin on: September 02, 2024, 02:15:43 AM
Even when I learnt of Bitcoin at 2014, I was using a Feature or the Basic feature phone which can not support the downloads of crypto wallets due to the awkward development then and there are as not no much exposures of technologies then besides... Bearing the risks to Invest on Bitcoin even an equivalent of $1 was there affordable to take the risk of investing on the Bitcoin because those financially and more educated than I am never took the lead in the first place probably so then we as less privilege could follow up.

Literally it all points at distrust of the digital financial technology of the Bitcoin then because it was unimaginable that there could be realistic digital currency like that and also the feasibility of to trust investing on technology by which we can not get accessible devices to the required internet sites.

After evolution and advancement of existences, I have come to learn basically of what the Bitcoin is about. It actually feels so late for me to pick interest after learning it was such a financial technology that could be acquired with $0, it  began to gain values up to $0.09 til $770 in 2014 when I heard of it. Yet I persisted my doubts not til 2016-2017 when I began I pick courage in risk bearing and learning potential new technical ideals and then I developed interest to invest on the Bitcoin but yet there was no one around me to norture me with the desire and then there it died.

2018 I learnt from a cousin about earning free Bitcoin on bounty projects which I participated but was not achievable because I needed a free trial to testified the legitimacy of the Bitcoin and then I felt distrusted again.
Time keep going where a lot of people around had been testifying about the rewards of Bitcoin which ignited me to key in serious research and then lately someone introduced me to this forum where I can learn of Bitcoin myself amidst professional and whale investors. Then I diubts about Bitcoin was wiped off where it becomes feasible about the lucrative and a commodity realistic ness of the true Bitcoin.
213  Other / Off-topic / Re: The real sentiment of gambling. on: September 01, 2024, 09:05:02 PM
Many people claim that they play for fun. I honestly still doubt it, although I admit that it is possible. After all, in most cases you lose, how can you get pleasure from that? When a person loses, he gets disappointed. Often he has a desire to win back and this can lead to addiction. But in the end, in most cases you still will not experience pleasure. I would say that people need strong emotions, and not pleasure from the game.
To me, the fun in the game of gambling is when the players has no value to loose and it would be more interesting if the players could win to multiply their wagers at most cases but it is apparently impossible because winning in gambling is based on luck.

If we prioritize fun in gambling, why then do we not celebrate every outcome at the end we looses? Of course it is impossible because we have lost values which we actually staked in other to gain more but the result turned against us.

If I must play a game with the prior of fun, the I am not staking my money on it or probably a demo game would be okay for the context.
214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WILL OWNING 1 BTC MAKE GENERATIONAL WEALTH? on: September 01, 2024, 11:00:20 AM
Will owning 1 btc make generational wealth?
A lot has owned worth more than one Bitcoin but could not secure stance of wealth for their generation while some has owned less than one Bitcoin and could succeed in attaining inheritance wealths due to the economical figures of financial managements and explorations for further incomes.

Let us understand that it is not how much we inherits that  determines our wealths but how industrious and economy awareness we are to in other to maximize our present holding for future or tense profitabilities.

I suggest this post should be best in deliberation in the economy board because it is all about utilizations of highily amount of funds potentially to produce more values only depending on individual determinant because owning one Bitcoin without strategical order to more produces has not potential of more productive retunes.

215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should casinos give out warning first before restricting players account? on: September 01, 2024, 09:48:48 AM
Do you guys have a wish that casinos should always give reasons via players provided email before restricting their accounts?
Affirmatively regarding gamblers ignoring to read the T&Cs of the casinos and then furthers to violet the policies which lingers to the restrictions or even banning of accounts, the casinos should still stand all rights to let know the players the reasons for their actions against the player (s) so that both sides can be equiped either consciencelessly aware of what resulted to the defamation if a party might take it upon its interest.

There is no necessity for warning as long it is clearly indicated of the T&Cs but if aside the T&Cs that the casino finds the players going Contrarily it is of no just course that the casinos can indict the players since there is no bridges.

That is why it is Worth justifying when either casinos or players are dragging each other just as you said OP, some gamblers might be fond of tarnishing reputations of casinos uncalled fully.

216  Economy / Economics / Accept cryptocurrency decentralization to avoid segregations of personalities on: September 01, 2024, 08:57:48 AM
I trust the fiats was supposed to have printed limits to keep orderly speculations and maintains good values, but due to greeds in the regulatory systems, the authorities has made the central banks a temporarily Inheritance while still in power of authorization.

For that, they bridges the order of the fiats printed limits as they prints more for their own selves which lingers to a much number of the fiats being printed becoming irregularly viral and speculated abusively and devaluing the printed currencies.

Imagine where some highily profile persons(prominent person) places withdrawal order from the bank were they rejects old printed note/coins and only in request of the Mints.
Does it mean the old printed are for the poor? Or is there lost of values in the Old prints over the Minting?

Still, a highily profile man(prominent person) is attended to in the bank by the cashier's or event the branch bank manager in an honorable and executive manner while the poor and the average man are attended to like they came to beg while in request of their own funds stored in the banks.

If we can compare this Centralized fiats to decentralized cryptocurrencies, we would understand the equality and benefits of storing our funds in cryptocurrencies in the decentralized blockchain networks by which we are the autonomous to decide how we regulates our funds by ourselves unlike the fiats where the authorities tells you what to do with your funds.

This thoughtfulness has really thought me otherwise that those crypto enthusiasts who anticipates/wishes for crypto currencies especially the most dominance (Bitcoin) to be physically felt may actually not know the resultant of inconveniences the future of crypto currencies may hold against us in the future if such agitation is actualized were  Bitcoin or Cryptocurrencies are being printed or physically felt. Most definitely we would undergo those segregations and monopolies in the centralized system.
So, let us just keep to enjoy the dividends of the decentralized fund system on digital crypto currencies.

219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard to win against house edge in Aviator/Crash games on: August 31, 2024, 11:51:55 AM
What do you guys think? Is it possible to win against the house edge of those crash/aviator games when your luck is exceptionally good or it's almost impossible to win against the house edge?
Winning against the house edge is possible and also impossible.
If winning against the house edge was impossible, then there would be nothing to interest gamblers to play the game and the house edge can not be greedy enough to program their games in the structure that gamblers would never win.

Gambling against the house edge becomes a fun of both sides winning to keep the balls rolling else, their the house edge would crash or gamblers goes devasted and pissed not to keep playing because there is no just profits of benefits to write am the games.

i have been using google search to search for questions i want to know and the results are post from years ago.
Be guided that this is a Bitcointalk forum where perspective ideas are shared based on individual knowledges pertaining Bitcoin. We only seek google consent at when I doubt of the informations shared here per individuals. So, by intensive scenarios of clearer thoughts, you may search the google off the forum.

So, know it that when you search over the forum, you literally are not search on google as the platform on it own is a raw web where we learns and shares informations within our selves which google is exemptional.

i tried commenting or quoting someone and it gave me this massage "Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again." what does this message mean?
I read all through the replies as they are not much to see if you have been satisfied with the users guides but you have not made it known that you have been satisfied.
So, I think you should show drop a screenshot let us see better of what you are going through.
You might also had been trying to post or boards that you as a newbie is being restricted in the main time.
Alternatively could be your browsers issues.

Knowing that you have created their account for years before this day, I also suggest that there is possibilities by which you might have logged the account in on more than one device and unfortunately that either the other device is where the account is still active which might also obstruct your active login in of your other device.

So I would suggest you make change of password to remain clean with your account Privacies and check out on boards you are posting if eligible as a newbie just in the main time.
